Best Techno Nights and DJs (on big Occasions), Place looks like it's old and hasn't been renewed since it was made (Furniture and decor, interior, exterior are very old and expired), Management and Organizers are not that professional, too much Bodyguards for security but not well organized on entrance, however the Music and vibes are entertaining, Mix communities (High Class & Low Class, Underage, Elders) on such occasions, Hard and Soft Drinks are available, VIP area, toilets are busy, Place needs upgrading and some fixes, Roof is open air view which is fantastic, Some times they bring stunning Belly Dancers, Staff needs to be more organized and welcoming, entrance should be more organized and waiting line should not exceed 15 minutes, however people are nice and friendly, Notice: you may find +18 vibes

Been there yesterday You pay the minimum charge before going up which is definitely weird Upstairs the vibe Is ok, music is awful, more like a wedding or engagement music like, no clear genre, rap - Arabic - pop - hiphop - Staff are ok Prices are normal, same as any other bar One major issue that when you exceed the minimum charge, the barman notifies you which is good,but the final check (receipt) comes out with the total amount and does not exclude the minimum charge paid, so you should be extra careful and make sure you pay the amount exceeded only and not the whole check (receipt) For me, overall is ok, nothing special about it, and I didn't hate it #bestcitiestovisit

as a bar and dj they’re perfect. I’v been there twice BUT staff are very unprofessional , you have to make reservation before you go , And the reservation is through facebook ONLY (if you called them they may answer the phone after many times you try to call them , and they’ll tell you sorry reservation is through facebook only) coming to facebook (if you wanna make reservation you have to send them facebook msg before you from about 1-2 weeks before your reservation date as they’re very turtle-text ) if you want to reserve you have to send them several msgs through facebook and call their number many times to tell them to reply to you on facebook ...

I was there today 20 November 2022, I asked the D-J man to play us a tamer Hosney song and before I even mention the name of the song, he responded with startling arrogance “لا ده Pub مبنشغلش فيه الكلام ده". I was shocked by the unprofessional and disrespectful attitude... Btw he played شيماء Song after this silly stupid response .. So please guys make sure you’re hiring a professional decent respectful team who can serve an excellent customer experience I’ll never come here again .. !!

Very rude & weird strategy in this place management, We were 33 persons and at each time one of us ask to order something, they told him that you exceed the minimum charge and you will pay extra charge until I went to the reception and ask. Actually there was still 3200 LE in the minimum and we ordered additional items. Also there is lack of many drinks, if it isn't available why is it included in the menu !!! My first time & the last surely.

It's nice location in the 5th settlement but It was horrible night, staff wasn't professional at all, even when I ask about the manager or any of the management they didn't respond or even take care about our concerns, food is the worst ever I tried to eat, I don't not recommend this place to any one specially if you have any concerns the management will not see you and they don't care, will say it again this the worst place you may go out.

There was no organization at alllll ... To get people in . It took 2 hours !! And the people were literally fighting out there ! They're supposed to be taking the people in one by one and to make sure that he did make a reservation. What i saw was a 102928% different. They let all people in ! It was a really bad experience regards to the 550LE that I've paid..

Worst place ever! Firstly, I was told that the minimum charge should be paid in the reception which I didn't mind, however, the DJ was subpar at best and the waiter accidentally spilled my food on me and I never got anything to eat as it was too late. They also never handed out food menus, the waiter just yelled the food options at us and we were a table of 40 persons. NEVER again.

Worst place I have ever visited so far ! - Music can be described as noisy and can damage your ears. - Place full of Underages - You can ask for alcoholic beverages but most probably not available, and beer is not ready to be served, not cold!! If you would like to enjoy, the first thing to do is to avoid this place.

The DJ was very bad and he kept playing boring silly music, tried to tell him to change the music but he didn’t! Never go there when you know that DJ sheko is playing. Good service and small portions of food however.

Koo is okay. Nothing special. The music/DJ is sometimes good and sometimes not my favorite. The drinks are small and expensive.
