Most terrible experience of ever doing tax in my whole 25 years working career. Did my tax on Saturday afternoon with Nasheed and upon completion she advised she couldn’t confirm my total tax return and she needed the lodgements team to confirm the amount and she would call me Monday to confirm , monday came no phone call, Tuesday came no phone call so I rang the office landline number 4 times during the day and waited each time for 15 mins no one answered, left a voicemail, no one called me back, so I went on their website and connected with auto chat, Marina reached out via text messaging on my mobile to advise Nasheed has fallen sick and instructs me that I must sign all my documents first before sending to lodgements, this completely contradicted what Nasheed told me on Saturday, feeling very frustrated at this point I asked to talk to the manager who was Monica upon which she advised she would call me back twice and I even emailed her twice asking her to call me and she never called me back - wow what poor customer service skills. The next morning I had enough and drove to the office (30min drive one way) as I had no more trust that someone was calling me - coincidentally Monica was there and I asked her why no one had called me especially when they knew Nasheed was sick on the Monday and her response was and I quote. ‘ There is no communication between us staff if someone is off sick so we couldn’t see your file ‘ are you serious KPG ? What kind of a response is that from a manager ? I demanded for a refund and she agreed to do it only when the owner of the business would arrive today at 10.30am, 11.30am came and do you think the owner called - ah no ! So once more I had to follow up then finally Sandeep (relationship manager) calls me and agrees that I never should have paid $170 when I wasn’t even advised how much I would be getting back and agrees to refund, he did say he is emailing me within 30 mins and 2 hours later I had to follow up again as no email was sent in the timeframe given however by COB my refund had finally come through. I have never left a bad review for a taxation company however I felt like I had no choice when Sandeep actually emailed me today and instructed me not to ‘ leave a review ‘ I actually wasn’t going to leave a review however because he specifically asked me not too, this motivated me to leave a review to let all future customers know be very very careful with KPG guys - you go online and see good reviews however this is my first dealing with them and look what happened - makes me wonder how many other people they tried to silence by refunding them and hoping they’d just go away - I am just telling the complete truth, I’ll let all you future customers make up your own mind if you want to do your tax with KPG - take it from me go elsewhere and save yourself the heartache ! If I could give KPG a zero rating I would have as this is the quality of service that was given to me overall from an overall customer experience perspective.

This taxation was slow with my tax return i wouldn't recommend kpg to anyone They seem to not know how too file my crypto on time. Because of Miscommunication and being delayed, I did post my honest review after my last experience start of this year January ( they called my partner for me too remove my review because I'm giving bad reputation for their business)( so i did. But it seems to be happening again but in a different location but same taxation agency)with this taxation for 2020-2021 with derrimut kpg i honestly would never recommend this agency. Then july this year my partner went to kpg melton to lodge our tax for 2021-2022 sent the statements for my crypto from wirex email. I'm still waiting on my tax return to be complete, and its a new week husband texted & called to see what the stateus for my tax return was, no reply or call yet. Dont go to kpg! You will not be a priority! won't call or answer or texts! They are not diverse!

This agency provides the worst customer service, they will tell that they will call back but the fact is they will never call back and we need to call them and remind them that I’m your customer and is filing tax lodgement through your company. On Friday they wasted my whole afternoon and never called me back and kept me on waiting till two days and then when I called back they speak in a rude way. I don’t knw what type of service this agency provides. This is is just so dissatisfying. I will not and never recommend this agency to anyone.

Never coming here. Monica was my tax agent, she didn’t lodge my return for weeks. Even after I followed up 4 times, nothing at all except “we’ll do it today”. No updates. I came to you for your professional services. I should not have to follow up. If there are issues in your system, you should be telling me and give me a heads up at the very least. Save your time and money and go to someone who actually answers your calls. I want an immediate refund.

I had an phone appointment today in the morning at derrimut branch and when i called them , they told me that no appointment is booked under this name but the girl who was on the call , she said someone will call u within 10 min and till now I didn’t recieved any of the call . And after that ,I called many times after waiting for 1 hour but they didn’t pick up the call. It was my first time experience but .

very poor customer service. I was on call, waiting for them to answer my call 3 times and always after half an hour they put you either on for “leave a message after after the tone” or “we will call you back”. and they never get back to you. I guess, I have already paid KPg for this year so they won’t answer till next payment.

Horrible service. Go somewhere else. They take your money and don’t lodge your tax return for weeks. Even after calling them non stop, they just promise to return your calls, and lodge our tax return the same day but NO update NOTHING. We want a refund.
