Earlier in the week, I went to this store and tried on a few wigs, before i left the store, the manager asked me "you no buy?" I told him that I would come back later to buy a wig. When I returned later in the week, I was immediately told that I could only try on 3 wigs, despite having no intentions of trying on a wig because I already knew the one I wanted. Then a female employee, not the manager began to tell another employee of how I tried on 5 wigs the other day.... once I overheard her talking about me in my presence, I walked out the store. The same evening I returned to purchase a wig that I had tried on previously and wanted to buy...as I am looking at the wig, I once again hear the same rude female employee telling the same co-worker that "she is back again." I was fed up. I went to pay for my wig, and then I explained to the guy manager that I was not a hustler and that I was going to buy a wig, I asked the young lady that was ringing me up did the "3 wig try on limit" apply just to me only, she stated that they were testing it out . Nonetheless, in the past the employees have been very kind to me, but this new lady that was talking about me where I could hear it was plain rude. That is disrespectful. I still supported the business, but to talk about me in my presence to another co-worker is rude.

They watch you as if you are a thief. I was standing near the hair aisle explaining to my client 3 methods of styling her hair. I didn't want her purchasing something she didn't need. A gentleman came to us twice asking if we needed anything. I had already said NO thank you the first time. NO you can not help me!! You can't explain to my client what ways of styling her hair, nor can you tell us what products to use, what may pull our hair out. Just continue to sell the products. Good selection of products, but they are a rip off. We also bought 1 of 2 hair moisturizers. One of them had a label of $5.49. The one that didn't have a label rang up as 6.99. So, we went and got the one for $5.49. I warn you to check the labels before buying. I will be purchasing items online or in bulk ahead of time from now on.

I found this store via Google & arrived 18 mins before closing per their posted hours. (The open sign was clearly lit when I walked in). I walked past the owner, he said nothing, zip, ziltch - not "a hey welcome in, we will be closing shortly but let us know if we can help you find anything" not a word. I get to back to start to look at wigs & I could hear him yelling only to realize he was yelling at me to leave because they were now closed. In all my years of shopping this was pretty much the rudest experience ever. These ppl do not value Black dollars. Go to Crown Love Beauty Supply ( blk owned) or Hair Global Beauty Supply instead. I drove a little further out to Hair Global & the customer service was excellent & they had exactly what I needed.

Very poor service experience I arrived at the store at 7:20 as the lady was locking the door; online store hours are til 7:30. I explained as they locked the door, I just need one item she walked away as the other lady proceeded to turn off the lights. However, there is a GRAND NEW SUPPLY STORE CALLED HAIR GLOBAL ON BELL RD just a few miles away. They are huge in comparison to this store like a Walmart sized beauty supply chain. They are open til 9 pm and was readily available to service my needs and where as I will continue to shop at HAIR GLOBAL, the selection is on an incomparable scale and they are open until 9 pm !

I love how big the store is and all the options there are, also the staff was pretty friendly. However, it is a hair store at the end of the day. I bought a $400 100% 18” human hair wig from here a few years ago and that was before I knew anything about wigs. Now I know that I was ripped off because the quality of the hair you get for the price is terrible... also the wig was full of filler hairs (plastic/synthetic fibers) and it was supposed to be 100% human hair. It even says it on the box and the tag attached to the wig. BEWARE!

Supposed to be open until 7:30 but the man was trying to rush me out of the store at 7:15. I wasn't wandering around the store, only came for one specific product, which was not well stocked and then he didn't want to answer any questions about when more would arrive. Not sure he understood the question. They turned the lights off by 7:20 (as I sat in the car mulling over whether the purchase I was rushed to make was even the right decision) Maybe they should change their closing time to 7 if they don't like being out so late.

Why do you sell African American Hair Care Products and follow us around in the store without peace? Not all African Americans steal. You love our money but not us.. I am getting ready to make this simple... I will not come back! very very, rude. And I understand what you say. Hateful hearted, racist people! We African Americans make them rich! They loath us!! And be careful (I guess this Man was the owner) I understood every word you said to your wife! *This is not a fake review!

This store is awesome the people working there are so helpful. I purchased a vitamin E oil for my daughter's hair it is fantastic I didn't even know you could use something like that for her hair until the lady at the store recommended it I don't wear wigs but if you have to wear a wig this place has so many. they also can cut the wigs to create a hair style that you want it is awesome I was impressed with the wigs and I don't even wear one or need to wear one

Lots of options but horrible service unless the ladies are there helping. The man was very rude when I asked for help in the wig section. I simply wanted to know the prices of some wigs that had the price hidden and he didn't want to help. He walked away while I was speaking to him, got behind the counter and just stared at me as I walked out angrily. This was the 2nd and last time I'll ever go there.

Choc-full-of-products. I could not appreciate the constant surveillance by the owner, standing in one spot deliberately seeking shop lifters. I'd rather see a camera in every corner rather than have someone staring in my direction. My shopping ended abruptly. We probably would have spent way more than we did. No one likes to be suspected, unless of course, they are suspect.

I had an AWESOME experience at this location! The young lady at the wig counter was super helpful and helped me to find not 1 but 2 beautiful lacefront wigs. I went in with a general idea of what I wanted, but she helped me close in on it. Selection is great, quality is great, and price is GREAT! Lump that in with helpful, friendly staff and what more can you want?

The variety was great and the staff was very helpful. We experienced a very loud back and forth argument between hair stylists that rent a portion of the space in the back. They definitely didn't have any respect for the clients that they both had in their chairs or the customers occupying the store. No one intervened. Very unprofessional.

The most rudest people I have ever seen, unwelcoming, racist, careless people. They think we can’t tell that they are talking about customers just because they are talking in their language. The owner( man who stares at you like you are stealing) should take some classes about respect and customer service. Don’t give them your money.

Not sure what their problem is but every POC does not steal! The discrimination is so real, I was literally followed around the store by the man until I went to the counter. If it weren't for me being in need of some thread, I would have turned around and spent my hard earned money ELSEWHERE. I'll never come back here again.

I came in today and yes it was last minute but I had 25 minutes to get just 2 pair of lashes and she said they are closed when clearly their sign says open and her employee just staring at us doesn’t say anything about the store being closed if yall closed than turn your sign off

Love this beauty supply store I bought several hair products to bleach and shampoo my hair including accessories (earrings and necklaces)and spent under 20 bucks. I highly recommend this beauty supply store and their variety is pretty extended. GO CHECK THEM OUT

Friendly and helpful service. They were more than willing to answer all of my 5,000 questions from the length and color of my hair to shades of lipsticks and what color earrings I should go with. I will be going here from now on when I need hair care products.

I've shopped here many times but this time the guy walked around watching me in every aisle. I simply gave him the basket. You don't treat your good paying customers that way...well ex customers. Never going back. There are plenty of hair stores in Nashville

Tried to ask the owner for help, threw his hand with a wait 1 minute, went in the back and came and finished what he was doing. Crowded and congested aisles. Won't be back. Didn't seem to appreciate the business he was getting. Wish we had more options.

I keep reading about the employees being rude and suspicious. Maybe they're dealing with their share of shoplifters. Let's try to be more understanding. Anyway, cannot wait to pay them a visit. Looks like a fun store.

I LOVE this place! They staff are not only friendly but they have everything you need! From affordable great quality wigs to human hair. The displays are also amazing...the advertise things that are trending as well.

Great selection, but customer service is very lacking and they only let you try on a few wigs before cutting us off. If you're new to wigs, I would go somewhere else first. They're not helpful.

My go to when I need a fresh look and hair products that I use for my hair. Oh yeah, essential oils too, but they're always out of my Egyptian musk. The reason for 4 stars.
