The best taxi service around Chiswick and Hammersmith in my opinion! Not only you get the text message confirming the booking, but they are excellent communicators, always on time and always reliable! Yesterday I was coming back from Frankfurt at the time when England was playing France, and that meant that Heathrow ground services virtually grounded to a halt. Not only our flight was delayed, but there was nobody on the ground at Heathrow to "take us in". We've sat on runway for hours. I was so stressed, but the taxi driver was sooo understanding and so calm. He waited for nearly 2hrs extra in the end and charged a sensible amount. It was such a relief! So thank you to Kings cars for outstanding service (and massive Boo to Heathrow!)

THEY OVER CHARGED ME BY £30. The driver did not want to drive my disability dog and I so he did not give me a quote and then purposely over charged so that I would NOT call them again. A trip that should have cost £30 cost me £65. He cleaned out my wallet and then dumped me off on the sidewalk. He would not even help me into the hotel. He left my valuables on the street to be stolen while I attempted to check in. Furthermore, he complained the entire trip because the dog was too large to lay on the floor. He threatened to charge me extra if my dogs nails ripped his seat while driving like a crazy man throwing my canine all over the back seat. Had he injured my service dog he would have had to pay the veterinary bills.

I have used Kings Cars many times as they give an excellent service. For example, I booked a car from them today and I immediately received a text with a booking reference, my name, details of my pickup date, time and address, details of my destination, the make, model, colour, and registration plate of the car, plus the name, licence reference and even a photo of the driver, which I thought was particularly thorough and inspired in me, as a lone female customer, great confidence in their service and made me feel very safe. The driver arrived on time, he was very courteous, drove safely, and we arrived at my destination with time to spare. I really can't fault them.

Had an emergency and needed to book a taxi to take me to the vet in the morning. I received a notification email in the morning to confirm if the details where unchanged and text message with my drivers name and details including a picture of him for added security and peace of mind. Another firm I had tried refused me as there would also be a cat even though Barney was secure in his carrying case! Bizarre? I was also able to book a return journey via text. Very pleased with service, made an emergency situation so much more easier. Thank you to Taimoor for his helpful service.

A wonderful service by Kings Cars. I had a sudden change of plans and had to book a taxi at 4.45am for a 5.30am departure for Heathrow. The gentleman who took the call this early in the morning was exceedingly courteous and professional and I was booked for a ride within 5 min. The driver (Taimoor) was punctual and brought me to LHR in a very short time, avoiding the slowly increasing traffic. I very much recommend the Kings Cars.

I’ve used this cab company 3 times now and the service has been phenomenal, all drivers are always on time , they are so welcoming and kind, they have great customer service and goes out of their way for their customers. I will always use this can service company because they are the beat and I’m so happy that I came across them. I will always use their services and I advise everyone else to do so too.

I used the company twice. Once to go to Stansted and once back from Gatwick. Total shambles the second time....had to wait 45 minutes for the driver at 11pm with 3 children under 7. I had read all the reviews which were impressive but the experience here was terrible. I also considered booking an UberXL while waiting for the driver and Uber was quoting 38 pounds less....at least I gave it a try

We received an excellent service from King Cars. They took us to and from Hammersmith Apollo on a Friday evening. They allowed plenty of time for the trip and the drivers were courteous and friendly. Very good service, needed to use this service early in the morning (4am) on a Sunday and they were prompt to pick up the phone and get someone to pick me up within 10 minutes. Driving was smooth and quick and got me to my destination on time, more reliable than TFL and Uber. Great job guys, fully recommend.
