Came through to get some food while on my way to work. Got to my destination and discovered my fried items had been badly overcooked and were basically burnt. I went back at the end of my shift and asked for a replacement. They were extremely busy when I came back but the employee was incredibly kind, very friendly and was more than happy to replace the overcooked items. I've eaten here before and didn't have any problems with the food itself in the past. I can say without a doubt though, they always have top quality employees working there who treat others with respect and even when the drive thru is a mile long, they are still polite and kind.

The first complaint I have is the costumer service. Super rude and unfriendly. Second, I went to take a bite out of my burger, my husband took the burger out of my hands and showed me there was mold on the bread. I went up and told her and she turned away from me and showed it to the cook. She remade it but I wanted a refund because she got another bun out of the same bag! I got no apology. Both burgers on our order weren’t fresh-the cheese wouldn’t melt. Burnt patty’s… just an all out terrible establishment! Third, the parking lot and the side of the building was trashed. I’m still shaking because I’m so disgusted. Do better

We went to the restaurant at 7351 Oakmont Boulevard, Fort Worth, TX 76132 and ordered 32 tacos, 4 chicken sandwiches, and 3 orders of 5 pcs. chicken nuggets. After returning back to the hospital we realized the restaurant forgot or chicken nuggets. When I tried to call the restaurant back to mention they forgot I was never able to get anyone to answer the phone. That is very unprofessional of a major fast food establishments to not check a big order or answer the phone when someone attempts to call. It's not really the fact of the money it's more about the ignorance and unprofessional work of the people that work at this place.

I visited this jack in the box on 8/10/20 in the am, A little before 10am I ordered 2 breakfast Jack's and had my order repeated to me by the female at the drive thru window, when I received my order I looked in the sack and there was no only 1 breakfast jack I told her I ordered 2 and she rudely replies oh well you're going to have to go back around through drive thru, I don't understand how people that are blessed to still have their jobs during this pandemic can act so rude, I suggest that the Manager, District Manager and the Owner of this jack in the box speak to the one who was at the drive thru and also Retrain her..

The Ribeye Steak sandwich doesn't even look like a Ribeye and tastes like upgraded hamburger. The service was great... BUT don't use the restrooms. The ladies room was disgustingly filthy. The men's room had just been cleaned and the door was standing open. Someone needs to instruct this Manager & her employees on what is acceptable cleanliness and what is not. It was the Jack-in-the-Box nearest to Harris Parkway & Bryant Irvin (I'm not sure of the actual street it's on). That's a part of town I don't usually go into. It was just around the corner from Texas Health Harris S.W. Hospital.

There is something always going wrong here at this location. Today they are closed and it is 1:45 p.m. They are constantly not getting orders right. And they're always closing earlier than posted. This is one of the Jack in the box that I am aware of that is not open 24 hours. Various times in the evening when they are closing an hour before you would see employees inside but when you pull up they say we are closed. I'm not sure if they're just wasting company time getting paid but I thought I would put this out there maybe other people have seen this before.

Not professional! So I got an order of onion rings and ended up asking if I could change it to a large curly fries instead and said I would pay the difference but the lady ended up giving me them for free (nice of her) got home and my husband was eating them and pulled a LONG piece of hair out of of one of the fries! Called up there and the lady said "Dude she didn't even pay for them" Seriously wth! she could have apologized or something but no she gave attitude and said that! NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!

I am giving them a 2star. Because I have been sitting out on porch since 7:15 am and the lobby is closed. Drivthru is open and cars are going around one employee gets out of car and they let her in but don't say a word to me. Even we will open in ten mins.orlobby doesn't open till 8. But something. I get nothing. I mean really.it dosnt take much to tell someone.i am getting my car fixed next door so I thought well I would give y'all some business. But I geuss y'all don't care about Lobby customer's.i won't be back here .

The service here has gone downhill!! Came here tonight to get chicken nuggets and chicken strips.... They asked us to pull up because they just dropped the strips! I'm thinking cool... We'll get fresh food! That's awesome ... Or so we thought! The only thing out in the bag was the strips. The nuggets and fries were COLD. I mean to the point of us having to microwave them when we got home! Tried calling this location 5 times.... To someone kept hanging up the phone in my face! I will NOT be returning to this location

it had been some time since I last had Jack's world famous 2 for a dollar tacos. mostly, they were great for hangovers. but I didn't want a burger and the tacos just sounded right. they weren't anything like i remembered! these were crunchy shells, piping hot in the middle that tasted great. not sure if it's isolated to this location or what, but if you're in the mood for tacos, just letting you know...Jack will take care of you. at least, this location will.

I was out door dashing and from the beginning of the order an old African american lady with red hair name Maria had the energy of "GET THE FUK OUT OF HERE" cause she was rude and didnt even get the door dash order right let alone lemme finish my sentence. My order was wrong...again. There were items in my order that I did not receive as well as tacos that I did receive that I did not order and they were not cooked all the way. I ordered a Coke and received a diet Coke which had no ice and was almost warm. I wish I could say that this is the first time that this particular Jack in the box is messed up but unfortunately it happens almost every time I go there. I guess time to switch locations and have to drive further.

I went in to purchase gift cards. No one was working the counter. I had to wait several minutes to be acknowledged even though I made eye contact with 2 employees. When I told the person who finally waited on me that I wanted to buy gift cards, she said it is too hard for her to do. I asked if anyone working could sell them to me, she said "no". She did apologize. I'm not sure if the corporation would like to know that there is a store that won't sell gift cards.

Went through drive through to pick up some late might munchies, and was basically verily attacked by the night, drive-thru. Couldn't say anything to the rude female working the window. Had problems with paying for food and just decided to not receive food.I know we all have bad days but it's never the customers fault....

I ordered a shake, and was told it would be about 5-10 minutes before it was ready, so I pulled up and parked. After about 25 minutes I drove back around thru the drive thru only to discover they had forgotten about me, so they made my shake a large and gave me a chocolate cake. I also ordered the loaded tacos only to find out when I got back to work that they had given me the regular tacos. I gave them only 1 star for the large shake and cake.

Customer service is horrible and the quality of the food is not even worth purchasing. I’ve been here several times and every time the food was either cold or my order was taken as though the employee was rushing me to complete the order. The never ask you if there is anything else they can get you and ALWAYS forget to give straws. I rather go to the one on Hulen. Maybe management need to change before there is improvement at this location.

Usually Jack in the box is on point but I ordered the stuffed jalapenos the mini tacos and french fries everything was burnt besides the french fries I literally had to throw out the food honestly I didn't feel like even complaining I just threw it away and chopped it up as a loss I'm sure they would have comps me or something like that I was in a little bit of a hurry. Also the fries were really old and soggy. Not impressed

They were closed to inside ordering and dining due to staffing issues. Okay, nobody wants to work since COVID arrived, so I can't gig them too hard for that. The really irritating thing is one person in our car ordered chicken tenders and he got egg rolls even though the receipt indicated tenders. Even if everybody working there was on their first day, mistaking egg rolls for chicken tenders is inexcusable.

I went to this Jack in the box yesterday with my wife. Went through the drive through. Sometimes it’s a lady with curly blonde hair she’s always a delight to see. She’s sweet and you can tell that’s who she really is. Makes my wife’s day every time she see’s her. She has a tattoo on her arm that says Monique. People should take notes from her

The lady at the window was an absolute joy and relief to place my order with. I’m not sure if her name but she is an older woman. She is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. She reminds me of how customer service used to be before this new generation of disrespectful kids took over. Thank you for your kindness and taking me back down memory lane!

If you like Jack in the box this is a pretty good location. The people here seem like they really care about the product and aren't just throwing things around or together. They do a pretty good job and I enjoy going here.

First they took forever getting to the window to take my money. While waiting I looked in and saw a small child behind the counter walking around in the food prep area. When I finally got my food and got home the order was wrong and what I did get was crap! When I called to tell them, no one answered the phone! I will NEVER go back to this location!

Why is this location never open at 6am? Google and the sign on the door says 6am but time and time again it’s never open. They seem to have made up a time between 7-8am that fits more for them instead of abiding by the hours Jack In the Box wants. And It’s always the excuse that the warmer has to heat up and short staff…..

Not a bad visit, very thankful that they were open and the young who took my order was very helpful I had a lot of questions. I was I little disappointed in the fact that the burger I ordered was not made the way it was advertised. The young lady explained that they missing the bun which was ok, but was missing a few other items.

Jack in the Box food is always good. What it always boils down to for me is service. Their drink machine doesn’t work and last time I went there their order screens were down so I had to tell them my order. Technical issues notwithstanding, the staff was very accommodating. Always friendly and smiling faces.

This place never gets it right. You'll ask for a spicy chicken sandwich, say "NO!" to cheese, and still get cheese. Cheese ruins your spicy chicken sandwich. Stop offering it. Stop putting it on the sandwiches, mongrels. Secondly, I've left here more than once without items I've ordered. Smell you later JnB.

Went to this location for breakfast. A very nice lady was working the drive thru. However I could only order off of some of the menu. Due to the fryer not being available. Not their fault. Service was quick and food was hot. Jack owes me an explanation for not being able to get a hash brown or tacos. :)

We were working on I-20 me and my supervisor and I had my co-workers credit card we needed three orders separate orders the guy at the drive through window wouldn't let us make three or he said all he could take was two orders to the drive-thru not cool so no would I go back there and no I would not

I ordered twice on Uber eat and didn’t have my burger in it I don’t know what’s going on but I would definitely not be ordering from this establishment anymore It was just fries both times with no burger and this wasn’t the first time this have happened multiple times with this establishment.

This is the cleanest and most friendliest Jack in the Box I've ever been to everyone that works there is so nice and goes out of their way to make sure that you're well taken care of. Sandra is the manager there and she is the best she deserves a raise and I hope she gets it someday

Cashier hesitated to give my boyfriend and a pen after waitingning to do a survey for there store. Ummm could it be because ge was Jamaican or because I was black. But I showed my good customer service ettiqute and did the a survey and we sat and ate together and thanked them anyway

I was treated to Brunch on the Go and this is where we drove thru. I had a Jumbo Jack with secret sauce, delicious and a Large coke, their large drinks are Huge, but so good. The lady taking our order was so nice and very attentive at the window. I will go back to this location.

Nearly midnight. Used the 20% off on the app...saved nearly $5. The food came out quick, hot & got my order right, including all my sauces.

Very efficient location especially in drive through. Order taken efficiently by courteous drive through cashier. Food prepared quickly and was hot when received. No mistakes in order. Outside of the restaurant was very clean and well kept. I highly recommend this place.

They advertise close at 12am and 1135 they use the accuse shortage of staff so they closing early. Sounds like you don’t want to do your job to me, I’m sure it didn’t just become short of staff. ‍♀️ Servers/fast food workers really need to find another career …

Same experience as two years ago. People only working the drive thru orders and ignore people that walk in the store to order. Ridiculous! Not sure if Haydee Garcia is still the DM, but someone should be aware.

Not a fast service for Uber delivery. I don’t believe they begin preparing the order until the driver arrives then you have to wait over 5 minutes for the order. Happened more than once from this particular location.

Waited 30 minutes for the building to open. I asked the guy what time they open. He said, I don't know. Just whenever anybody gets here. I asked him again, he responded with the same answer. I won't be back.

Despite the excessive wait time, the staff was very professional and nice, but the food on the other hand which is the subject here, was incredibly well prepared and its presentation was perfect as well!!

It's fast food when you need it fast. I enjoy the ultimate cheeseburger and I am happy to say the tacos at this location are pretty tasty. Their ultimate sausage breakfast is worth the stop as well. More

They threw ketchup on top of the box and said you don't need a bag. Chicken combo box was not very good frys were awful.

First time to this location. Night crew was subpar. Had to repeat my order several times. Half the menu was unavailable.
