Tuesday April 12 2022 I was not too happy Last week I bought my Spring jacket To get fixed And I also pay her give her $50 bill it came up to $33.90 So I went in got my jacket then she's telling me I have to pay $15 in chain I'm like what I what I just paid you last week She said I didn't write it down I have the receipt I told her to check the camera I don't Lie I tore I on my father's grave I even Show her my arm Of my tattoo my dad named with the cross So she said don't yell at me well I wasn't yelling I was upset plus I was hardly hearing I asked her may I speak to the manager she said I was the manager I will never ever go back to that place I hope they closed their business down watch out for your money And always make sure you have your receipt like I did She will double your money Hope the God you close your business after you treat a customer like that don't lie

BEWARE I simply wanted her to take in my shoulders and hem my one slitted dress down a bit. it would have costed 34 including everything.(I got a quote from the man) the dress only had one slit in it. Which I only wanted it closed a bit. SHE wanted to put ANOTHER slit in my dress, lied and said there were two slits in my dress which they were not. The Young lady then talked to me after cause she was getting frustrated. She agreed there were not two slits then the women spoke to her in her language and she all of a sudden saw two slits in my dress... She wanted to upcharge me and make and extra 30 DONT GO HERE I go to Parkway plaza cleaners they are nice and don't scam!

Joy Cleaners used to be AMAZING, providing excellent service and customer care. But ever since the new management took over about a year or so ago, the service has dropped considerably and I've made the difficult decision to not go back there. My last trip was the final straw, I asked them to alter a garment, and they never did, though they thought they had. I really miss the husband and wife team who used to run this location. I've decided to switch to Klassic Dry Cleaners as it's just a few minutes from Joy.

Joy Cleaners at Morningside Crossing is a top-tier cleaner. They have done a great job for me, including repairs to my leather coat, and pressing my summer shirts. They do, indeed, put a clean and crisp crease on my pants, every time! I would recommend them any time!

Hello! Hope you read this in time! I left a suit for dry cleaning and have a wedding tmrw! It says online you’re closed on Sunday! I need to pick up the suit please, if I can contact anyone to pick it up in the morning please! Or share your contact info.

They lost an heirloom christening bonnet. Which was made from a wedding dress. They were dismissive and said it’s not their fault because it was a small item. Promised they would find it - it’s been six months and I still have not heard from them.

Okay place, gave them my winter coat to dry clean, for the price they charged I'd be annoyed if the service wasn't up to par.

Way over priced & she flat out told me to buy new pants isnt that why I went to her not wasting my time there

3.50 for shirts, $6 for pants dry cleaning. They don't do in house, send off, it takes usually a few days.

If you are a regular customer of dry cleaners they change owners and put the price up how surprised was I
