The average wait time with an appointment is 45 min. The receptionist seems incompetent and disorganized. I was waiting for test results for my 6 week old daughter and was not called when they came in. When I called in, the receptionist said that I could expect a call back - which I never received. I called again and was told that I needed to come in. I asked why she never called me and she lied and said she did. When I went in - Dr. Fagbola gave me the results from an ultrasound indicating that my daughter has mild hip dysplasia. I was obviously really worried and started to ask questions to ensure that I understood what that meant and what we can do. Dr. Fagbola told me to calm down and listen to what she was saying so that I don't ask the same questions over and over again. When I told her how worried I was, she told me that I should follow up with the mental health program at Credit Valley if I am unable to cope with my worry. I have no words for her unacceptable bedside manner and complete lack of compassion for this first time mom. I would not recommend this physician and will be looking for a new one asap.

I hate leaving bad reviews. But doctor fabola should not be able to practice. Just absolute horrible experience every time. 2 hr wait with appointment, mis diagnosed, lack of care and interest. She will make you wait for hours than run in and out the office without carefully hearing your issue. She will cut you off and will come up with the first diagnosis that pops up in her head. If you talk back she will be rude. I have never left a bad review, but she is just the worst doctor I have ever been to. She was my family doctor for a couple of years because it was the closest to my house. Take my advice, go somewhere else, anywhere else.

I had a very distressing experience at this location. I called as dr adebola fagbola was listed under the Ontario Medical Association as accepting new clients. I called the number and asked if they were accepting new patients. The reply was yes. I was asked repeatedly do I have a family doctor? I indicated no both times. Then the receptionist asked for who is the patient, and I indicated myself and my mother. Then all of a sudden she said that the doctor has his quota of senior patients. This is age discrimination and very upsetting. I only take young healthy patients apparently.

Doctor Fagbola is very thorough and straightforward. She doesn’t sugar coat her diagnosis which is what I like. You go to the doctor and you expect to be looked after and cared for. She’s taken care of me, my son, my husband and even my friends. I’m not sure if she’s accepting any new patients but if ever you are in the look out for a new doctor, give her a try.

She is an amazing doctor and very caring. My Primary Care physician retired during COVID and I use a prescription medication which is impossible to get with a Primary Care physician. When I approached her, she took over my file and helped me through it .. Thanks a lot to her for that.

Dr. Adabola Fagbola is a lazy doctor who refuses to perform even the most basic of physical exams and uses the COVID-19 pandemic as an everlasting reason despite donning PPE. Prescriptions and referrals are not an excuse for skimping out on the bare essentials of patient care.

Not sure about the doctor since i never got to see her Clinic closes at 8. I showed up at 715 distressed as i was facing some painful symptoms and one of the admins up front simply and coldly refused to let me see the doctor because they stop accepting walk ins at 7.

She is very warm and friendly. She is down to earth with her patients. She is Patient, Dedicated, Supportive and Experienced. She is a hardworking Doctor too and very approachable. God Bless her really Good. Cheers

Dr Fagbola is a hidden gem. The most caring doctor I have personally ever come across. She always has gone above and beyond to address the medical needs of my family members. Fortunate to have found her.

Would not recommend this doctor…completely disorganized office, long wait time, poor bedside manners. We found a much better doctor than her and have had no issues and no regret switching.

The wait is always verrry long & when you get to meet her she is very rude and rushes her appointment. I'm looking for a new family dr now. Would strongly recommend not to visit her

Dr. Fagbola is amazing, you can tell she cares deeply about her patients. That woman is always working night and day to make sure the community has a doctor available to them.
