I have filed my tax on Feb 19th, 2016 and they told me I am getting $478 in 2 weeks. I went on vacation and came on March 15th, 2016 I still didn't get money from CRA and it was more than 3 weeks already. I called CRA on March 15th, 2016 they told me they did not receive my file and they advised me to contact KP ACCOUNTING, I called KP ACCOUNTING they weren't helpful at all. I called them 6 times and speak with 6 different people there and everybody was like we will give you call after few mins but I never got any call from them. They did not take any initiative for 3days and I was keep calling them regarding my tax return. Finally on March 19th, 2016 after 4 days they called me told left vm because I was at work- one lady left VM only alien can understand that VM so I called them to know what is going on and they told me that we have filed your tax and you will get your tax return in 2 days (Really ?) I knew it takes 10 business days but she lied to me. When I checked my online CRA account the amount for the tax returned was changed too that means this people don't have idea how to file tax. I won't recommend anyone to do their TAX FILE there. I had very bad experienced.

Terrible service tried calling 1000 times and front desk trasfer calls to the tax filing agents who never pick the call! i think they are very busy with filling wrong tax returns for people! yeah like the same way they messed away my tax return! If you dare to say “oh no you were not or never our customer” i can give my name tax filling details then you can tell either i am your customer from 3 years or not! or even i can post picture of the tax you filled for more confirmation!!

Yes they are nice but only with their new clients. If they say soon gonna give you back call during their working hours or anytime. Trust me you won’t recieve any. I’ve filed tax of this year from them and I’ve recieved less refund than calculated and these guys say we don’t have time to check or call CRA will talk to you in May. That’s KP’s customer service. Don’t know about anyone else. I’ve had a bad service this time.

I filed my tax on February 18 and its april now still i didnt get my refund.When i called kp accounting they said i dont have to worry my file is already accepted and i might receive my refund in this week but when i called cra they told me they didnt receive my tax file.I called them again but they werent helpful at all.I regret filing my tax from kp accounting.Not recommended at all
