The people who work here are incredible humans. They are ALL attentive, respectful and kind. Everyone has a great sense of humor and enjoy keeping things (other than exercises!) light. The physiotherapists are amazing and making sure they are helping you to work within your comfort zone, yet still are able to gently push you to exceed your limitations, as you're able. Now my one complaint would be the OT... just kidding, she has been so helpful in getting through the anxiety of driving after an accident. She is so personable and easy to talk to, and is always encouraging. Thanks Steph! Laurie, the massage therapist here, is perfect as well. Never too harsh or too light, and is always willing to adjust as needed. Reception staff doesnt get any better than the front line ladies, too. Kind, polite, patient women they are. With everyone. If I were to call out every fabulous person at this facility, we would be here all day. SO, let me just say each and every person is considerate and lovely. Thank you to EVERYONE at Lifemark Main E!

I came here for my wsib accident. At the beginning I was introduced to my recovery team and everyone was amazing. The entire staff at this location are very gentle and caring. Something that is very welcomed,while trying to recover. If I had to pick only one person at this location, it would have to be Sean Buchner. He has been there for me on so many levels of my recovery. I can not express the level respect and admiration I have for him. I true Profesional and amazing care giver. Sean was always there with the answers and knowledge I needed to feel comfortable. Again, I can not express how the entire team at this location will go above and beyond. I am forever thankful I was sent here for recovery. Thank you, lifemark team at 1440 location. I will really miss seeing all of you, but thanks to you. I can walk away .

I've had a few goes at physio in my lifetime and I have to say this place by far is one of the best. I highly recommend checking them out if you need a solid physio program. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. From the ladies at the front desk to all the people that work in the back, you won't find one bad seed. The facility is nice and big with lots of different exercise equipment. There are stations spread out around the room to help with the different parts of your body. They also have a small whirl pool like tub that you can stick your arm or leg in and let the jet work it's magic. I'm recovering from ankle surgery and they've been super instrumental in getting me back on my feet and walking. Thanks!!

I have attended physio here on more than one occasion and I always have a great experience. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. All of my interactions with the staff has been positive and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable every step of the way. Stefano is a great physiotherapist. He helped me regain full mobility and strength back in my knee and gave me the knowledge on how to maintain its health. I could not have had a better experience. Fingers crossed I don't get hurt again anytime soon but at least I know where to go if I do!

At first I didn't expect this clinic to be any different from the many I've been in the past, but I was pleasantly surprised. Sean was so professional, patient and answered all my concerns. He gave me the necessary exercises and followed up on the progress at each appointment. I'm feeling much better now and I would recommend Lifemark as one of the best places for physio treatments. I received exceptional care by Stefano and James. They were both so caring and supportive during my recovery. They made physio appointments fun and I enjoyed coming in. They were both so knowledgeable and it was a pleasure going in to see them. The entire team is so friendly and wonderful! The ladies at front were so kind and welcoming, and the clinic staff are all exceptional. Stefano and James were fabulous, I am very grateful to them for all they did for me!

I recently had surgery which lead me to needing physiotherapy. I live right next to here and thought I’d try it based on reviews and I haven’t been disappointed. Pam is so lovely and great to work with along with the rest of the staff. Highly recommend!

Stefano has been an amazing help in my recovery from a herniated disc. He listens very well and makes a plan specific to you and your injury. Of the 3 physios I visited for this, he is by far the best. Receptionists are very polite and helpful too
