Well this is rapidly becoming a favourite haunt of mine in Frankston. Super friendly staff, excellent service, reasonable prices and great coffee. They even do my "FussyBastard's" coffee! The hot food is very fresh and tasty. If you are after a snack, can't go past the VERYTHICK CUT banana bread toasted!

Plenty of.parking either in the centre's multi level carparks or on street parking. There is also plenty of roof top parking available too.

All entrances to the shopping centre and associated carparks are wheelchair friendly with multiple lifts to go between floors and air bridges linking the two halves of this massive shopping centre.

I rate 0 stars for this company based off the extremely poor customer service experience I just received from a young male within the cafe. I had phoned up regarding an online order with a specific query as to why I had not received any beer better chips with my meal as this is what was listed on the menu. The young male (I wish I caught his name) was so rude as said they don't do chips at all after I had paid $20 for a meal from the company. I persisted to query the menu and he just hung up on me. So completely rude. I was polite and calm and simply asking a question.

Coffee is always good. Can't recall having a bad one. Old school flavours and I love it. Food it good, you can request Gluten Free options. Service is great, besides the guy behind the coffee Machine always looking super stressed out, make me feel anxious for him but when you talk to him he is very lovely. Atmosphere is loud, just because it's in the middle of the shops it's very busy. Seating is cramped but fine for 1 or 2 people. Wouldn't suggest bringing a crowed unless you pre arranged seating.

New to Frankston & stopped today at Jamaica Blue for coffee & lunch. I was not able to drink the almond latte as it was horrible but the gourmet beef burger was delicious!! The staff moved and behaved like drones…. Some personality would have made them more approachable. Burger was great so will come again and hope to see an improvement!!

Made a wise decision and decided to drop into JB BS on the way to the airport and indulge rather than inflict myself to airline food. Enjoyed an uber delicious egg and bacon sandwich, which was crisp and hot and totally moorish, and one of the best coffees I had for a long time. The chef and barista excelled themselves. First time Ive eaten in after only having take away. I'll be back again and again !!

Staff have no knowledge of tlwhat they are doing. The way it is run is very messy. Orders were served not as they were placed. Think they need a staff change. There was no regard to what food was accidentally put on the wrong plates. This could have a caused a food allergy. Which could have been serious

the coffees arrived after we finished eating the food despite asking for it. They served mapple syrup with the avo smashed instead of the relish and they use a quarter of an avocado to spread on 2 toasts so basically the toasts waere green but coulnt tell there was avocado on it. Extremely disappointed

Went to what I thought was the counter. Coffee worker, see B Grade Barista, barked at me. " order over there. And that's what I did, ordered at another store 80 metres away. The amazing part was the International student worker did not even know what he did wrong. No training- No manners.

Staff were RUDE and acting like we were holding them up! We went at 3:50, was told they close soon(5pm!). They slammed things in frustration, nearly spilt the cappuccino on my 2yo as it was passed over her head! Nearly $45 for a few drinks and cookies. Won’t be returning here again.

I like jamican blue at Fountain gate and cranbourne but i tried the branch of Frankston and usually i take long black coffee but the coffee at Franston is not good at all and i hope they are not using different coffee beans .

Let’s just say, you go to Jamaica Blue for the coffee not the food. Ordered a chicken and mushroom crepe today. The crepe tasted like it was off the shelf at the supermarket. Chicken was over cooked. The coffee was also average today. Still ok but inconsistent.

The woman serving behind the counter was just straigh up rude, had no customer service skills and lacked basic manners. Drinks were fine but honestly I'd go anywhere but here just based on the lack of customer service from the miserable woman serving

Asked for iced chocolate. The milk had obviously been left out of the fridge, the ice cream melted in the warm Milk before they got it to my table, so I took it back because it tasted a little off and they added ice to it to Make it cold. Not happy!

Hash browns were very different to the other Jamaica blue stores we’ve been to, and were more similar to scalloped potatoes with herbs - not very crunchy, unfortunately. Bacon was good, albeit a little oily. Otherwise, the food was great!

Cold coffee ,rude staff this shop advertised a pirate pack with children's meal,however on purchasing the meal was told 'we don't that anymore' take down the promotion then! Will not return despite coming here for years

This place is great for a quick snack. I often enjoy an Avocado and Chicken wrap - I have one warmed up to eat there with a cup of coffee and I take the rest home to enjoy later. Pleasant people - service with a smile!

We ordered the big brekky and smashed avo. Both meals came out cold and missing foods as per description on the menu. Waste of money, could make better food at home. Very disappointed!
