Machine ate my ticket and printed a receipt which showed approved. Pressed the help button and explained what happened and was told “I can’t help you” as she was looking at my payment. Proceeded to blame me and provide no solution for 10 minutes. 42 dollars for parking and a lesson learned.

This is one of the most poorly maintained parking garages in Hamilton! I have been parking in this facility several time a month since 2017 for cancer treatment. The elevator door in the Poplar Street garage opens and closes so slowly that

This is the parking garage for the Juravinski Hospital buildings. For a hospital this garage isn't very handicap accessible. There are only 2 handicap spots in the lot near the wheelchair entrance. The others are in the garage structure.

The parking is convenient but no in and out passes. I have to pay twice when visiting a patient on the same day two times. If you are visiting patients for longer than a few days you should purchase a pass at the hospital.

When I came into the garage across from the hospital. I drove up to the ticket machine. I press the button and it will give me a ticket. When I park my vehicle. I read on the ticket, take the ticket with you.

Well located. If you plan on multiple days go to the parking office and get a pass. The pass is significantly less expensive and lasts a year at any of the HHS parking lots.

I go for treatments and this is perfect to park here. Would have been better as I am a patient, to not have to pay at all. Patients should get at least 50%off on parking.

Expensive but it has to be for people visitng hospital. Money goes to hospital. I won't complain about the cost. Lot would be full of shoppers etc. otherwise.

Too expensive. I've parked in waaay too many hospital parking lots. London has the best parking garages btw. $15 for 2 hours. Shameful

parking spots a little tight..bring a smaller vehicle..use frequently..never paid more than $20
