Its Jack n the Box, fast food so what right. How can you go wrong when it comes to fast food. Well you can. You can get the wrong order, cold food or bad service, but that's not what you'll find at this Jack n the box, what you'll find are employees who truly care about their community, their customers and who provide a safe place to eat. They have delicious food and awesome customer service! I ordered a junior jumbo jack with only lettuce and tomatoes and mayo, and I ordered a breakfast jack, and a side salad and a cheese cake. I ordered drive thru and right away the staff was very friendly and repeated my order back to me and when I got to the window I could see everyone well protected, and they were all working hard and the food was so well prepared and delicious. Especially the side salad , there were fresh cucumbers, fresh lettuce not wilted, riped tomatoes, shreddes carrots and the burger was absolutely delicious, also prepared well and fresh. The cheesecake was so delicious and I can't wait to eat my breakfast jack for breakfast!! I definitely rate this location as a 5 star restaurant!!! Three years ago I gave this place a good review, but it has plummeted since then. I used to work for JIB so I get the urgency and speed requirements but at night, the food is just bad. The fries are old and cold, reheated and hard, fryers are dirty and you can taste that they mix everything into them ( egg rolls taste like the mini churros). I could almost forgive that if they at least got orders correct but if you ask for no this or that it goes ignored, probably because it's faster and easier to just give you one that got left behind earlier and hope you won't complain about it. And then the stingy, greediness of withholding sauce packets. I get that the company forces you to charge, but not even being offered the option when I ask for extra packets, getting a "yeah ok" to find none at all in the bag is just poor customer service. I certainly don't ask for anyone to lose their job but the whole lot of them need another class in customer service and food freshness. Shame how far this place has fallen. RIP JIB.

I ordered on the online app this evening around 8:30 pm and when I got to the drive thru they told me that they haven't received my online order. I went thru the drive thru several times to see if they received it yet and it was always no. I even talked to the manager showed him where I paid in the app and even showed him the confirmation email that showed where they received my online order. He said he can't make the order till it shows up online and he's not going to just start handing out food. I asked him how do I cancel the order and get my refund well needless to say he didn't know how to do that either. I don't know what happened to good customer service or the customer is always right but this place is horrible and I don't think I will be going back there. I already put my complaint in online.

They are usually always running out of soft drinks and they tend to get your order wrong or their not paying attention to what order goes to which vehicle cause there's been a few times I got home and the order was not even close to what I had asked for. When going back to get it corrected they tend to attempt to say they can't do anything about it and finally when you have just about enough of the run around they fix the order how ever they give you the worst attitude about it like as if it was your fault and not theirs that they got the order wrong in the first place.

As a cyclist im used to getting the raw end at drive-thrus. this was however the top tier of obnoxious. after waiting at speaker for a few minutes i rode around to the window to attempt to order and after several hand waving gestures a young lady finally came to the window offering apologies and asking for my order. this young lady is the only reason this joint is getting any stars at all. my meal came with a red-shirted elderly lady tossing the bag some three feet or so while berating the young lady about not serving bicycles thru the drive-thru. right in front of me apparently very much aware that she could be heard. definitely my last jack burger.

Visited this location for lunch in drive thru and order the 2 for $5 (burger and chicken sandwich) meal with 2 orders of curly fries and a strawberry shake. What I got was 2 ham egg and cheese sandwiches and egg rolls which obviously is the complete opposite of what I ordered! I called the location and the line just rings and rings and no one answers then it beeps and goes dead. This happened over and over sad thing is they were not even busy, during this time we are going thru while still trying to support food chains when you cant get orders right it makes it hard to support you. Horrible experience and horrible service, I am sure what I got was not equal to what I paid for so I got screwed all the way around!

I went through the drive thru on 6/14 at about 1:15pm and I honestly have NEVER been treated as rudely as I was this afternoon. When I pulled up to the window the cashier literally just stood there. She never said a word. Not hello. Not your total is. Nothing. Just a blank stare. I handed her a $10 bill because certainly it couldn't be more than that, right? Then the cashier just shoves my bag out the window. Still never said a single word. She handed me my drink and then my change. NEVER. SAID. A. WORD. I have never been anywhere where the cashier doesn't at least say hello or thank you. I hope she was at the end of her shift because she literally made me feel like I was bothering her.

Why do you put ☆"s on here! This establishment is HORRIBLE!!!! It took 30 minutes for one sandwich to be made after waiting 20 minutes just to order it! I could have panhandle the money walked 9 blocks to store,bought the stuff, made it myself, post this meaningless REVIEW in the same time! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! A man came up and got tea that was so old it was undeinkble they said get a Dr pepper and it was empty. Napcans all over the flood no salt in containers and no straws. Went last night to order some food through the drive thru. Once I placed my order I got a call if I can order one more thing for them. When I got to the window I asked if I can add something before evening getting a chance to get my question through the employee cut me off and said we don't add to orders and I will have to get in line again. If he was more professional about it I would not be posting this comment. It was the worst experience I ever had at this location. Never coming back to this place again. Rude and very unprofessional employee. Needs to be retrain cause he is neglecting what he was taught to get the line done with so he can relax.

This review don't deserve a star but in order to make one we have to place one. Maybe I came in on a wrong or bad day, but the staff looked like they had been out all night. The food looked and taste like pre-heated. My tacos had old lettuce and the meat looked like and the tortilla taste old. The hamburger was fresh and taste great, I do have to give them credit for that one since all my veggies looked and taste fresh. I love these tacos but these employees made me dislike them. I should have drove futher in to the one in haltom and 28, but when your hungry and in a hurry even a piece of is good for the stomach.

Horrible!! I come here alot and eat late because of my schedule. There is a male employee here that NEVER wants to answer the intercom when it gets too late. I have seen him do this to several other customers. I will leave because he won't answer and so do the ones behind me. I'm getting really tired of wondering if he's going to decide to take my order or not. I believe jack in the box should employ those who are going to work. Not hide in the back and apply makeup or fix your hair or whatever he does. Tired of seeing this kid there. I'm going to corporate as well. I'm fed up with this kids slack.

The only two cars in drive-thru order chicken sandwich and and a hamburger curly fries everything was cold down from a chicken sandwich was old you can tell it was dried up curlycurly fries was chewy call the store two or three times when I pull it back up it was only one car and drive through and they were at the window no one answered the phone and they're gladly taking their time would like to see more effort and time put into the food instead of giving away cold food And after remaking my order I still receive cold curly fries this is such a sad thing especially when a customer comes back

Jack in the Box has become the worst fast food chain in customer service, especially this location. Today was the SECOND time I've been shorted food and change. I had a rather large order and 2 cars behind me. When I got my order, I drove home immediately. When I got home, my cheeseburger was incorrect, my tacos were missing and I was shorted 20 cents. I tried calling multiple times but only got a continuous ring. On top of that, I asked for ketchup and was given hot sauce. Really?? Multiple mistakes in a single order for the second time? Absolutely pathetic service.

Waited a couple of minutes in drive thru before I asked was anyone available to take my order. A rude male voice answered and I was told to wait. I waited about another minute and then called out again. The reply was "we're not taking any orders right now". I asked "what do you mean you are not taking any orders right now"? Then the reply was "we're closed and our system is down". I understand this is not the first time this has happened at this particular location. Too bad so sad these people are employed by Jack on the Box

This place only gets one star simply because the staff was nice. The whole place was quite obviously a drop/pick up spot for local drug dealers. The bathroom was right by the door and in a blind spot from the staff. I've never seen so many random people stopping in to a place just to user the bathroom for 10 seconds at a time. Also, table were filthy, and the bathroom was disgusting. I'm potty training my 2 year old, and I just couldn't let him go in there. If I ever go back, it's going to be just a drive through visit.

Jack in the box isnt that bad. Like Burger King, Wendy's, and McDonald's, most of their menu is over priced. There is not much value in the combo meals. I would rather go to In and Out where the combo prices are similar. Not to mention the burgers at In and Out are much better. Most of the combos at Jack in the box will cost you between $7 and $8. And those are small combos. The double-double medium combo at In and Out will cost $7.45. Better food for the same price.

This Jack in the box has been newly remodeled, however the service is pretty much standard you know they do greet you and get you your order quickly very standard nothing to write home about same type of service you would pretty much expect that any other place food is decent when you're in a hurry and the staff is friendly enough. Best thing about this Jack in the boxes they have one of the Coca-Cola machines where you can pick-your-own drink that's pretty awesome.

Food is usually cold when I get it from drive thru which makes zero sense considering how long the wait times are at this location. They are constantly out of menu items or containers to put them in. They benefit from being the only fast food location in the area so I doubt they would be motivated to change anything. Everyone that works there is generally really nice though. Expect a long line on Friday and Saturday evenings. Especially close to midnight

Maria Cruz, the district trainer. Did not resolve any issue I had. I asked for well done fries and they were soggy after waiting 10 minutes in line. I go for onion rings and they are a dark brown, unlike any other time. I suck it up and eat it anyways, it was awful. I requested to be contacted and nothing was done about either one of my issues. This Jack is very friendly but I'm sure they have to be if they're serving unedible food and inaccurate orders.

It's a stop on my way to work. Bathrooms are dirty most of the time. They won't replace the light above the sink. When they do clean it, watery, soapy water in all over the floor, sink and toilet. The toilet is so wet that you need several paper towels to dry it. I watched the Lead mock a homeless woman. The homeless woman stuttered a bit while she was ordering and the Lead mimicked her. Now, I was paying for her breakfast, so I witnessed it first hand.

Hate this place. Placed my order and was asked if I wanted regular or curly fries. I asked for regular and for the medium combo. This was 2 nights ago. Around 11pm Tuesday night. The kid at the window gave me a small drink and lied to me 3 times when I asked if it was a medium. Then I looked in the bag and there were curly fries. The girl at the window fixed everything but didn't refund me the 30 cent difference on the fries.

I did research a few weeks back and noticed that I had a location near me that’s open 24 hours. I’ve been stopping by before heading to work early part of the morning. I’ve been there at least 6 times and every time I stop by the employee says the system is updating. I understand this can happen but every time I stop by it’s updating. Can the updates happen at a different time not too effect the same person every time?

Orderd from the app and they said they didn't get it spent 55$ on prepaid and its been over a hour now they told me to wait in parking lot after getting the recipt from awhile back. I don’t understand why they haven’t shut this location down. The employees are rude the managers don’t know how to properly order items they’re always out of stuff as a manager you should know when your rushes are you should know what you need to order more of but it’s like they’re clueless I guess all fast food places need to be ran by robots now because obviously people ain’t getting it done right

10/4/23 @ about 12:10. After having one of the worst experiences at the whataburger up the road who ahd plenty of staff, was relieved to interact with more professional and smaller staff at this location. Order taken and served within about 5 minutes. Fast and with a smile. Chris was the person who took my order and served me, thanks for the great service after a horrible time just up the road.

I just went in there and got myself some lunch. The store was empty at the time. Nobody greeted me. Someone just walked up to the register and blankly starred at me until I ordered. I sat down to eat 2 minutes later to a patheticly assembled burger, and cold fries. I work within walking distance of this store so I had hoped it'd be a good spot to get lunch on occassion. I guess I was wrong.

Made me wait for my food!!!! And it was cold and uncooked. I was the only customer I am beyond disgusted and disappointed you are hiring theses kids paying them just because, because they can’t even do their job right if we get sick we know who to blame.

I'll give 2 stars because I have not had a rude employee out of the handful of times I been to this location but I will not be coming back to this particular jack in a box...the last time I visited I witnessed employee's with no gloves handling money than going to handle food with no hand washing in between and catching fries that were dropping with there bare hands.

Place was dirty, crumbs all over tables/floor. Went into the restroom to wash my hands and there was blood all over the sink,wall,floor also looked like the restroom hadn't been cleaned in a while. When I told the manager about it she just said "ok" and walked away. We got our food and spent about 25 minutes in lobby no-one came out to clean the lobby or the restroom

Got my order wrong. Took it back and they did an even trade out and gave me another large fries because the one we ordered was cold. They said they were sorry. It was inconvenient having to come back and trade for the right order. The people who work there were very nice and gave me the right order very quickly.

Don't say your open 24 hours if your not going to be open for 24 hours. Got the munchies in the middle of the night. Wanted some JIB but was turned away because of the "nightly update" McDonald's and Whataburger don't turn customers away but JIB does. Little wonder why I don't eat at JIB in the first place.

Friendly staff when you walk in. I ordered the 3.99 special with a small jumbo jack. The bread is alot better vs if you go through the drive through lol. The building is a bit cold so made it uncomfortable to eat since I was freezing the whole time and it was so cold my food didn't even stay warm.

This is by far the best Jack in the Box location in this general area. North Richland Hills location was very rude and disinterested in guest, The Jack in the Box on East Belknap was quick to serve very friendly and the whole restaurant was clean and well-tended.

customer service is unprofessional. bought 20 tacos and said they were only allowed to give everyone me 2 buttermilk sauce per order.. that's ridiculous. gut dancing at the window..clean the counter and dint wash his hands after words than touched bags with food.

They had a child that was way under 16 working in the back. I asked for a receipt for my meal but they denied me a receipt. I told them my food was incorrect and they refused to correct it: I asked for the managers name and they refused and lock the window door.

Food usually is good as long as you have something edited if you get it the way it comes you can tell that they premade them and they have been sitting. The employees are kind of short and rude and you feel as if they can't wait to get you out of their hair.

This rating is only for the new Food Truck Sandwiches. I ordered the Asian Fried Chicken. Very disappointing. Two small pieces of chicken. More like nuggets. Very little of the condiments on it. Very dry bread. The sandwich alone is 4.99. Never ever again.

Not 24 hours. If you go here between midnight and 5am they will tell you that their system is rebooting/ updating and they cant take any orders. I get off work late at night and try to come through here pretty often and I always get told the same thing.

When I get hungry (late night) this is the closest fast food restaurant that's open and that's the only reason why. Service is very poor, they always get the order wrong and when you complain or try to get it replaced there is always a problem.

Great food and cheap menu. Every time I'm down on funds I always come here for the cheap tacos to make it til payday. The asada fries are awesome! I don't recommend the chorizo fries. It don't taste like real chorizo and looks like barf

I’ve gone to literally 5 different Jack in the Box’s. The one on Main Street. Cherry Lane. Jacksboro Hwy. Riverside Dr. & Beach St. end they ALL told me they were closed or their system was down. All within a 5 mile radius WTFFFFFFF.

Rude and disrespectful. Bad attitude. I ask for number 14 with 6 pieces gave me number 4. Went and told him he gave me the wrong order and he was correct me with bad attitude unnecessary. He just ruin my appetize to eat!!!!!

I usually like Jack in The Box but the last time I ate there I got really sick the next day. I had a bad stomach ache with vomiting and diarrhea for nearly a week. I don't think I'll be visiting Jack in The Box anytime soon.

I went the register to let the manager know they had people just living in both bathrooms. She didn't care or do anything. This location just had that flity vibe to it.

Rude staff, they almost never get the order right, now they're saying their soda machine is broken. They didn't even bother refunding my money for an incomplete order. This Jack just doesn't care about their customers.

Went here for a late dinner/snack, and it was so slow and not worth the wait at all. Our tacos were hard and the crunch was stale. Not normal. The veggies were all old and not fresh. The egg roll was great though!

Food was cold besides jalapeño poppers, ordered extra cheese which costed 1.sonething n got less cheese than normal. Will never again.

Listen. Fast food is not ever spectacular but I recently moved close to this one and it is just bad food. Period. They put nothing into a pleasant food experience. Hard pass.

The food is comparable to McDonalds, but the service is much worse. Applesauce listed on the kid's meal menu was not available. I had to circle back through the drive-through for straws for the preschoolers.

Went through drive through for breakfast, everything was good except I ordered a unsweetened tea and tasted like it was made in the unwashed coffee pot. I tried calling several times but no one answered.

Went for dinner. Had to pass because you are advertised to take EBT snap card during pandemic and that wasn't so. Have found a place that excepts it even though they advertise. Service was friendly.

Glad the finally got the remodel done and just wish that the would bring back the regluar buns as an option. And I love the crazy munchie meals they have,allot of food for a good price.

Had to be buzzed into the mens bathroom. Got a chicken clu salad. Tasted good but was not fresh. Wilted lettuce and turned along the edges. Should have complained. Oh well not too bad

I don't know what it is about my luck with Jack in the Box, but they NEVER get my order right at any single location. The food isn't the best to my taste personally

Fast, friendly, clean. Restrooms were immaculate as was the lobby. My order was made quick and it was hot and delicious! This is one of my favorite jitb locations!

I used to live down the street in 1999 and they never got my food right and here it is 2023 and they finally got it right. Lol
