I visited Miniso on December 14, 2023, intending to purchase a product from the tea tree mark. Despite two tester products being available from the same brand, the specific item I sought was absent. I approached a Miniso representative (which happened to be the manager) seeking assistance. He directed me to a product, and due to time constraints, I bought two units based on his guidance. However, after opening the first product, I discovered it wasn't the item I wanted. And i didnt use the product because i had the intention to return it and get the correct item i was originally looking for. On December 18, 2023, I returned the incorrect product in the morning. The female staff advised me to consult the manager later in the day. Upon meeting him, he acknowledged directing me to the wrong product but shifted the blame onto me. I emphasized my loyalty to Miniso but warned of my dissatisfaction. Shockingly, he dismissed my concerns, stating that Miniso doesn't hold its staff accountable for mistakes, suggesting that customers bear the brunt of such errors. In a bid to find a resolution, I proposed retaining the product in exchange for a tester of the actual item I desired. Yet, he attempted to charge me the full price for the tester. Such behavior left me profoundly disappointed and disgusted. Despite prior unsatisfactory experiences at Miniso, I had persisted as a loyal customer. However, this incident has been the final straw. I advise Miniso to reconsider its approach. If they fail to rectify such issues, I have no reservations about shifting my allegiance to other stores like Mumuso ❤️and Mievic, ❤️which offer similar products but with superior✅ service.

De petits articles vraiment pas chers fabriqués en Asie, avec beaucoup de produits originaux. A visiter car on trouve toujours quelques babioles et des gadgets utiles.

Personnel hyper gentil ... tous et en particulier youssef ... je recommande ce magasin !
