This is the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Multiple employees have attitude, they don’t plan meals properly(getting fries ready in a bag before the meal is ready.) I reached in the bag once I got out of the parking lot for a few fries and they were cold... The pop machine must run on hopes and dreams because they don’t change the syrup when it’s empty. It’s happened many times where my drink was basically sparkling water when ordering a Pepsi. I was told they didn’t have an chicken tenders for the twister wrap I wanted(it was around 9:40pm so I can understand not having everything ready to go) and it would take awhile to make so I got the zinger twister instead and it still took 10 minutes to come out the window. I was the only one in the drive thru and no one was inside. Plenty of time to make fresh tenders. The drive thru layout is awful as well. I’ve seen multiple customers behind me get frustrated with the layout and just leave. I’m impressed this KFC is still in business. 2 years later edit: I tried them again ordering the festive chicken sandwich box meal. They totally forgot the stuffing and cranberry sauce and I didn't realize until I got home. A few days later, I still wanted to try it so I went back to try it again. I checked the sandwich this time and didn't see any cranberry sauce on it and asked them to take it back and put some on. She opened the sandwich with the side I didn't see showing the cranberry sauce on the bottom saying it's on there. I took it and left. I checked when I got home and it doesn't even have one cranberry worth of sauce. This restaurant needs to do better. If I were kfc, I would close down this restaurant for tarnishing the brands image.

Do not. I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. Edit to say this was 2 months ago. Ordered this morning at 1030ish and because they weren't open, food wasn't going to be ready til 11.15... which is perfectly understandable. I picked up and everything was in the bags. We ordered the 18 piece with 5 sides (2 gravy, 2 large fry, and a coleslaw (that came in 4 individual servings and not a large cup)). We get home an hour later (as we live an hour away) and tried a fry... fries were frozen still in places. Tried a piece of chicken and it tasted like it was cooked 3 different times. It was well over done and tasted burnt to a crisp. Called cust service over the phone and the girl was very nice, I explained the situation and she had the manager call me. I got talking to the manager (5 hours after i left) and she didn't apologize for the bad service we got from that location. She tried telling me they throw out all the old chicken and that the oil was at the optimal temperature. She then told me that she didn't know what I was talking about and trying to invalidate my experience. She told me to come back when her next chef is in (january) and ill get a 20% off my next order. I refused. She then said id get a 9 piece bucket and a large fry on the house. I told her I'm not coming back regardless because no special trip is worth the disappointment we experienced. So I've requested a refund and am waiting on that. I will update if I get my money back or not. Edit to say I got the refund 2 weeks after. Just forgot to update

That's it, I'm done with KFC. Worried that I'd have a long wait in line, I ordered ahead online. Upon arriving to pick up my order @ 5:45pm on a Thursday, I literally thought this Kanata location was closed. The parking lot was empty and there was not a single customer in the restaurant! 2 employees were chatting and after about a minute, the guy sitting at the drive through window got up to give me my order. Needless to say that due to lack of customers, I was concerned that my meal would be old and cold...and I was right. Fries were stale and the chicken was just warm and greasy. It didn't even taste like KFC anymore. I think they skimp on the spices at this location to stretch their budget. The other issue with the chicken was that several pieces were indistinguishable from the norm. A couple of wings and drumsticks were there, but the the breast and thigh pieces look like there were hacked apart, again I think to double the number of pieces in the bucket. The "best" part of the meal was their coleslaw, if that's anything to cheer about. I can't see this location staying open for much longer. Again, I was the only (and never again) customer at the store...no in-store diners, walk up customers, nor drive through customers while I was there during "dinner rush".

My husband and I decided to pick up a bucket of chicken for the family. When we arrived at the store the manager and the server were too busy talking. It took us a bit to be able to place our order. During this time the server pulled $100 out of her pocket and stated "oops I forgot to put this in the till". When we received our order my husband decided decided to check it. They forgot to give us our 2 large salads. Then when we arrived home the family got their plates. We sat down to eat and my husband took a bit of his potato salad. He then asked me to try it because it didn't taste right to him. Upon tasting it I discovered that the potato salad was gone bad. My husband then proceeded to call the location. After 5 attempts finally the phone was answered. It was the manager. When my husband tried to tell her about the salad she became very rude. She called out to one of the employees to check the date on the salad. It expires tomorrow. The manager then tried to replace it with a macaroni salad (meanwhile we already have one) she also wanted us to drive all the way back to the location. (Which is a 20 min drive) she then proceeded to get more of a attitude. Hung up on my husband. And now the location will not answer the phone. I highly recommend not to go to this location. I have no clue how this location is even still open. With poor service and expired food.

Ordered food for family dinner at 6:34pm with an eta of 7:34 pm…2 phone calls to the order line who transferred me to the store that doesn’t answer their phone and 2 hours later I end up driving into the Hazeldean road store where the order was placed to be told “they were too busy to answer the telephone and were making my order and then on the same sentence they took me my order was cancelled. I showed the person in charge my phone clearly showing that the order was not cancelled and “being prepared”. I got no refund even for the delivery tip for an order that I had to pick up myself, had I not gone into the store I never would have received the order. He kept telling me a supervisor would contact me…I’m not holding my breath! The worst service and customer service that I have ever experienced, KFC doesn’t seem to realize they now have a lot of competition in town for chicken! It’s incredible that they were too busy to answer the phone when I was the only customer in the store other than a family that was already eating at a table. The chicken was very dry as well…Ottawa Health Department should check this location out…not sure how they pass inspection!

It is KFC! The food was good and quality that one expects from KFC. The real change though on this visit was the lack of Taco Bell from this store. This was quite a change to the flow of ordering and I will be curious as to how the split of the franchises will impact the business. One thing that I do appreciate here is that the drive through line is long enough to accommodate many cars and the telecom is pretty clear compared with some drive through places around. The other thing that was strange was not being asked if I wanted hot sauces. Normally with Taco Bell you would get that offer. It made for an interesting flavour mix with KFC and the Taco Bell hot sauces. I will still go but might need to take a quick trip up the road to the Taco Bell for that familiar taste. *** My latest trip was disappointing. The service was slow and the order was partially messed up. This store has gone downhill.

Was flabbergasted at the cost. First thing, I had to wait for the server to come out of hiding. I ordered two wings "bucket style". Both wings had pulverized bones. I think they do that so they can make a shape out of it. It cost me somewhere around $9.25. That's with no drink and no fries. I chose the wing because it's generally leaner than the ribs and the breasts and thighs. Of course, it had to have a layer of fat under the skin. Popeyes for me, from now on. The store had some decent pictures of the colonel on the wall but the kernel would be embarrassed to be on their walls now. Kentucky fried Chicken has a well-earned nickname. That nickname is Dirty Bird. No, I was not happy with my meal.

Anybody on a diet has to stay out of this restaurant. Every year it gets greasier and greasier and more fat under the skin and pulverize bones as I mentioned in another write-up.

Ordered for the family, only half the order showed up! I was instructed by the toll free number people to call the store. I called 5 times consecutively as they would let the phone ring til it hung up! I called the toll number back and they said they would have them call me. 20 minutes after that I hear from the manager, didn’t get so much as a sorry! When I commented about it, I was told “yeah yeah sorry” rudely I have you! Currently waiting for the rest of the order, I most definitely will be tte last I make with them certainly! Update So the second time around to amend what they missed the first go around, they missed 2 popcorn chickens, 2 ind fries and didn’t sent the gravy’s or salads!! Seriously unbelievable! When I said please just refund that part of the meal, they said how about next time we give you $10 free food! News flash ain’t going to be a next time! Wow

Decided to get my father's day dinner at this one. Ordered online for pickup at 4:55pm. (Online says pickup in 15min.) Arrived a little early and wished I didn't. Place was packed with 30 or more people of course. Then over the next 2 hours I waited for my meal. Was told 3 separate times when I asked it will be ready in 20min. Watched people come and go with their orders and the place empty. At 1.5 hours they asked me the contents of my order again and I suspect that's when they started making it. Counter was covered with receipts and they were very unorganized. Finally got my order at around 6:50pm. If I hadn't already ordered it online and paid I would've cancelled for sure. This place used to be pretty good but it's gone downhill extensively in the last 6 months or so. Never going back.

Worst experience ever. Their Zinger burger was one of the worst burger I ever had in my life. Usually. it is good and juicy but this time it was has hard and dry as a piece plywood and had no other option but throw it away. I would have returned their piece of plywood but had to drive somewhere. I have tried KFC all over States and Canada but this was the worst burger ever I had in my life. I should have kept it to take some pictures of but too bad had to throw the entire $27 order for the entire family. I will never eat at KFC after as they have started selling plywood instead of chicken burgers. Please check your order before leaving as some of their burgers are old and really bad. I don't know if the owner or KFC care about my review but I am just letting the poor customers be aware of what they are getting specially if you're in rush. Please take your time to check your order before leaving the place. ☹☹☹

Eating lunch with my co workers and one person tried to bring in a sandwich from Arby’s . The lady at the front cash began screaming at him that he wasn’t aloud to bring in any outside food. Even when he offered to to buy something from kfc as well. She just continued screaming at him and actually told me to take my dine in lunch and go with him. Totally disrespectful and rude service. On my way out I calmly told her she didn’t need to be so rude as he didn’t know they had that rule. Then she continued screaming at me. Their pop machine has been broken for over a week, the chicken was slimy and gross and they serve cold wraps. I could normally look past the broken machines but after being screamed at as a paying customer who followed the rules, I cannot support this business. I am not a big fan of this particular KFC location. I visited yesterday with my kids to grab some chicken for a quick dinner. First of all, the place itself looked like it needed a thorough clean. Second, the service was subpar. It took several minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence in the restaurant and take my order, as they were busy with drive-through and delivery orders. I was told I had to wait for about 5 minutes for the chicken to prepare, but I ended up waiting for more than 10 minutes. There was no apology offered. When I got home, I realized that they did not put any ketchup or napkins in my order. The chicken was good though. I will continue enjoying KFC but I will probably not visit this particular location if I have a choice.

I had an unfortunate experience at KFC recently, and it was honestly one of the worst visits I've had. The chicken I ordered was far from hot; it seemed like it was part of an old stock. To make matters worse, when I inquired about the issue, the employee I approached was not only unhelpful but also displayed rudeness by engaging in an argument. This employee, an older gentleman, left me thoroughly disappointed with his demeanor. Quality and customer service are essential aspects of any dining experience, and it was disheartening to see these aspects fall so short during my visit to KFC. I hope that the management takes steps to address such issues to ensure that customers receive the standard of service and quality that they deserve.

Went there tonight to surprise my sons father with super. Ordered the triple bucket meal.. we had 2 separate orders and they told us they put the orders together considering we were in the same car. Well by the way I got home ( I live in smithfalls area) I noticed I was missing all my original recipe chicken, I was missing half my popcorn chicken, I was supposed to have a large macaroni salad ended up with a couple little ones instead. I understand u might not have everything to do an order but then u tell the customer so they can change their order or cancel them. And no this mistake was no an accident everything was placed so I wouldn't notice right away. They even gave me like 15 dipping sauces for my popcorn chicken instead of the 3 I was supposed to have.. I was very disappointed with the service and very upset that pur fathers day dinner was ruined.

The last 4 times we were there, it was not good, neither the food or the service. I'm not going back there anymore. I don't trust the place. I'll try KFC in Bells Corners next time. The food was not fresh, it was old and dry. They got our order wrong which isn't a big deal, that happens but they got it wrong the next three times we went. The worst thing was the wait. On two occasions, we went through the drive thru. They said it would be a 15-20 minute wait and it was that long. The next time we went, they said the same thing so we said we'll come back in 30 minutes. We came back and still waited 30 minutes for our order! The last time, we went inside. We didn't wait long but they got my order wrong. And all the tables were really really dirty. They obviously had not be wiped off for a long time.

Pulled up to the drive through window only to be told they wouldn’t be accepting drive thru orders today only in store. I go in store and order 5 hot wings and drink, 10 minutes later I’m told they forgot to put more in and that there will be an additional wait time. Not only were the staff incredibly rude but also lazy and dare I say incompetent!!! One kept taking cash from the till and going into the kitchen and counting, seems slightly sketchy!!! Another staff talking obnoxiously on his electric blue phone that I can only assume is for personal use only, that is unless that’s the vibe cornel Saunders is going with these days and the rest sitting down in an office. This is not fast food, this is not good service, this is not good anything!!! I won’t be back.

I don't eat KFC very often throughout the year once maybe twice… Regrettably we went and picked up some tonight and when I opened the bucket of chicken, the grease on those pieces of chicken I have never seen before.... I took pieces out of the bucket to place on two or three dishes and this is what the bottom of the bucket look like, just covered in grease.... not only was the grease bad. The taste was awful. That will be my last trip to KFC. Waste of money !!!!!! They want you to fill out a survey to let them know about your experience as I did and they leave you with a voucher number but unfortunately and as I've read, they don't and have not responded ...I'll be visiting face to face to collect my money back if I don't hear from them soon !!!!

Eating in the first time with my teenage son. Ordered dark meat but ended up getting all breasts. Took it back to the counter and showed them, a girl said "this piece is dark" pointed at a tiny backbone portion of a breast piece. Then the whole crew said that they didn't have any thighs, drums or even wings. Either they know nothing about fried chicken, or trying to hide from customer that they were out dark meat. Oh and I have never seen KFC serving pieces being a 1/4 size of what they show on their menus and pictures. Saving grace was the seats were just cleaned and I had a nice chat with my son. The chicken literally tasted like it was cooked in an ashtray. I’m 7 months pregnant and both my husband and I got sick from it. I checked online and this location has hundreds of reviews saying the exact same thing. Why nobody has investigated the issue or just shut it down all together blows my mind. I had to drive back to the store to get my money back because the online number refused to give me a refund and the store wouldn’t answer their phone. The store is disgustingly dirty, the gravy container looked like it was from a horror movie, heath and safety should really pay them a visit. I don’t think I can ever eat KFC chicken again. Ordered this through Skip and all of the chicken was super soggy, not even one piece of chicken was crispy! All of the other items was ok but the 2 spicy sandwiches tasted plain with no heat and just a disgusting sandwich to eat, both sandwiches ended up getting thrown out. This is the only KFC in this town. During the pandemic the food quality was really bad and the opening hours were short and inconsistent. There were times the chicken were not edible because they were burnt or way too salty. I wonder if there is new management. The chicken now is tasty and the pieces are bigger. We went there a lot so I’ve decided to leave a review. This time we tried the 2 for TWOsday. For $2 you get 2 chicken drumsticks or 2 tenders. They are ok. For $1 more we get some fries. KFC stops serving the regular fries. We can only get the new seasoned fries. I don’t like them. I’m disappointed. Seasoned fries are way too salty.

Slow, unorganized, and inefficient. Ordered 5 wings and a tender, which by the way are always pre-prepared and just sitting in a heater, and it took them 25 minutes to get it out. They prioritize delivery and drive-thru orders, which is fair but apparently have no system to work through it. Quality of food is … average or a complete miss. My singular “boneless” tender, yknow the whole point of getting a tender, had a ribcage in it. Cleanliness is borderline non-existent. The only redeeming quality about this place is the nice workers who are kind and patient.

Do not order delivery online using KFC's website. Instead, use UberEats or SkipTheDishes. The reason being; when you submit your order through the KFC website, the store employee will receive the order and manually process the order. The order is then contracted out to a third party delivery company. Since the order is manually processed, there is a high chance for human error while copying down the delivery information. In my situation, my address and phone number was copied down incorrectly and the delivery driver was unable to deliver the food nor contact me. Getting a refund is another story... still waiting for that.

Well omfg. I am very very disappointed. 3rd time dealing with the place. First time we were in a storm and asked me to park to the side and tried to wave at Me to come and grab my food. Second time. Went through drive thru well tried too and was told to come inside. Then waited almost 30mins for my order. Well tonight tried to order very simple 4tenders and popcorn bucket it's 12.99. after 10 mins told her thank but I was leaving. The called 5 times to speak to a manager and no one answered the phone. I went there today, April 2nd, 2022, used the washroom first and sat down to order online on my phone, and within 1 minute there was a very unfriendly lady staff asking me to leave because she did not see me ordering food there, and act so noble since she let me used the bathroom. Well I get it that it is covid and ppl should not stay there like before for long, but I have literally just sat down for a minute and she act so rude without asking anything, like she's talking to a homeless guy. So I cancelled my order and delete KFC app and never ever will I come back to that shop again, no wonder ppl picks MCD over KFC

I haven't had Kentucky in a very long time and I have fond memories of KFC from the Past when my late parents were alive and extremely busy with their jobs so we got a treat with KFC for dinner. Long gone are those days. Anyway I downloaded the app and placed an order at 4:14 pm, food was to arrive at 4:54 pm well it never came and a number of calls to the 866 number then the stores number a numerous amount of times just to have the phone clicked on to busy then hung up. It is now 7:18 pm. Here I am writing this grievance. Thanks you rotten people, it doesn't kill to be kind and to do your job properly. Sheesh!

We picked up a bucket of chicken at the Kanata Ontario location. When we got home, we realized the chicken reeked of cigarettes. The smell was unmistakable. My wife returned the bucket and the assistant manager on duty agreed that the chicken smelled like cigarettes. He said he'd hold it aside so that the manager could smell it himself tomorrow. No apology, no offer of a refund, he just handed her a new bucket of chicken. The new bucket smelled like cigarettes too. We tossed it in the trash. Either there was something wrong with the oil, or their employees are smoking in the kitchen. Not impressed.

Like most modern KFC restaurants this one is attached to a Taco Bell. It was very busy when I visited but it was also during the dinner rush so that might not always be the case. I had no trouble finding a seat although seating is limited. This appeared to me to be mostly a take-out joint. The food was decent though. I had a basic chicken burger and it was surprisingly filling. They've also improved the standard coleslaw- it tastes pretty much the same but now has larger cabbage bits and carrot shreds. It's kinda weird and vinegary, but I do love me some "green fuzzy stuff" from KFC.

First of all, the staff in the back would not stop yelling at each other. Claiming that they all don’t know how to do their jobs! Instead of focussing on working and waiting until there’s no customers around to deal with staffing issues. Second food was lacklustre and the gravy that I ordered with the poutine was cold. That’s a literal Canadian sin. Finally, I go to use the bathroom and there’s no toilet paper or paper towel whatsoever, they have no napkins in there dispenser, they have barely any forks or knives or any cutlery (because they use plastic cutlery). This place sucks

Ordered a single box combo with a small gravy on the side. Once I checked food after leaving found they didn't give me the gravy. They didn't give me the BBQ dips either, even though they specificallyasked me which dip I wanted. Asked for a large drink and only got a regular. The side salad that came with the combo was half full if that, plus was not given a fork for the salad...Over all I sat at the window for 12 mins for them to give me a single combo with 5 errors in it, complete trash location.

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering here. Won't happen again. I knew I'd made a mistake when I walked in to their building to pick up my order and my shoes were sticking to the floor. I paid $9 extra for the 'white meat no wings' option on our family bucket, they only gave us wings. Popcorn, chicken and chicken sandwich all practically inedible, the only decent part of the meal was the fries. $50 dinner, threw most of it in the garbage. No idea how this place is still open it's absolutely terrible.

Went an hour and a half before closing. Tried to order a six piece meal and boneless bucket. Was told they only had enough chicken to make a four piece and no popcorn chicken left which I then asked if they could make more and that I was willing to wait. They said they had already closed their fryers and were no longer making food. I would get if I showed up a half hour before close or 15 mins but you’re losing an entire hour and a half worth of orders by doing this. Although after reading the reviews I’m glad I didn’t waste my money on this place.

Horrible experience. I am not sure what it is about this location in particular; went there after 1 year and same poor qualify food. Chicken was very very dry and looked as if it had been kept under a warmer for hours. They don't have fountain drinks and are giving out cans instead as well. It's worth driving 10 mins more to the location in bells corners as the food is considerably different in quality.

Obviously this place is going from ordinary to bad. I whent to buy 2 pices Chicken (any pices) no fries no pop nothing else and I've asked for BBQ dipping sauce I was charged 9.03$ I said there must have been à mistake because I didn't order à meal, no, no, that was the actual total and I was charged 0.20$ For the dipping sauce because the only thing I was offered comming with it was vinegar salt and paper‍♀️ I use to go there verry often but they just lost me ! Next time I will go to popeyes or I will drive furder for KFC.

Worst KFC in Ottawa. Staff is rude and please explain how a chicken franchise doesn't serve or run out of fried chicken an hour before closing time. Worked late and went through the drive thru at 9:00pm (restaurant closes at 10:00pm) and was told for the second time that all they had was popcorn chicken. Told my daughter, so she went there and brought me supper the the next day, chicken was over done and greasy. Do yourself a favor, drive the extra miles to another KFC in Ottawa and don't waste your money on this location.

Update on my previous review posted 2 years ago : Convinced myself to retry them . Ordered online for pick up at 8pm . Showed up at drive-thru 7 min early, the employee asked me to pick it up at 8pm inside the store. Showed up at 8pm , order was not ready. Stayed for another SEVEN minutes. Service is extremely poor . The food is not fresh.Never,ever will try them again !!!!! Original post 2 years ago : The chicken was tasteless ,smell like a burned oil .I wonder if KFC is checking the quality of its franchises.

Spent almost 13 dollars for the 3 pieces of chicken combo, substituted for coleslaw, and a Pepsi. The employee told me that their machines was broken and offered me a can of Pepsi instead. Their 3 pieces chicken not even a 3 full size chicken, their chicken was covered with grease and coleslaw smelled like it was a month or even a year old coleslaw. I am a fan of kfc, and i will not return to this kfc location again. Do better KFC

Went in for lunch today, for starters, the women working at the cash was very rude and seemed like she was taking her bad day out of customers. Secondly, the fountain machines only worked for 1 soda (it was awful) when I asked if I could get a bottle or canned drink she tryed to make me pay (even though I payed for a meal with a drink). The meal was the portion for a toddler for $16. NEVER go to this location, horrible food and customer service!!!!!!!!

Ordered chicken with 3 large sides. had no macoroni salad. Told me just Cole slaw biscuits Gravy for sides. Ordered biscuits. Got home and there was only 4 of them. The fries was more like a medium, and same with Cole slaw. The chicken was over done, dry. And the fries was more like mushy fries. Gravy tasted disgusting. Definitely not happy with the meal won't be ordering there again. Wish I read all reviews before we just walked in.

Placed online order for pickup. Showed up at designated time only for employees to lock the door as I approached even though I told them I had receipt for my online order. Several employees sitting inside restaurant eating while I had to drive around with newborn child and find other options and then call and spend more time getting refund. Very dissatisfied. The drive thru girl wasn't too pleased to be there. I can't imagine why. But There was no Big Crunch sammies, was told 10 minute wait. There was no gravy either so couldn't have poutine. Fries I did get were of course cold and greasy. The zinger sammy I tried at the girls suggestion was kinda old, sad dried and pretty small piece of some pressed bird of some sort. Once a year I get the urge to try KFC and just about every time it's the same. Maybe next year?!

Food was delicious ! I had their wrap and fries combo. The only thing negative I can say is that it came to almost $30 and we both had canned pop with our meals?

I really didn’t want to write this review but the service is so exceedingly poor here. I ordered 4 times through the app and got the order wrong all 4 times. I spoke to the manager (lady) and I was told “just don’t order online” despite me explaining that I need to save some time during my 30-minute work break. Very disappointed with poor management and lack of customer service.

Ordered through mobile app. Was told to pull over and come inside because they were not ready with my order…I explained the reason why I ordered through mobile was to avoid having to come into the restaurant. They insisted I pull over and come in because there were people behind me waiting. I placed my order 25 minutes ahead of my arrival. Too slow and unorganized. The only reason they’re getting a two star is because The girl behind the cash was kind.

My mother and I just went, for one the girl who took our order took 5 minutes to even speak to us, she was extremely rude, told us are bucket didn’t come with fries even when after we tried telling her it was true and it’s literally on their menu, and to top it off we didn’t get the right bucket. The food is not bad but the staff and management is very clearly horrible.

It has been a while since I have had KFC, but the chicken and fries from here had almost no taste. The new Marry Browns chicken in centrum is a lot better in my opinion. I noticed it took a while for some customers to get served while waiting to get my order inside. I did order a 10 piece bucket with three sides (two fries and gravy) and all of the food lacked flavor. I personally would not recommend eating KFC until you try the new Marry Browns.

Just ordered through Uber Eats not sure why because the last few times I did it has been gross. This time takes the cake, i throw it all in the garbage. It tasted like what I image dirty socks to taste like. The colour was very dark like the oil needs to be changed and the pieces don’t even look like chicken anymore. We also ordered the spicy crispy chicken sandwich, absolutely no spice at all. I have always picked KFC over others but no more.

I'm pretty disappointed. I never rate companies but I had to rate this time. I ordered a small meal at 5pm. It's now 6:30 and it's not here. I called at 6pm and was told it's on its way. This is the second time they have done this, I should have learned. The first time they were 2 hours late and forgot lots of food so offered a 50% discount. I tried to use said discount and it's not been recorded of course. I'll never order here again.

I had ordered the famous chicken box deal 4 burgers and 4 fries, was in drive through, after i made the payment i was told to leave drive through , park 10 minutes, then go through drive through again, when i got home the chicken was not even cooked properly had to throw out. very dissapointed and will not visit again.

Just ordered a 20pc family meal, came home and opened the bucket and noticed the chicken was little darker than usual. Family was hungry and we started eating and immediately tasted a burnt flavor. I smelled the bucket and noticed it had a burnt smell as well. Come to think of it... it didn't even smell like KFC on the car ride home. How can they serve this to customers??? I would give one star but the fries were okay.

This was the worst experience I've had at this location. The chicken from our 16 piece bucket was disgusting, it was so greasy that the skin was soggy and we barely touched it and we were covered in oil. The pieces of chicken were so small and chicken breasts were cut in half, and that counts as a piece? That's not okay. The gravy was a bit more watery than usual and really bland! This was an absolute disappointment.

I ordered spicy sandwich, fries and wings. somehow they gave me 2 sandwiches and wings. when I asked is this my order they took sandwich back and told me i only ordered sandwich and wings. Very disappointed with the quality of the chicken. Ordered a bucket, and it just seems like it was cooked a few times over. Oily, OMG very oily!! Had to remove the chicken from the bucket and place them on a paper towel over a cookie rack. No longer going to this place. Seems like they have changed the original recipe. Very disappointed. Kept telling myself, maybe this time it will be ok...WRONG. never again

Went there today and ordered a 10.piece meal with fries, coleslaw and corn. They told me they didn't have corn so I asked for biscuit instead. When I got home, I got 10 piece of cut up chicken coated in flour, a side of gravy and corn (which they said they didn't have). I didn't get any fries, or coleslaw......so I paid 38 dollars plus for just flour coated chicken, gravy and corn. What a disaster.!!!!

All good. Nice staff, clean restaurant, good food. Solid KFC, probably the best in the city to be fair. I've been to a lot of KFCs and they have been bad. Not this place, it's good.

Terrible. The quality of food has decreased gradually since the last time I have came to this location. My friend and I purchased a 12 piece and I’d say about 8 of those were thrown out due to how disgusting it appeared. It does not even look like chicken anymore. They should really be checking the food before it is served. Absolutely awful. The customer service was good. Food was disgusting.

Hadn't had KFC in quite a while, so thought I'd give it a go. Drivethru was busy, but moved quickly. Ordered a boneless bucket and a couple pieces. In a past visit, the chicken lacked that signature flavour and was quite bland, but this time the KFC spices were there in a perfect amount. Another bonus was that the fries were still hot when I got home, so I assume they were extremely fresh.

Food is delicious, definitely one of the better franchises. The staff was awesome. I believe the lady's name was Rose or Rosie. I will definitely be back.

There was a lineup 6 cars long going through the drive thru, so i expected it to be busy. It was almost empty inside, only a couple other people in store. They WERE busy with drive thru and delivery orders but my wait was very short. The staff was friendly and efficient and my order was exactly as it was supposed to be.

Location is ok, itvwas long weekend so overstaffed. The tables were very sticky just like the floors. Ice ran out in machine, no salads other than coleslaw. They had to shut down drive thru because of being understaffed. The one girl that was managing was doing everything. The other two guys were extremely slow and could not eveb take orders on cash correctly.

Honestly the worst chicken I've ever had. Absolutely disgustin . Chicken was soggy, greasy, skin was falling off and all pieces were stuck together. They should be ashamed that they even delivered something so repulsive especially for a $50 price tag. Plus delivery took almost 1.5 hours. No wonder KFC is shutting down locations. They always make delivery drivers wait a very long time. The orders are never ready. Heavily understaffed. Owner needs to do a better job at hiring more staff and ensuring they get the delivery orders ready promptly. They also ran out of chicken and an order had to be cancelled. How does KFC, a chicken spot, run out of chicken? It doesn't make sense!

I will never come to this franchise location again. Place is filthy and saw a person having cold. Rubbing his nose and using the same hand without sanitizing and touching chicken. I guess thats their secret spice. Ordered 12 pieces bucket and got 10 pieces of wings.

Pretty good & pretty fast for KFC. The Boy and I were running around all day for errands and appointments. We ate the equivalent of a whole chicken (8 pieces), popcorn chicken, and fries. Had their "hot" sauces as well; not really hot, but tangy and smoky. I guess their answer to Popeye's hot sauce. Still, we were satiated in the end.

If I can put less than one star I will. Honestly the worst chicken I've ever had. My son was throwing up last night every hour from 10pm to 8am after he ate kfc . Chicken was soggy, greasy, skin was falling off and all pieces were extra oily. They should be ashamed that they even serve something like that. Will never touch KFC again.

Ordered the 8 piece meal and asked manager to swap 3 pieces for 2 chicken breasts. My wife doesn’t eat any other part of a chicken. I have been ordering from this store for a long time I was very unhappy and disappointed, disgusted with what I was served!!! Save yourself the horror. This place is horrible should be shut down. The soggy greasy chicken, if you're lucky enough, to get some cause they open till 10 but stop cooking at 7, they never have what you want and wont even cook it even if you offer to wait. This is basically regular KFC location where some times not enough supply and some products might be not always available which is not too bad. When sometimes it happens,it means for me - next time I will get fresh one. Rather than that, personal most of the time friendly and usually no extra time for delay.

Do yourself a favor, don't order from this KFC location. You will either get sick or throw out the entire order. Everything fried tastes slightly burnt (like ashtray), the oil should have been changed like last week. The piece sizes are a joke. They will throw in scrap pieces of meat. Avoid this location!

Just lost my business for my entire family's meal because I was told I could only order my meal online. Go online and it's not available to order. Apparently this time they couldn't be bothered to simply punch it in on the register like they always have in the past. Terrible service.

Not sure if it's uber's fault or kfc's fault but I got a completely different order, someone else's order. Tried to go through uber, no answer, got refunded apparently within 3-10 business days but I called this KFC 12 times, phone line is always busy. Not impressed AT ALL!!!

Love the food but the beverage machine has no ice like... ever... and the tables are always sticky even at 8pm when they're not at all busy.
