Good sized Mitre 10 with everything on offer. Went here to buy some organic fertilizer and spray along with some tomatoe plants. Found an excellent spray with no chemicals which is a big plus so be great to see how effective it is and killing the caterpillars on the tomatoes without killing the bees. It's a nice little Mitre10 store with most things you would need for your every day job at home. It's more expensive than Bunnings, but it is local and the staff are always available and knowledgeable. It certainly saves going down the hill so if you facture time into the equation, it all balances out.

The is a great little local hardware stocked with all the items you may need for your house or garden. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and find exactly want you need for those small projects. Parking can be an issue on the weekends, but there is always parking close by.

Great hardware shop, we can always get what we need here. The staff are helpful and friendly. Unfortunately there is a younger male staff member who needs to be a little happier and more helpful, it is a customer service role after all. Other than that, its definitely my go to …

Great customer service here. Special thanks to Lachlan who has fixed my Stihl blower twice with separate issues which I was thinking to replace, both times with his excellent skills quickly identified the problems fixed them and made the tool as new. Strongly recommend.

Had to get my chainsaw going yesterday while my staff waited on site doing nothing. Service person, understood my dilemma. He was prompt, professional and seemed very experienced. He got it going quickly and I was on my way. Sorry I forgot his name. Thank you.

Have had difficulty here with incorrect pricing and then having issues resolved to my satisfaction. For a large store I've been a bit disappointed with their range of products. Service is often slow at checkout on the weekend.

Over the years since Mitre 10 took control the store has deteriorated in terms of stock. I only go there because the store is close to home, not because I I believe they can supply. 6 out of 10 times I go to a bigger store.

Shout out to Lachlan for his fantastic help with my chainsaw recently. Got it working like new in no time - super friendly and helpful and even fitted a new chain as part of the service. Super impressed - thanks Lachlan!

I'm not a huge fan of this Mitre 10 - in particular the garden section here - the woman in charge is...pretty terse and unhelpful and the selection is often gone-to-seed veg that shouldn't be on the shelves.

Cheerfully tested pool water & gave good advice. Had run out of some pool chemicals Friendly service at the checkout in spite of 30+degC inside the store. Extra fans & air conditioning would help!

Daylight robbery on irrigation supplies.. Double the price of bunnings, no wonder I never see tradesmen in the store. Only saving grace is the service but geez, just go to bunnings.

Excellent service. You just walk up to the counter and get service! No chasing someone down isles at the big green shed. Prices aren't much different. Staff are always helpful.

Convenient to Blackwood and surrounds. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Good range for size of store. Has Weber BBQ and smokers. Drive through for heavy hardware and trade.

May I suggest you offer more "friendly' assistance when a customer comes in to activate a gift card instead of we cannot do anything. And please place prices on your products.
