A MUST READ!!! The fries were really good, but the angus burger that looked so good in the picture, came out in real life as a cold tiny child size burger. 2 combos cost over $17. The WORST part was the discrimination against the disabled man that I was buying a meal for. He can barely walk and has a neurological disorder that causes him to constantly be off balance and appear to have a severe case of Parkinson's. He needed to use the restroom, but the lady at the register said no. When I asked her why, she said her manager upstairs told her to not let him use the restroom because he makes a mess. I couldn't believe my ears!! I told her I wanted her to get the man upstairs because I wanted to talk to him! When he came out he started to tell me why my friend could not use the restroom and I shut him down by telling him that we were not only paying customers but this man needs to use the restroom and he is disabled...... I wasn't finished but as soon as the manager heard the word disabled, he got his keys and went right over to the bathroom and opened it up. I'm sure everyone in the restaurant could hear me and I did not care because I purposely said my words loudly and firmly. This new friend of mine eats there often and I hope from now on they continue to allow him to use the restroom. And they can happily clean up the mess! It's their job!! And you can bet I will be checking back to make sure that they are doing their job and treating my new friend with respect.

Very poor service. They sold me rewarmed chicken nuggets. Then when i asked that they make my order correct they started talking about me sniffs began duo speak about me in Spanish Duluth a very bad attitude. I give them fresh money and they wanted to give me rewarmed food, and with a horrible attitude. I also, was getting my change out of my purse and i put some change on the counter, before I could count the change the manager started reaching into my Poole of change. i stopped him and actually had to tell him not to reach into my money that i would give him what i want him duo have and i was very capable of counting my own money. I think some people are just to anxious and rush too much. You don't reach into people's money for any reason. I will not be eating there and more. Don't like the service.

The staff is so rude and impersonal especially the management.they deny patron with ebt and when they choose to select it rush you thru ordering as if you are a burden.they curse and tell you complain who cares and you realize no one cares because every day you receive the same service.its to the point I poke my head in at times so depending whose in duty I won’t go in it’s r ally kinda of crazy and u can tell the culture because other patrons have adapted to this type of system just staying quiet hoping to order. I ant even rate services denied to complain and not understand Spanish most managers speak this around other staff and they all burst into laughter making you feel like the object of a very humiliating joke just horrible horrible

Let me be real!!! I live in this area, so I know how this place is! Their food is good but the service is not so great. I just got off the phone with them again! For the 6th time! Because for some reason they don't know how to give you your correct order. They act as if they hear everything else but burger orders. Some of the staff or great and funny but the rest at like they doing this to pass the time. So depending on what shift lmao. All in all, there good but with a caution. Ask yourself, how mad would you be if you go to a place where they get your order wrong 78% of the time?

Disappointed with the lack of customer service. I went inside for take out there one one couple waiting for their food and myself. About five minutes into me waiting for anyone to come to the front the lead handed the couple their food and then proceeded to to assist with the drive they without any acknowledgement or greeting. I asked if anyone was working the front and she replied”Hold on” . In that moment I was no longer interested in ordering the food I will not support a business which such a lack of customer service and bad energy. No thanks!

Online order using grub hub(jack in the box selected) Took an hour and a half to get my food delivered literally across the street. 40 minutes of that was after Track my ORDER showed driver (GrubHub) had taken possession of my order and out for delivery. NOT!!!! Food was cold and even after I gave my feedback they (Jack in the box) has not responded with any sort of resolution which may maintain customer satisfaction.

Stopped at this location this morning on my way to work and I must say I am very upset One of the managers took my order she wasn't paying attention I gave her a certain amount in cash and wanted the rest on the card she put the whole charge on my card and all she said was sorry that's not except able when dealing with someone's money she didn't give me a receipt and my hash brown was ice cold so disappointed as a matter of fact the hash browns are always cold!!!!

Went there Christmas night after a party me and my son were starving. The atmosphere was the best I've ever had at any Jack in the box I went through the drive thru and could feel there energy from there. They all worked as a team and were having fun. Playing friendly music and giving great customer service.

Very dirty. Cashers have customers waiting for 10 minutes before they take an order. They are ignoring the customers. When you ask if they could clean the table for you. There answer is nothing and they ignore you. Not good service at all. The employees need to be retrained.

This JIB is alright for a quick bite to eat. Even though I ate in the dining room I would not recommend it. If you are not a local you probably won't have a good experience. I suggest going through the drive thru cause the cars get there orders first without delay. I waited a good 15mins for two chicken sandwiches and two tacos. Food was JIB good. Enjoy your meal.

My visit was great and I left happy. Although every little detail in attitude can affect someone's behavior. The sandwich was awesome and delicious but the fries were way too greasy plus the texture was off and I have a feeling they were refried but it's ok. I can live with that. One more thing; if the owner wants a reserved spot he should put up a sign so no one will park in his designated spot. Just a tip.

The atmosphere is what you might expect from a fast food restaurant in South LA. Not great but not terrible. The food was spot on and the service was just a little slower than average.

Very fun & friendly employees .. Lobby is always clean the parking lot is even spotless. The food is always hot and fresh.. They are very fast.. They deal with the rude people so well and polite great customer customer service in general clearly the best jack in the box by far in the south central area hands down …

As far as fast food goes, I was pretty pleased. Onion rings were very good and my homestyle ranch club was pretty good too. Pro-tip: sub the bun for sourdough bread. It's a lightly toasty and buttery alternative to the standard bun.

At that store they Keep changing their prices when they want to. Senior discount Small coffee was 54 cents,then when up to 1.24 in a week,next week went up again to 1.54 . Won't buy coffee again there until They lower the Senior discount prices. Period.

It's rough in here. Poor customer service. Poor customers period. Surprised this place is still open. Must be hit and miss. May be empty when you visit. Calm and peaceful one day, or you may walk into an open air zoo! With all the animals going bezerk!

Clean in the dining room, the bathroom needs work, but I understand the hostess can't catch everything sometimes people leave a mess right after they clean up. Otherwise good service. Dining room closes at 8pm but the drive thru stays open later.

They are supposed to be open until 12am Thursday nights meaning preparing food until then. We get there at 11:45 and the man says they are closing in 15min and that they have shut everything down. Like what the heck . So annoying .

Horrible I order the Bacon Swiss Buttery Jack. Thank goodness I ordered the comb. If it didn't have that drink I would have chocked on the dry a.. Burger. The cheese wasn't even melted.

I don't eat from here and don't think i ever would.. It's located next to a car wash and a open lot where people be posted at the bus stop drinkin and smokin and playin loud music.

Timewise, it is well managed. The employees are polite. In understanding the area geographically, a smile is always welcomed and comforting. AGAIN....The employees Are very Polite

The food is not always prepared properly, but at least it's not expensive. The dining area is ok, except when transients are hanging out. The parking lot is small.
