If you are in a customer service industry you should have good customer service to everyone you interact with when you are at work. The employee I interacted with was extremely rude. They basically told me to get out because I wasn't actively purchasing an item at the time of our interaction. I find it hard to understand that they only have good customer service skills if they are being paid money on their end. I don't want to get into too many details about what happened but I am disgusted by this place and won't be going to Jimmy John's ever again because of the experience I had at this location. That's pretty sad given the fact that I love sandwiches and also that I previously owned a franchise sandwich store which was number 1 in the Houston market of the franchises in the Houston market for our particular store. Customer service is key. If your manager doesn't have good customer service you need to get better employees who understand what customer service is and what type of industry they are working in. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Go to Jersey Mike's sub instead it's down the street and they have good quality customer service that will leave you feeling that you had a good pleasant experience, not leaving like your a homeless person they are kicking out of their store. And if you were wondering, no, I do not own or have ever owned a Jersey Mike's sub shop.

This place constantly makes sandwiches wrong. Multiple orders IN A ROW just flat out wrong. We're talking forgot-to-put-tuna-on-a-tuna-sandwich wrong. Didn't ask for hot peppers? Have some hot peppers. EZ on the spicy mustard? Let's absolutely soak it instead. If you call to ask about it, the guy answering the phone is audibly trying to understand what no tuna on my tuna sandwich means. Instead of immediately apologizing and offering to send out a new (and correct) order, he asks if I still have the sandwich -like I should return it so that I can get a refund instead. Right, just refund it; I didn't want to eat lunch anyway while I'm busy at work and can't get away to a more competent sandwich shop. It's not rocket science to make a basic sandwich, neither is customer service, and these people are constantly struggling. At least it's usually fast. Cept for those few times between 3-4 pm when you think it would be less busy and they take over an hour to deliver. Scary fast? More like scary how often it's sub par. Be warned.

My previous visits to this location has been great, but on Saturday 09/12/2020 had the worst service experience at a Jimmy’s. It is sad that an employee can cause so much harm to the location, but I do believe a review can help prevent those attitudes towards the customers on this location. The lady that was attending the cash register and making the sandwiches seemed so frustrated and had the worst attitude. I ordered my sandwich online, and noticed that the order was taking longer than expected. I went ahead and showed up to ask about my order, and noticed that my order was already fulfilled. She gave me my bag, and I ask for the drink I ordered, and she snatched the bag from me and scratch my hand a little bit in the process. Didn’t say anything, but it bother me a lot. Overall the drink situation was sort out and I left with my order. The sandwich was great. I just wanted to inform y’all of this situation so maybe management or owners can take action, so there is no future situations like that can affect the reputation of this location. Thanks.

The absolute worse service today! I ordered my sandwiches and prior to them being handed off, I immediately noticed the order was wrong. However, before mentioning it to the team member, I checked the receipt. To my surprise the order had been recorded incorrectly so I kindly asked that they remake it. One employee began to remake the sandwich while a new employee who was moving too fast and not paying attention continued to make the order incorrectly. When I brought it to his intention, he began to argue with me explaining that it was not my order in which he was preparing. All while the seasoned employee is explaining that it was my order. He then grossly took off the cheese + pesto, added regular cheese and ham slapped it in the sandwich and passed it off to me. Literally sloppy + disgusting. New employees shouldn’t be on the line especially if they can’t manage their attitude.

I drove a total of 40 minutes just to have everything I specifically requested on my customized order to be ignored. I order a sandwich with no Mayo, no onions, no mustard, add black olives, banana peppers, peppercorn ranch, pickles, and I received NOTHING as requested on the online order. It came with onions and Mayo and nothing added. It’s not my job to have to check for something that should be so damn simple. It was empty at the restaurant. They didn’t have but one customer already eating but couldn’t focus to get my order right. First and last time at this place.

This was my go to place for subs (Gargantuan all the way including sprouts). I could deal with sprouts being removed from the menu, but I felt a decline the quality of the sandwiches over time. My delicious french bread with mayo and heaping of meat and cheese no longer felt as if constructed with pride. I remember leaving sad that day I realized that JJ no longer had the fire in their gut. ... and that they still didn't offer Coke Zero was like rubbing the salt in the wounds. I would still give them another chance, because JJ and I rocked for years. But its months now, not days between visits. - from a huge sub enthusiast

Why is society so dumb and advertising gullible? Of course it's "fast", it's elementary school simple. The Turkey Tom is no different than the white paper wrapped sandwich you can pickup at Kroger, less meat actually, same plain bread. The cookies are all cold, like are taken right out of the cooler. The guy said "many people like them cold" I said, "no they don't, people rave of Cookies Right out of the Oven" Continues to be disheartening how Americans are so hype and advertising gullible, bandwagon riding just to fit in, with such shallow review of what's going on around. Subway is Still higher level and priced well.

Food was good and fast as promised. However, there was a man sitting in the customer area the dining area. He was picking his nose first one nostril and then the other. Laboriously, he pulled out one booger after another, examining each one meticulously before putting them in his mouth and eating them. I had to turn around and face away while I was eating my roast beef sandwich. I had ordered mayo and shredded lettuce and be honest the bits kind of look like boogers too. The booger man had on a Jimmie John's shirt. It turns out that he works there.

I love Jimmy John’s. For the first day I tried them, I am hooked. Much better than subway. There is really not even a comparison. The quality of their sandwiches is far better and service is super fast and very friendly. The prices are very reasonable, you can expect to pay about eight to $12 for a large sandwich. I am a big eater and their large sandwich more than does it for me. The quality of their meats and cheeses and ingredients is far better than that of subway. Their only real competitor is Firehouse subs.

I order from the Yale location several times per month. On the days that you just can't get away from your office or your desk for lunch, I say order here. I always order the Beach Club and sometimes I also order a cookie. I pay $8 for the sandwich, which is big and $2 for a large cookie. The cookie is pre-packaged, but don't be fooled, it is very good. And yes, they are "Freaky Fast"! My office is right at the edge of their delivery area and they get here in 10-15 minutes! No joke! I love their food and service.

((January 9, 2019)) I placed my order via JJ website and had my sammich delivered. After revealing the wrapping paper from the sandwich, I noticed a semi curly hair strand about 2" inches sitting directly on top of the bread. Ended up throwing the entire sandwich out! A bit upset because I love their sandwiches + they deliver to my office for those rainy days I don't feel like driving. After voicing my opinion via JJ website, I was contacted by the store manager a couple days later to come in for a free sandwich.

Well, this location has some staff that doesn't acknowledge the customer as soon as they come in. I had placed a online order and NEVER received the order is ready for pickup notification nor the order on the app was updated. So i waited for 30 minutes till I finally got up to ask about the status on my order and it was ready 30 minutes ago. Will most definitely try another location and hope for better results. I will most definitely just come in and place the order at the location since it's faster that way.

This store is doing a amazing job great food and hard workers, for being short staff with only a few ppl they are working like they are 2 people, keep up they great work and don't let anyone tell you otherwise

It was around 3 and I hadn't eaten much all day. Tired and starving. The manger was so helpful and actually made me 2 sandwiches for the price of 1. He split it in 1/2 and told me to put the other 1/2 in the fridge as SOON as I got home. They stuffed this thing full and I'm almost positive you couldn't buy this much food at the store for $17. This thing was amazing. Great smokey flavor and the crunchy lettuce does it right.

I work nearby and we've ordered a few times. Most of the time they are fast except for the last order. My boss ordered a sandwich and had to call about it after an hr, the delivery got got lost and tried to act like our business was hard to find. They did offer him a free sandwich on the next order but he declined. For some reason they had the wrong phone # so couldn't call. Overall good food and service.

No high chairs for kids, but clean inside. I always order Turkey Tom with provolone added. When I get a combo I get Jalapeños chips and a fountain drink.

I called the store to let them know they poisoned me & no one cared. No one apologized. I’m severely allergic to dairy. I asked for a Vito #5 no cheese, no provolone & they did it anyway. I noticed halfway through my sandwich on my way to work. Now I’m about to be horribly ill on the busiest day of my work because someone didn’t care if they poisoned me. Awesome. Hate this place now.

Worst Jimmy Johns location I've used. Advertise "freaky fast" delivery, while my delivery took an hour to receive. I waited my entire lunch break, only to have to scarf it down as soon as I clocked back in. I should add they are 1 mile distance from me. Ridiculous. The sandwich had too much avocado, and I didnt even receive the mustard and mayo I requested. Won't be using again.

When they say, "freakie fast" they mean it. When you need a quick bite to eat Jimmy is an excellent choice the number 9 is fantastic and their tomatoes are always ripe. The store is clean, the staff is friendly, and the 50 cent day old bread is great for dipping in olive oil and balsamic at the house. This blows the pants off of any other sandwich franchise; vote for Jimmy.

Guy who took my order didnt say hello or anything just did a face like are you ready to order?. Got my sandwich made by some lady... when I opened my sandwich I was almost embarrassed by it. I could of made this exact same sandwich at home. Overall experience wasn't the best. Food lacked flavor. Would definitely think twice before coming here.

I love the food here and the service is fast. I always have them deliver to my job and they always come very fast and the workers are always nice. One thing, if you want alot of meat on your sandwich , don't order the regular. You have to order extra for a significant amount. But the food is very good. Thank you for the fast delivery always

I ordered my food online for delievery and had a horrible experience. It took a hour for the order to get to my business. The left half of the order at jimmy johns and my lunch break was already up. Manager didn’t want to credit me for anything or find a solution since it was there problem my meal came incorrect and also late. Never again!

The Hunters club is always just what the doctor ordered. Double roast beef and provalone, yum. Their indoor service is crazy fast, the already had our sandwiches ready before the register processed our card. Not sure about delivery, i've never tried it but apparently the only deliver within five minutes of their stores anyway.

Jimmy johns is usually reliable but this specific location has issues with delivering on the orders that they receive. A driver that was supposed to delivery order decided that he would not deliver my sub after repeated communication with me. Makes me reconsider ordering jimmy johns ever again.

Everyone's NAILS are so dirty and long. I know this is not sanitary. The guys working there are sneezing and coughing over the sandwiches as they make them. It is not just one person with dirt under their nails but most of the guys there. I have eaten there in person and had them deliver.
