Awful shopping experience. Very disorganised. Unappealing deli. Butchery not clean. Staff very unprofessional and not helpful. Be extremely careful of their so-called "specials" because when you get to the till you will not be charged the sale price that was advertised and I'm not talking about Rewards specials. I fell victim to this deception twice and never received any response from SPAR when I emailed them. So disappointing. How many people have fallen prey to this ploy? Check your till slip before you leave the store!

Since the new management, this shop is running nice and smoothly the prices are not as excessive as they use to be and they seem to care about customer service. They have an awesome coffee ☕ machine as well that makes descent cappuccinos, so that's always a plus from me and if you go on the right day you could get an awesome chicken combo meal from their kitchen. Not to mention they have their own bakery supplying fresh baked good on a daily basis.

Twice I have bought food from that that made me sick with tummy issues and then this is the 4th time that they have put stock in the wrong place with a special and when you get to the counter they say only the other on is on special. This is poor customer service and a bit pethetic for a crossway spar they should be better organised especially being a shop of spar. The crossway spar in bluff needs to be shut down

Had some issues with renovations leaving the shop a mess but since the upgrade has been completed the shop is looking spot on and what youd expect from such a large retailer. Friendly staff who always have a smile on their face. Parking is a bit of an issue and causes a traffic jam permanently on one of the main roads but otherwise more than happy

Lovely vibe and easy to find on the coast of KwaZulu-Natal. Lovely convenient store close to the beach and stocks a variety of needed travel essentials such as food, sunscreen, braai goods, snacks and refreshments. The bottle store also stocks alcohol and coolers for the perfect beach getaway

They have the best ready made desserts ever!I was not expecting the malva pudding that i bought to taste as amazingggggg as it did!!! I bought the malva pudding just for heck of it but damn it's really good! I also love that all baked goods are made the same day! It's just better.

Love this Spar always so well stocked and the manager is hands on, he is always working always friendly, quality concious, their bakery is really good, which is unusual for a small Spar, this is my first port of call for shopping close to home and I'm never disappointed.

There is always a good choice if products available. The ready made food is awesome! The bakery is not as good as other soars. The butchery has quality meat and great bolting. This is a good shop to visit on a regular basis.

Not neat and not very clean. Shelves are over packed feels like everything is towering over you. Not the spar feeling im used when shopping at Spar. Really dont enjoy going there at all. Not recommending this place to anyone

Best shopping experience on the Bluff as far as I am concerned. Staff very friendly and helpful. Also nice to pop in and have something to eat in their coffee shop after you have done your shopping.

be very careful when shopping at this spar most of the prices are a rip off. a ream of printing paper is R100 compared to other places that charge R60. check prices before buying here

The store looks beautiful after the recent renovations . The cashers ; staff and manager are very friendly I recieve great customer service everytime I go there. Well done keep it up☺

When we went there, the parking was nearly non existent and the fresh produce,eg fish and chips, pies, etc looked afif it was fresh maybe two days ago
