They are based in target roundabout I am based in Shaftesbury circle, they deliver to my address on just eat! I called to make an order as just eat was not working, they added on an extra £5 to how much it should have cost supposedly due to me living very very far away! I then swallowed it and said okay fine because I needed to order food he then asked cash or card! I said card he said you don’t have any cash I said no and he hung up the phone on me! awful awful service don’t waste your money perhaps they need to work on themselves a bit more in terms of customer service and not attempting to scam people !!!!!

Man who took my order wasn't listening and talked too fast, consequently order came without garlic sauce so all boring and dry. Chips were undercooked - lots of other reviews state this I notice? Called to see if order could be rectified and oh my! So rude! Called me darling three times. "Listen darling..." What decade is this rude man living in?? Anyway he said he was 100% sure he got the order right, I'm sure he really didn't and so cancelled my credit card payment. That will serve as a lesson to him....

Horrible horrible place. We ordered food worth nearly £50 for get together. We live 2 minutes by drive away from them. First they were Late LATE, got the wrong orders and also forgot some of our orders, and we called back they said they send the rest of the orders right away. They blamed the driver but they didn't!! About another 2hrs and two phone calls late brought back what looks like the old order just warmed up. It was disgusting. Wouldn't go back there again!

Pizzas and pizza bread delicious. Same pita salad. Unfortunately my salad was missed on my order and I have not received it. Last time I received half the size of usual andI was promised double size next time. Next time never happened and today I did not receive what I order. Driver spoke to them and they said that they would send me a salad as I asked for. Finally I got it.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DONT ORDER FROM THEM!! We have been ordering from them for over 7years and today they sent wrong order and got treated badly called 3 times to only have the phone hanged up on us. Poor poor service never ever will be ordering from them again!!!! Rude staff need to learn basic customer service skills and how to speak to their loyal customers!!!

Ordered chicken shish well done through uber eats arrived and the chicken was pink inside awful experience. Called to discuss they accused me of lying despite taking pictures and took no responsibility informed me to contact uber eats needless to say i will be doing that and environmental health. If you fancy food poisoning by all means use them. Disgusting

So for a local kebab place that is minutes away from my house .. They find it impossible to deliver fresh hot or accurate orders to my home Rude with attitude no matter how many times this place says it changes management and we try it again The worst takeaway place in the United Kingdom goes to the village pizza and kebab in Northolt

Very poor pizza. Customer service was slow, food was bland and disgusting. We asked for deep pan and we got thin crust because of the standard of the dough. I'm pretty sure health and safety wouldn't allow that to be sold. Shop was also dirty and I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy any food from this place!

This place wasn’t bad, but I think they have changed the staff or the management, bought a pizza yesterday which was tasteless, and who ever ate it vomited, two of my kids ate still sick, overall horrible place stay way from them unless they improve Thanks.

Went to the shop yesterday. Hygiene Rating just 2!!! Had a pica and when I was eating it something went through my teeth. Like they have dropped the filling on the floor and put it back on my pizza. I would stay away until management changes.

Too many problems with this place. On other occasions, they have got my orders wrong and at one point they even sent my order to the wrong address. The hair in the food is the last straw and I will never be ordering from them

I order a pizza one by one and the driver come with only one pizza and I refuse and i talk on the phone with somebody from the shop and it was very rude on the phone!!! AVOID AT ALL THIS KEBAB AND PIZZA SHOP!!!

Do not order food from here! Food was late, cold, dry and they didn't bring my drink. Called the restaurant and I was told that they cannot bring my drink (the one I paid for) because they are very busy.

Frozen Adana Kofte that looks like a sausage and it comes frozen. Horrible chicken meat, good salad. Overfried fries, exagerate prices for the food there. I couldn't even eat it, threw it away

The food is borderline average but the service is shockingly bad. Bad attitude from the guy behind the counter in glasses who I'm guessing is the owner. Makes you feel uncomfortable.

Absolutely rude staff. Told food would be 40min didn't turn up till 1hr 25min later called to complain was told u can have 1pound discount. Please do not order from this shop please.

Always get pizzas from here. Absolutely delicious. Halal and cheap too. Only thing that is disappointing is that delivery is too expensive. Over double the price!!!!

Disgusting kebab order from this place. It arrived stone cold, the sauce was watered down and absolutely soaked the whole meat and the pita was soggy. Avoid!!!

The pizzas are delicious, much better than any other mainstream pizza shop. The service is quick and excellent. Doners are a must try.
