Lugar sobrevalorado e incomprensible entender las buenas recomendaciones. Si tendría que mencionar las cosas buenas del lugar son: - Se encuentra bien ubicado, en un punto medio del Malecón de Miraflores y de la parte central de Miraflores(Parque Kennedy) - Las fotos que aparecen en booking son las reales, tal cual como es el establecimiento. - El dueño es respetuoso, amable y cordial. De igual manera su pequeño hijo que es sociable, amigable y respetuoso. - Las áreas comunes como patio exterior, interior, baños se encuentran limpios. Sin embargo existen varias situaciones por las cuales no recomendaría este lugar: - La relación precio-servicio no es el adecuado. - La esposa del dueño(la señora argentina) es bastante descortés, sin educación ni modales y no tiene buena atención al público. - Inicialmente por el primer día me cobraron S/31 soles en una habitación mixta compartida de 4 personas, luego me cambiaron a una habitación mixta compartida de 6 personas(supuestamente porque iba a ingresar un adulto mayor que roncaba mucho y esa situación me iba a incomodar; pero finalmente no fue la información real sino más bien que querían liberar la habitación). Habiendo solicitado la extensión de estadía para una tercera noche con antelación la señora argentina me dice que verá si hay disponibilidad (en caso no la hubiera yo hubiese tenido que moverme a otro establecimiento sin ellos preveer el perjuicio que me causarían ni responsabilizarse por su mala administración); finalmente al verificar disponibilidad pretendió cobrarme por la segunda noche 35 soles y por la tercera noche 45 soles; a pesar que la habitación fue compartida con más personas(además de yo tener descuento como Genius y por aplicativo). Ella ni siquiera se toma la molestia de escuchar mi posición es testaruda y habla sola. - A ella no le interesa buscar una solución para el huésped, sólo pretende validar su posición así ella esté equivocada. - Finalmente su estrés y mal comportamiento hace que haga cobros desesperados e inusuales con anticipación estando en el segundo día de estadía; situación distinta con otros huéspedes a los cuales les iba guardando la cuenta hasta después(como si me fuera a escapar ó tuviese miedo que no le pague) - Las demás personas que atienden sólo cumplen su trabajo, sin ningún ánimo ni el más mínimo esmero por brindar una buena atención; salvo la señora Liliana que es muy respetuosa y amable; y el joven de Limpieza Israel que también es muy amable, servicial y educado. - Se entiende el concepto que desean brindar respecto a la mascota del alojamiento(un perro); él es lindo de apariencia pero vi en varias oportunidades como ladraba incesantemente a varios huéspedes que ingresaban, es muy ruidoso y maleducado. Corre durante todo el día(desde tempranas horas hasta tarde) de extremo a extremo del alojamiento escuchándose sus ladridos y ruidos que realiza a cualquier hora por las habitaciones. Si necesitan descansar de ninguna manera lo harán! - Si tienen la mala suerte de quedarse en las habitaciones que están cerca al patio añadido al ruido y ladridos del perro escucharán los ruidos de la cocina del alojamiento desde tempranas horas de la mañana(situación por la cual tampoco podrán descansar). Trabajo también en alojamientos y suelo escuchar las recomendaciones de los huéspedes, pues no se puede pretender que uno siempre tiene la razón y buscar excusas a todo. Siempre me alojo en Miraflores cada vez que voy a Lima y definitivamente recomiendo otros establecimientos no sólo por los puntos mencionados sino por la calidad humana y atención que tienen.

Elegí este albergue como voluntaria en wordpacker, intercambiando alojamiento. El proceso fue muy decepcionante,Lastima que no terminé mi tarea, mi experiencia es la siguiente: llegué a tiempo, conocí a Daniel, me conté del trabajo y estudié muy en serio. El primer día de trabajo (domingo), llegué a las 9:00, hice como 12 camas en todo el día, creo que mi trabajo es muy serio y minucioso. El segundo día de trabajo , primero limpié la cocina durante una hora, después esperé el arreglo de trabajo en la recepcion, hice 5 camas, también operé la lavadora y doblé las sábanas. Pero lo que pasó después me obligó a irme: A eso de las 16:30, el personal me dijo que hoy no debería haber más camas para hacer, y yo iba a terminar el trabajo, y luego me dijeron que hay que hacer otro cama de un número. , mientras estaba trabajando, ella entró y me dijo que ese número no es el número de la habitación, sino el número de la cama (pero en realidad muchas camas no tienen número), y me acusa por qué tenía que entrar a la habitación para trabajar cuando alguien estaba durmiendo. Le expliqué que era hora de la tarde y que era un dormitorio compartido y tambien le ya saludar. Pero aun así ella me cuestionó, no quería discutir, solo dijo que mi trabajo terminó hoy y puedo continuar mañana. Pero por la noche, Daniel tomó la conversacion de hablar conmigo. Esta fue la primera vez que hablamos. Nunca me preguntó sobre mis necesidades. El contenido principal fue acusarme: 1. Acusarme de que solo Hizo 5 camas hoy. (Le expliqué que hoy solo hay 5 camas por hacer) 2. Me acusó de no obedecer el arreglo de la mujer (Le expliqué que este incidente fue causado principalmente por la actitud de ella) 3. Me acusó: te Vine aquí a trabajar a cambio de alojamiento, aquí yo soy el dueno" (no lo expliqué, porque esa es la diferencia de valores). Pensé que la actitud hacia mí era mala, pero esa noche cuando lo vi tratar a otra voluntaria que acababa de llegar (una estudiante universitaria), daniel no la saludó para nada, hablando como un adulto educando a un niño, lo entendi que así es como se comunica. Como voluntario, mi propósito no es sólo intercambiar alojamiento, por lo que, contra mi voluntad, tuve que optar salir mas temprano. Envié un mensaje de texto, pero no me contesta. worldpacker es una buena plataforma,Pero bloqueó mis comentarios. de hecho, si un lugar de servicio no respeta a su empleado tampoco respeta a sus clientes. muchas gracias.

Hice la reserva con anticipación en su página web de una habitación simple con cama doble y les comuniqué vía WhatsApp con screenshot de la información y hora de mi llegada; cuando llegue con un familiar que me recogió del aeropuerto el día 23 de Noviembre eran las 3.30 am, no estaba disponible la habitación, objeto de mi reserva, el recepcionista me pide mi identificación y quiere abrir la puerta de la habitación que estaba OCUPADA! Cuando les pedí saber que otra estaba disponible resulta que ni siquiera sabían! El dueño de este lugar llegó a las 4.15 am para justificar que no tienen espacio y que si quería me quedara en una habitación múltiple hasta el día siguiente cosa imposible de aceptar para un extranjero! Ellos no cumplen con lo acordado y todavía me cargan el importe total de $110 PEN por una habitación que NO TENIA DISPONIBLE ala siguiente semana de mi arribo (29 de Noviembre 2022)en mi tarjeta de crédito ; definitivamente este negocio no se puede recomendar por su falta de seriedad y el abuso deshonesto de cobrar POR UN SERVICIO NO USADO!!!

Los dormitoris grandes se encuentran en un edificio contiguo, nada agradable. El hostel es muy bonito y agradable, un lugar tranquilo bien situado. Juana la recepcionista es muy atenta. El desayuno delicioso.

Los dormitorios grandes dejan mucho que desear. Los dormitorios más pequeños que se encuentran en el Hostel principal son muy agradables. Hay lockers grandes en todas las habitaciones. Baños compartidos correctos.

Se puede hacer yoga en una sala que tienen a parte. Hay masajes en el Hostel que realiza la cocinera. Se puede contratar free tour desde el hostel.

Zona muy segura en Miraflores. Lockers grandes en todas las habitaciones. Hay que llevar candado.

Desayuno muy rico y variado. No dudar en incluirlo en la reserva.

This hostel is a little jewel in the middle of Lima. The house is gorgeous, lovely decoration to match the style of construction, colours and furniture definitely chosen with care and attention. Room was very comfortable and toilets/showers despite being shared were kept quite clean. Daniel is an amazing host, always ready to help and to make you feel at home, goes the extra mile to make sure you get what you need. Juana is lovely as well, again super helpful and I am not exaggerating saying that her breakfast is one of the best I tasted in Peru. Not a party hostel but everyone staying was very lovely and in tune with same interests so great to share experiences and have nice conversations so plenty of interaction. Background music is a constant during "working hours" and always great. No noise at night experienced while we stayed, quality sleep.

It is one of the unique hostels and the best in Lima. The staff here are friendly and go above and beyond to help you. Their breakfast is something I looked forward to each morning while I stayed here. Their kitchen is one of the best. The hostel property is beautiful, the art installations, art works, wall hangings are amazing. It is very closeby to the beach, walking distance. Hostel is very centrally located. The main highlight here is the dog! The main character of the Kaclla, The Healing Dog Hostel. This is one of the unique hostels where I met some incredible like-minded people, the space provided a good design and opportunity to get to know others.

The Hostel is seperated into two parts, the main house and the rustique shared dorms. The dorms are cheap but the building is not nice at all. Oberall the social aspect of this hostel is really low, just a bare minimum on places to sit and even less to sit comfortably. It got a guitar which i liked. If you want to stay after your checkout for the rest of the day they want you to pay 15 soles. Its close to the kenned park. Overall i would not recommend it but its not bad either. The dog is really loud and annoying and got zero behaviour,but the staff seems to not care for that.

Great hostel. The bathrooms and showers were kept very clean. They have a scale to weigh bags. Nice beds with light and personal plugs (US flat prong and double round prong combo) plus a decent sized locker. Free towels. Bike rentals ($7.50 half day I think) . Breakfast comes free with bread, granola, coffee or tea and one or two other things maybe. Have to pay for eggs, juice or other specials. Only complaint is some of the couches were really uncomfortable (ones with the stiff pillows for seats). There was puppy, same breed as the older dog, thay was nippy but might have been teething. Aside from that I highly recommend as a relaxed spot with good walking distance to good food and stores.

Quite a beautiful hostel in Miraflores ! Stayed here last February before the corona virus shut down. LOVED the anise bread in the morning with breakfast ! I would stay here again however, the child who lives here can be kind of violent. He will point toy guns at you and, will be up most of the night (until at least midnight most nights) being loud and going up and down the stairs. Community bathrooms kept clean enough. Bedroom was not too bad either- we had a private bedroom. Once again, I might stay here again however, I would probably check about the noisy child before I booked to come back here.

Stay away! If you don't care about noise, dirty rooms and unfriendly staff then stay here. My list of complaints is large: 1) The owners have a large dog (no, not a hairless Peruvian.dog!) that constantly barks outside at all hours. 2) The neighborhood is very noisy in general, and the street out front gets a lot of traffic. 3) Owner has small children that run around bugging guests at all hours! 4) The rooms and bathrooms were very dirty. Now I understand this is budget, but it still needs to be clean! 5) Don't bother complaining to the staff..They could care less.

There are two buildings. The one of the bigger dorms has great wifi and great toilets and showers. On the other one you can even have hairdryer!!! Probably the best ones I’ve seen in my whole trip. Comfortable beds with each one its own outlets. Super good breakfast! Highly recommend taking it. More than just the basics and they do some things themselves. GREAT place in Miraflores close to everything you can need. Super safe neighbourhood

Not really a great vibe. They seem to be nice, but its not really that nice of a place. It felt very business oriented. E.g. not allowed on premises after check out time, won't take card payments because they prefer cash. strict yet smiling all the time, but its not their smile. The budget rooms are in a whole different building at the end of the street, a rather ugly place thats nothing like whats advertised. And the logistics with this place are just a pain

Avoid if you’re sensitive to noise. The hostel itself is absolutely cozy, has nice vibes, our room has slightly moist smell but we don’t really mind; however, the insulation is not so nice —— we could hear people talking next rooms and even downstairs bathroom. Seeking help from receptionist, he replied ok yes, then just did nothing, eventually I had to step out embarrassing myself asking other guests to lower voices at midnight. Location is perfect but again the insulation makes it absorbs noise from the street, pity.

Great location. Superb breakfast. Nice hosts. We weren't able to check into our room on time, due to some work being done, but the hosts were very apologetic and offered us multiple solutions to make our stay more comfortable. Would recommend a stay here in Miraflores. Gracias

I booked 2 nights but unfortunately booked 1 day later than I arrived. The owners were very helpful in helping me find a different hostel to stay at as they were booked up. I still stayed 1 night in the end and they let me cancel my 2nd night. The dog is really nice and the place is nicely designed. I bought the egg breakfast which was a surprisingly good scrambled egg (actually one of the best ones I've had, but then I haven't had it much).

cool spot. Only problem was the owners. They constantly have an attitude and change their prices when you go to pay. They have discounts that are awesome but then don't add them. You have to fight in order to get what you were promised. Without speaking Spanish, it made it difficult for me to defend myself. The rooms are clean and bathrooms are nice. Staff is cool too, the owners though, not a good situation.

Great layout of hostel. Basic room, no heating so was a little cold during the evening, though blankets were supplied. Shared bathroom facilities seemed to be kept clean. Shower was a little on the cooler side, so not very hot water, but good for a quick wash. Breakfast was also great at the hostel. Walking tour guide picked us up from the hostel. We met some great people here.

What I liked the most were the beautiful rooms, the spectacular treatment and in a very cozy atmosphere. The food is delicious and the service is incredibly efficient. Very friendly and affectionate all the employees, friendly and supportive they even helped me to find and book of by far the best massage for me and my family at @Inka Massage Lima. Happy to stay and return back.

El lugar es tal cual se muestran en las fotos, todo muy limpio y ordenado, la atención de todo el personal es excelente. Los precios varían dependiendo del tipo de habitación, pero son muy cómodos para la zona. Definitivamente lo recomendaría, sobre todo a quienes no tienen problema en compartir habitación.

Really enjoyed staying here. Upon immediate arrival, we were greeted with immediate service. Laundry service is very nice (10 soles for 2 kilos). We stayed in the newer building a minute walk away. Lovely rooms and rooftop area. Hot showers, clean rooms, good sleep, and it is located in a good area.

I don't even know where to start, it was so great. First of all, I received a warm welcome, everyone who works there was super nice to me and I fell so in love with the dog, I would have loved to take him home with me.I directly stayed longer than planned. The location is very safe and quite quiet. Clear recommendation, I will come again. Nicole

The hostel has great rooms and the staff is pretty nice. But their new dog hates people and barks up the lobby every time you enter. The gate to the second hostal can only be opened by a staff member. And they do not allow for guests. Which really put a domper on my night on the town.

Really nice hostel in Miraflores. Quiet and laid back place. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast super delicious and healthy. No place for party, which is also a plus for me. The rooms and facilities are all very clean. There's a kitchen which can be used and two nice yards as well. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved this hostel! There were amazing vibes and it is a social place to meet people. The hostel is very clean. Breakfast was AMAZING. Great location. The dog was very friendly. (it's a special breed of bald dog so it probably doesn't cause allergies for people who have them). Overall it was one of me favourite hostels :)

Close to everything you need to get to, but also super relaxing and a place that you can unwind in. The kitchen is well equipped.

Great place! The hostel atmosphere is wonderful and the people running it are too nice! The healing dog is real and very fun. Great location. Only 4 stars because I thought breakfast and laundry were a bit expensive for hostel travelers. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I usually stay in hotels, but this hostel really atttacted me because of the beautiful colours, warm lighting, and wooden elements. I’m very glad I chose this hostel. I felt very comfortable and at ease. Every night was peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended!

Great rooms and clean hostel, but sadly we were placed in the annexe without any warning. The staff was slow and unfriendly. There were no lockers available or keys in the 6 person dormitory. I think for this price you can find a better hostel.

I had a great stay. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is just delicious and original. Big thanks again also to Liliana for helping me with my lost jacket!
