Came in here about a week ago , the customer service was on point. I believe her name was Sam, either way she was awesome. Very helpful, attentive and all around made sure I was taken care of. Purchased a pair of shoes for my husband , she told me about the return policy & all questions and concern to just call her back at the store or come back in and she'd be more than willing to take care of it. My husband ended up loving his shoes. Pretty neat shoes and cool accessories in that store. Glad I went cause with the last couple of reviews from ppl it seemed like this store was a nightmare. Overall experience was great !

I went there a few days ago. I bought some classic black vans, I had tried a different style & they fit me okay, but there was no 7 1/5, like always. I tried a different style and asked the employee if they ran the same or smaller so I could exchange. He said they did. When I got home I tried them on and they fit me too tight. I went back to exchange and explained what happened, they said they couldn’t exchange them because they were too “wared” out. I was pretty disappointed because I didn’t use them. Never buying shoes from Journeys again. Employees are rude and gave me a really old box.

This place is a fashion store for young people. If I had not brought one with me, I would not have gone there. But I did have one with me, so I was dragged in. It seems that teenagers view shoes as fashion accessories instead of the utility items that I see them as. There were some shoes that could be used for hiking or some sport. Most were too fragile for me. Still, my companion found a pair and persuaded me to buy them for a not very hurtful price. I'll never notice them. maybe not even see them again

My daughter and I went to this store to purchase some Doc Martens that she wanted but they were out of stock in her size. Samantha the Sales person was so very nice and helpful and looked online for us to see if we could order online. But they are sold out at this time but she told my daughter to call the store later to see if they come back and stock and she let us know that shipping is free to your home she's a very sweet and professional person. Enjoyed our shopping experience.

My daughter got white converse that were size 7 , when we got home she tried them on again and realized they were too small so I went back the day after to get her 7,1/2. The employee that served me was really rude she almost threw the pair of shoes at me , she also wrote on the receipt that it was a final sell and said there you go now you won’t be able to return them again. Very rude , bad service I didn’t not appreciate being talk to that way

i went in here today to find new shoes and left my boba in the store for a MINUTE and when i came back the worker threw away my drink. i paid like 10 dollars for that and half of the drink was still there. didnt even think of telling me i left my drink in the store as i was leaving. TERRIBLE. SERVICE.

The return policy here is terrible. I wore a pair of shoes once, and they wouldn’t accept them simply because the bottom of the shoe had a few black dots. Need to do a better job explaining to customers that you cant even open the box if you want to return a pair of shoes.

Went to Fashion Valley Mall found great selection of shoes at Journeys manager Anthony was super helpful and gave me the best deal on shoes He is very knowledgeable about all there products and will highly recommend to all my friends to visit and buy from him again.

Came in with no real idea of what I wanted. Kajah welcomed me in and helped me pick the best shoes. She was stellar at her job, made me feel great and got me to also buy some socks. If you go in I hope she helps you out. 10/10 experience would go again.

Great selection of Doc Martens and Timberland boots, and a very helpful staff. It was super busy when we went, but we were greeted and helped almost right away. Very great experience even though stock was a little low due to the holidays.

Unfortunately I let the staff talk me into buying a size of Doc Martins that were not correct because they swore up and down they ran “large”. The shoes left me limping for days. After researching the shoes I bought-everyone online said

Small variety of shoes but overall a good quality store. Staff seemed a little overwhelmed as there were only two employees but were friendly and tried to help everyone the best they could

I use to like buying my shoes from here but now there selection has gotten smaller and I haven't been able to find a good pair of shoes in 10 years
