Lucky Strike Hollywood: The Best place for a party! The staff and team were the best and so attentive to detail. I have to say that the party for my son was a huge success. My son and his friends had so much fun and that’s what counts…making memories and lasting friendships. The staff at Lucky Strike Hollywood...WOW…amazing!!!! They went above and beyond and I was so lucky and grateful to have them with me that day. Diamond my hostess was absolutely amazing..she took care of us so well and was always checking if we needed anything. She was so attentive. Jayjay was a Godsend! He helped me so much and went above and beyond to make sure the party was running smoothly. The staff that brought the food out were also so kind and so on it. The staff at the shoe area were also so amazing and attentive..sorry I don’t know their names. The security team were also amazing and friendly and on top of their game making sure things were good and safe as they checked in with me often. The person who cleaned up after us was so fast and friendly. I know I’m repeating myself a lot but the staff at Lucky Strike Hollywood truly are amazing and all so attentive and just always made sure everything went well and smooth. Lucky Strike Hollywood has an amazing team and thank you so much for making my son’s bday party a huge success and a lasting memory in his life. It couldn’t have been done without any of the staff and team at Lucky Strike Hollywood. I recommend this place highly for any party!! Respectfully, Brenda

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lucky Strike Bowling Alley and I have to say, the experience was absolutely fantastic. And it wouldn't have been possible without the incredible help of an employee named Luma. Luma was not only extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door, but she went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was one to remember. She was knowledgeable about the different bowling options available and helped me find the perfect lane for my group. She was also quick to bring us some of the most delectable, refreshing beverages we have ever had. But what really stood out about Luma was her exceptional bowling skills. When I was on my last ball and needed a strike to get a perfect 300 score, Luma came to my rescue. With ice in her veins, she stepped up and expertly bowled the ball for me. I was amazed and grateful to have her on my team! Overall, I can't recommend Lucky Strike Bowling Alley enough, and it's all thanks to Luma's amazing customer service and incredible bowling skills. If you're looking for a fun and memorable night out, be sure to visit Lucky Strike and ask for Luma - you won't be disappointed!

I have come to Lucky strike for the past 15 years, but I will not go no more! The past two times I have been there. I have had horrible experiences. About two months ago, they were sold to Bowlero. There are some truly awful bands that play at nights! The music is so loud that you can barely hear yourself think! They change their billing from per person to per hour. Now, I guess this is a good deal if you come with more than three people but if you want to come with two or three people you will get charged $60-$80. My biggest problem with them now is the fact that their pricing is completely inconsistent, they just make up prices on the spot, one time I was charged $50 for an hour and the second time I was charged $80 for an hour. Please lower your prices and at least offer per person prices at the same rate you were charging before. For the past 15 years, I have refused to bowl anywhere else but from now on I will be exploring my options! Thank you to the staff at Lucky strike as you have been amazing the past 15 years!

Super fun place to bowl!!! I didn’t get to snap any pictures but the lanes are a great size — more kiddie sized lanes and easier to bowl. The seating area is great. The food service was really great too, and this is located right in the heart of Hollywood next to the ovation Hollywood center with a great view of the sign. The customer service when you walk in was good, but the people who were handing out shoe rentals felt like they did not want to be there and was not as warm as the people at the front desk. Not a huge deal to be made of — but Would recommend coming here to hangout with friends or host a party if you’re local to the Hollywood/LA area. It’s also nice because it’s right next to the Hollywood walk of fame / in a touristy area so you can walk around during the day if desired. Also, we parked on Hollywood boulevard and walked over — there’s free street parking by the apartments down the street before you hit the walk of fame if you’re not wanting to pay for parking.

  • Shanelle S

Grown-up bowling right off the Hollywood walk of fame. A group of four of us had reservations at 8pm on a Friday night for two hours of bowling, which can be made online beforehand. You check in at the front, pay, grab your shoes, and are taken to your lane. The order of bowling is by the order of checking in at the front. They do validate parking or you can find metered street parking if you hunt. There’s food and alcohol available for purchase. You can scan the QR code or ask for a paper menu. You have a lane concierge that you can ask for any questions. Bathrooms are available in the back (it looks a bit warehouse-y but you’ll see signs). Note that bumpers are only available for children age 5. There’s a water dispensers by the bar area that’s self-serve. The vibe is kind of like speakeasy, and they have a DJ on the weekends. It’s a cool place to hang with a group.

I rented out the Marylin Room and had the semi private lanes here. I have to say it was the best birthday I have ever had. The person who made it that way was our server/host/rockstar SHELBY!! Knowing it was my birthday she was always checking in to see how I was doing it made me feel so special . Shelby also made the whole night easier for us because she was on top of everything whether it was times for when the food needed to be brought out or requests people were asking for she was always on top of it all. The whole staff is amazing there but the one person who made the event over the top amazing is Shelby, it was like she was someone we have known for a long time for how helpful she was. Shelby is an amazing asset we will be coming back often knowing she is there.

Hollywood lucky stike bored the life out me. I recommend la live lucky strike Downtown L.A for birthday party Dj are awsome here the music makes u want to stay here longer play, drink and enjoy. Well my friend had a bday at Hollywood lucky strike and he was so disappointed paid alot open tab but his party of guest were bored it was to dark they had a stage I guess with inspiring singers but they sing to long after all that slow singing dj play more slow songs come on bowiling and music couldn't yall put happier music after so many slow song play some Bad bunny or something they need to give him a redo party because he came to enjoy not to see his guest no in to it . L.A. live lucky strike was book so he settle for Hollywood but nope there not the same .

As an enormous Big Lebowski fan I was excited to see the memorabilia. Meh, they had several of the stars from outside the alley the movie filmed at and the bar is supposed to be made from Lane 7 wood from that Alley and it certainly looked like alley wood but there wasn't any real recognition of the movie or the artifacts and as a Hollywood bar it was super dark and you couldn't really see much anyway. I gave it 4 stars. Servers were attentive. White Russians (Another Caucasian Gary....) were good. If you want to bowl a block from all the action on Hollywood Blvd then this place is pretty cool. If you're going for TBL memorabilia it's a bit of a let down.

We had a business engagement in Hollywood and after it was over, a couple of my coworkers suggested that we blow off some steam by bowling and we ended up at Lucky Strike in Hollywood. Bowling was good but we also wanted to enjoy some food and drinks and our server Luma came to the rescue. She was very funny and friendly and made sure she hooked us up with the right food and drinks. It was rather busy but she kept checking in on us to make sure we were OK. Talk about good customer service! I'm sure we'll be back again even if just to have fun. Good food, good drinks, good bowling and GREAT SERVER! Love the place.

  • Kari Johnston

The band master (hope that's the proper term) Paul was very responsive and willing to work with me on a last minute booking request for a holiday party. The book process was quick and seamless. Valerie the vocalist had a beautiful tender voice that instantly warmed the room, and Michael on the piano was subdued but wonderful. Even with just the two of them they filled the room with their sounds and was the perfect accompaniment for our party. Very professional, easy to work with and zero fuss. I will look for future opportunities to book them again, and highly recommend them.

This is such a fun and interesting bowling / bar / club. The vibe is really cool. Everywhere you look there’s an interesting corner. The food and drinks are ok and service was excellent. Unfortunately I cannot give more than 3 stars even though I would’ve wanted to because ultimately… it’s supposed to be a bowling alley and the bowling lanes (at least the ones we were on) had some strange curvature to them so that the balls would oftentimes swerve. We did not love the bowling experience but we really liked the place overall.

  • Jesse Solorzano

Love this place! A friend recommended it because I was looking for a good spot to host a surprise birthday party for my partner and this place really delivered! Signing up a group of 10 for a few rounds of bowling was very quick and simple and the food options were more than enough to satisfy dinner for us all. The staff was also very kind and helpful despite being so busy. The vibe was very casual and a beat but I guess that is the case in most bowling alleys. Overall, it was a great pick to go with this place!

One of the standouts at Lucky Strike Bowling isn’t just the lanes, but the stellar service provided by Chelsea, their in-house bartender. Not only is she an expert at her craft, but she has a knack for making everyone feel welcome and taken care of. From the moment you approach the bar, you’re met with Chelsea’s warm smile and genuine hospitality. Regardless of how busy the evening gets, she always seems to find the time to chat, adding a personal touch that elevates the entire experience.

I reserved a lane for my date and I for Saturday. We had only played one game, but it was still fun! A nice atmosphere with the couches, the bar, and the hanging lights. We couldn't find a person at the front desk where you first enter, so we had to search around the bowling alley for someone to help us get our lane set up and shoes. The staff was great too. May go again some time to check out the live music and try the food.

  • Alexandria Ginzel

We celebrated a 40th Birthday Party last night at Lucky Strike and Jay was our server, he was outstanding!! Great service!! He helped me gather everyone around to sing Happy Birthday and even got the group cheering for the Birthday Boy multiple times. Jay, thank you for taking care of us, you were an excellent server and made our experience at Lucky Strike very memorable and one for the books! Thank you!

  • J. Bryant

If you're looking for a great place to bowl in Hollywood, look no further than Lucky Strike! They have many lanes, and the lounge is really nice with dancing and regular DJs. It's definitely a place for adults, as it's 21+ at night. But that just means you can let loose and have some fun! The staff is super friendly and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Lucky Strike Bowling Hollywood!

  • Rodney

Chelsea at Lucky Strikes is a gem behind the bar. Her craft and charisma make every drink an experience to savor. From her flawless pours to her infectious smile, Chelsea knows how to keep the good times rolling. Whether you're a regular or a first-timer, she treats you like family, making every visit unforgettable. Raise your glass to Chelsea and let her mix up magic at Lucky Strikes. Cheers!

  • Roneal Madlani

My group and I had an incredible time at Lucky Strike in Hollywood. A significant part of that was thanks to our fantastic server, Luma. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our night out. The food, drinks, and atmosphere were all fantastic, but Luma's exceptional service really made the night for us. Highly recommend!

  • Cory Scott

Great atmosphere but far too expensive for a single game of bowling per person. Also, to reserve a lane, when it wasn't busy or booked at all, costs hundreds of $$$ - LITERALLY! If you need a place to chill for a beer, go here for the vibe. As for bowling, there are atleast 20 other options I can think of nearby that will save you hundreds off for friends/group bowling.

  • Krista Pheney

We had an amazing company event with Lucky Strike on Thursday 11/10. Everything was perfect from planning, to arriving onsite and through service. Everyone was there to help and ensure we had an amazing time. If you are looking for a fun team building idea in the Hollywood area - this is the place to be! Thank you for all your hospitality!

  • Kirt Kingzett

The bowling alley is pretty cool, hip and a bit loud. When I got arrived there was a heavy metal band playing so freaking loud ya couldn't hear yourself think. When we bowled they put us an area aways from the the music. The service was great, thanks Jay. Parking at Hollywood and Highland, they validate $5 so parking was $15 for the night.

  • Dyanna Wilson

It was AWESOME! DJ Lenny played the BEST music and our server Jason m (1039) knows how to treat his customers friendly and attentive. Your greeted at the door with smiles which is refreshing. Let me tell about the food I had the cheeseburger with fries and a soda let's just say I didnt want to leave my meal to bowl when it was my turn lol.

  • Lil.Wanderers cinny

Loved the venue! To rent shoes is $15. Our waiter was super nice, he brought us utensils to help with the cutting of our friends birthday cake . He even lit the candles and helped sing happy birthday it was a fun night. (There is a vegan option on the menu). We were allowed to bring in a cake and balloons! …

  • Kia Mokh

undoubtably the worst bowling alley i’ve ever been to. extremely lazy and horrible service. overpriced. dark (can’t see where the heck the ball is supposed to go). horrible food. oh and can’t forget the amateur horrible live music BLASTING through the speakers. AND I GOT FOOD POISONING!!! go literally anywhere else.

  • Kimberly M

We were part of a large private party in the Marilyn Room. Considering the number of us, I think the staff did a great job keeping up with demand. The food was tasty, and we really enjoyed Greg In Good Company. They were a great band! Graphics on the screens are cute during bowling, and we all had a good time!

  • Food Enthusiast

( All my reviews are over all) Clean, nice atmosphere. Fun to have that glow bowling again. Asked the bartender for his own special twist on a favorite drink of mine and he did not disappoint. Good place to chill and have a good time. Staff is all friendly and the bowling is fun as always.

  • Cherie henderson

I had my 22nd birthday at the Lucky Strike and it exceeded my expectations. My server Shelby was so welcoming and kind. The service made my birthday celebration one of the most memorable and special experiences of my life! I would 11/10 recommend the lucky strike and the server Shelby!

  • Wizards Wonderland

I came tonight for my friends birthday, we had such an amazing time! Our server Shelby went above and beyond to make sure we were taking care of. We had so much fun, we didn’t want to leave. I can’t wait to come back for my birthday and will make sure to ask for Shelby to serve us.

  • Garrette Hall

Nice venue. I was surprised at the professional sound quality for the live music. The vibe is nice. My only complaint is the door guy mixed up my parking ticket with another person's when validating it and my parking bill was 20 bucks. I was only at the Venue for 2.5 hours …

  • Ask Me

Great place to take friends and bowl, music and atmosphere are cool, drinks are good and food is ok. The service really shines, Shelby took care of me and my friends and made us feel welcomed all night. If you go to lucky strike Hollywood, ask for Shelby.

  • Dimitri

Our game gets shut down at 10:30 the place closes at 11 everyone else keep playing the girl at the cashier doesn't care. If you ever want to play bowling. This isn't the place. I guess my next birthday party where I dropped 1500$ will be spent elsewhere.

  • Two Two Steele

We had fun it was my wife birthday. They had very good customer service in the atmosphere around there were very fun the employees were respectful and very knowledgeable and let us have a great time we definitely will come back again five star review

  • Maria

It could get pretty crowded on nights when Lucky Strike Live is on, great performance by the resident band as always ; the sound system is perfect, cool sets never failed the audience. Thanks for rocking down the place 21+ only …

  • Cristine

First time here and it was a fun experience! Kind of on the pricey side, but it is clean. Staff is nice and helpful. Music is obnoxiously loud, but I guess that's a vibe of Hollywood. They have Pepsi, not Coke. Would recommend for birthday party!

  • rylee doyle

Parking was very easy, as you park in the parking garage. The workers are very nice and the managers take care of you if you happen to have a problem. I would recommend for any age group to come. We came for a work party and we had a blast.

  • Sraineang Hang

22/hr pp for lane is pretty steep in my opinion. Staff was nice. Food is mediocre. Not as family friendly in my opinion since the lane next to us had just very drunk girls. Also needed to park in the garage which was also an extra $15.

  • Karen Troutman

My family & I went to lucky strike for the first time & had Luma as our waitress. She was so attentive, friendly, and fun to have as a waitress! She made our experience there a positive one & i look forward to coming back!

  • Sefra Mack

Cool space, really excellent bands playing live music (that was a surprise for a Thursday night). Nice bartender, chill vibe. Drinks are a little pricey, but hey...it's on Hollywood Blvd. Definitely would visit again

  • Ariel Hope Rosey heaven

The place is nice! It got a great price for 1 hour bowl. When it's busy, it's better to make a reservation so the wait time isn't as long. Walk-ins are also fine but at certain days, expect a lengthy wait time.

  • Roddrick Williams

Atmosphere was incredible. Our server Shelby was excellent from start to finish. Heck… my wife was sharing motherhood stories with the host prior to our group arrival.. just a real good vibe. Preciate y’all !

  • Nicole Watkins

We did a private event here for a conjoined bachelor/bachelorette. Shelby was extremely helpful and gave outstanding service. She made sure our group was taken care of. Everyone had an amazing time!

  • The SoccerChick4

This place & the vibe is awesome! This place is like my second home. Staff is super friendly and the music is great. It’s a must do on the weekends. One of the best DJ’s I’ve heard in a long time.

  • Trina

I don’t think I’ve ever paid $80 for an hour of bowling but it was fun - almost managed to get 5 games in. It was quiet on a Sunday evening but had a chilled vibe and the music was good.

  • Vanessa Irvine

Make sure to go before 6p.m., cuze prices go waaay up after 6p.m. But other than the prices. My Husband, Kids, and Me all had fun Bowling & Enjoyed Our Food & Drinks! …
