Yesterday I visited the place for botox hair treatment which cost me 8000 and it was worst experience in Titwala as there were no electricity whole in Titwala but the lookwell do not have electricity backup at all and first suggest to go home and come once the electricity is back this was very worst and then they suggested to move to Kalyan branch But I can stay the staff is very helpfull 2 people came with me to Kalyan by ola and did the treatment very nicely and accurate specially thank you Aakash and one person which I don't know name they both very much helpfull and it was stafe to travel with them I trust them.. So with this bad and worst experience I won't think I will again visit as I just did this treatment so will visit for golbal hair colour and it will be last treatment I wil be taking from lookwell...And also the owner of salon was just giving instructions by mobile he should think if the customer is spending money so he should visit to parlour..very very bad experience will not suggest any one to visit

I booked an appointment for facial. While booking I wasn't told about products not available in stock. And I was attended by Miss.Pooja who did a great massage but the thing I didn't like was they were try to convince me for doing other services and it was somewhat irritating. I feel they should ask once or twice and if the client is denying you should stop convincing. Another thing which was a major turn off was the product unavailability, which I got to know right before my facial started. If Lookwell doesn't have products in stock, you should inform the client well in advance while appointment booking or when we consult. Overall it was not so great experience expect the massage which I enjoyed.

Extremely nice service they are providing to clients good and experience hairstylist is their and Arun sir, akash sir and Vidya mam they are very helpful seriously rest all are also helpful but I know this three persons very well because Arun sir have done global colour in my hair he totally change my look.and then next time when akash sir cut my hair he also change my look. Look well team of titwala branch have doing great job.And all employees are supporting. Yesterday Neha mam had also done great job seriously Keep it up all of you WELL DONE

This was my first experience. I gone there thinking that they would provide better services than anyone else as they are charging more than other brands. But, you know? I learnt a lesson that never ever go with the thinking that "the higher prices, the better services" I have done Organic Facial  I paid Rs.4000 which wasn't even worth it and felt I could have just done a regular massage for less than the amount paid. Unacceptable behaviour and sheer waste of time and Money. Very Pathetic experience.

It was a pathetic experience today. There was a power cut during the treatment. I had to leave with wet hair bcz it. Inspite of complaining about it to store manager she failed to do anything about it. In case of power cut they should atleast inform their clients about the situation. Ac is pouring water exactly in the centre of the store, no cooling. Everytime i was charged different for same treatment. I regret taking a membership.

Very very very worst experience, lookwell had guaranteed me that u will get good service but they fell to do that, I have done hair smoothing, botox, global colour and highlights but nothing is perfect. my hair become dry after doing botox also and after applying global colour,withing 15 days my hair become gray, they charged very high price but quality of service is very worst, west of money and time

Went there for the first time, didn't know we have to take the appointment but Receptionist informed me kindly about the same. Staff is taking proper care for Covid scenario. Thermal check and then sanitation was done. Stylist Akash took good care of my needs, gave me a nice haircut. I would say it was a good experience and will definately visit again.

I went first to LookWell saloon and it was nice experience. Brilliant haircut, here I got exactly what I was expecting. Jagruti is a very talented hairdresser and lovely person. This is one of the best haircuts I have had because of Her patience and skill. I would recommend anyone nervous about having their hair cut to come here.

I had a great experience today at look well salon (Titwala) . I went for facial for me and my mother both done by Ms Pooja and Ms Deepa . I came from Uk for vacation and my skin was kind of sensitive and reacting and Ms Pooja did a really great job and was relaxing too . Thank you so much . Will be visiting the salon soon

I was recommended a high end facial costing 2k bucks however it was done very poorly. Even my root touch up color ws different than what i had clearly visible difference . Only good thing was the haircut which was done perfectly. Recommeded this salon only if you want a good haircut Kalyan branch is much better than this

I visited LW today for Hair wash and Hair Spa.They have always provided the best service. Akshay Borude is the one who guided me for my hair care. He is the best best hair artist. I will always recommend Akshay for all the hair services. He makes sure that client is happy and satisfied by the service!

Earlier everything was good, but since price has been hiked started proving poor service. AC is not working since a week and chairs way to uncomfortable. Also informed the manager to change those chairs as it gets uncomfortable while shaving/trimming beard but no action has been taken.

I really loved the hair spa service provided by jagruti. She's a queen of massages. The head massage felt magical. I would recommend each one to visit at least once and experince the hair feedback from Akshay and spa services by jagruti. You guys are doing fab job …
