Worst experience of my life, ordered something for my son’s birthday 13 days prior to the birthday date unfortunately it didn’t arrive for the birthday and once I got it I didn’t even opened it I returned it, now it’s been three weeks of emails and contacting them i still haven’t got refunded they don’t even email you back to say don’t worry we will refund you and it’s going to be a late one!!! Bought two items and had to return one of the items and was given a gift voucher instead of cash or a refund to my card. I tried to use the voucher after a year, and I was told it was an invalid 100 pounds worth of return; this company is a rip-off merchant, so please don't waste money trying to buy from this company. The return policy is a joke and quite deceptive. The customer service told me it's valid for 2 years.

I’m Disgusted with my latest experience with kick-game. I’ve bought two pairs of Jordan 4s for over £300 a pair in the past and I thought they were a good company to deal with, but I have now been waiting 3 weeks for a £60 refund on a sweatshirt that I did not receive I have contacted them on numerous occasions. I will not be using this company again and now I’m having to go to Trading standards just to get £60 back.

I visited this store 3 times , making sure their offering is good and prices in line. On the 3rd attempt, I just bought my daughter the Jordan 4 she so badly wanted because I couldn't find it anywhere else. These guys have a huge selection to choose from, and it's well worth the visit if you feel you don't mind spending double the footware's value. The sales guy was helpful, and didn't sugar coat anything.

Interesting spot. Popped in here because I was intrigued. Reseller of popular sneaker brands, makes and models. Reading some of the other reviews it sounds like sizing is limited. Couldn’t really speak to the prices as I’m not in that game, but it looked like they had a crazy selection of sneakers in general. If you are into the sneaker game, would recommend checking out. Just a cool store in general.

Staff very helpful, even though they are very busy, they still try. Place looks nice . The selection is vast however the sizes are not . And the majority of trainers have limited sizes. Majority of the trainers are very expensive, but I guess your paying for the exclusive or rare drops. They didn't have much clothing when I was there .
