View is great, but the food, prices, and service are just not really a good fit. Came for an important business breakfast and was interrupted literally every 5 minutes, often mid sentence, the entire time. There was zero awareness of the customers situation. Much of it was needless. Do you really need to spend 5 minutes loudly and disruptively removing the 2 extra place settings to the point were both myself and my client needed to move ourselves out of the way - again mid sentence. Hint: if customers are in mid sentence 2 minutes after sitting down, you don't need to interrupt to ask if we are ready to order. Especially at 8 am when the place is (understandably) empty. Speaking of empty, the whole place was empty, yet you sit a party of 4 right next to us? Why? There were dozens and dozens of empty tables. At least put 1 table between customers. Again, just a lack of awareness by management on what is really being offered here - a quiet place to conduct business. Also, the prices are mercilessly and needlessly marked up. $10 for a cup of plain coffee? $30 for a very plain (dry) nothing special omelet?

In my opinion, there’s nothing too special about this place beyond the location or association to the Four Seasons. I went on a Saturday for a solo lunch with myself. They understood how to make a spicy margarita which is rare in SF so that really convinced to to stay. I had the chicken slider which were nothing special but the slaw they gave me with the sliders had apples in it and it was so delicious. They didn’t bring my food out together and actually forgot my fries so when I finally received them 15 minutes after eating my sliders, they were cold. I feel my server treated me less than a priority in a nearly empty restaurant but sadly that typical. I still left her a $50 tip with poor service just to show her, stop treating people poorly based on the color of their skin. The menu and drinks were minimal so I’m wondering if it’s seasonal. Anywho, this place was overrated and pretty average for me.

MKT is absolutely a must visit restaurant if you are in SFO downtown. It is located on the fifth floor of the Four Seasons hotel. The ambiance is classy with wood finishes all over, but with some contemporary finishes. The bar located within the restaurant offers impressive beverage selections. MKT's servers are professional and friendly. The main part is the food, which is absolutely phenomenal. From the presentation to the last bite, we enjoyed the Tasmanian salmon and an impressive crab salad. The espresso martini and an old fashioned both drinks were well made and presented. We finished our lunch with chocolate cherry mousse cake, and just like the other items, our dessert was memorable. I will definitely visit the restaurant again to try their other dishes on the menu.

Pros: 1) Tasty food 2) Nice atmosphere 3) Fancy Cons: 1) Price 2) Small menu (expected, but still a con) Thoughts: 1) I don’t think I’m a duck person - the duck was very moist but also somewhat tough with a very subdued flavor. But hey, maybe that’s how duck is supposed to be, as the sauce was also very mild flavored. So overall, I’d probably order just the things that come with the duck for like 1/3rd the price instead of full price with the duck 2) The strawberry shortcake barely deserves to be called strawberry shortcake, because that how was good it was. I’m not sure if it’s $13 good, but it was good. 3) The overall enjoyment per dollar spent is around 75% of what I prefer. It’s probably that it takes a lot more time and materials to improve meals over the $30 level than it does prior to that point.

Stopped by here to meet up some friends before the Giants game and to have a drink. It was a fairly quick stop at the bar so didn't get to try any food. The ambiance, view and set up of the place is gorgeous. Perfect place for a date or to work. Slower paced service invites you to move slowly so don't come here if you're looking for liveliness. Nice touch with the elevated bar snacks of popcorn and nuts. For 3 tequila shots, 2 margaritas and an old fashioned the bill was came put to like $180 with tax and tip. Insane we gotta pay $20/drink nowadays but I guess that's why dives and convenience stores exist. Value not here, but for the aestheic and showings, sure.

Extremely rude staff, pretty much had a rude stuck up attitude the entire time as soon as I entered as a guest/customer. The host didn't even bother with me whatsoever. Plus the endless music playing is also classless and grating. The caramel popcorn with chili powder they gave me was great. Was snarky when I asked if the menu changes throughout the day from lunch to dinner, because it had been different than the one I saw online. The latino one with the mustache and beard gave an incredibly long-winded unrelated response, before finally getting upset and saying that the menu never changes, but takes months or years to change (???) The food also did not look very appetizing.

My go-to stop for Chardonnay & Fries on a slow Friday. Always meet someone interesting at the bar, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting no matter how damp the hanging fog gets. If you want a relaxed, classic, and upscale evening, stop in for a full dinner. Never disappoints. I still dream about their risotto.

While they don't have a GF bun (as of September 2023) they will make the burger as a lettuce wrap, or slide it between two pieces of GF bread. Your choice.

We were staying at the hotel and got a few meals at the restaurant. A lot of the meals were delicious, especially lunch and dinner. The staff during those times were also fantastic. They were very friendly, made recommendations and checked in on us a few times. The breakfast however, left something to be desired. I had to send my over hard eggs back because they were not in fact, over hard. My toast was nearly burnt and the staff weren’t very helpful. I would visit again because of all the other nice staff we met and for all of the delicious lunch and dinner we had.

We came for brunch on Thursday and loved the food and the views. The migos was gorgeous to look at tasted even better! The Tropical Green smoothie - Pineapple, Mango, Carrot, Coconut & Almond Milk, Banana, Spinach, Wheatgrass - was also great. Our server was happy to let us relax and be in no rush. One odd thing: we were asked - without feeling like it was optional - for a full name and phone number at the host stand in order to be seated. There was no line and it was not busy, so that part was off putting.

We loved MKT so much we ate here three times in the course of one week! :D The food is great! The service is stellar. The restaurant staff were friendly, genuinely thoughtful, hardworking, and accommodating. They are hospitality personified. The restaurant is beautiful and spacious. The wines and cocktails are very good. This restaurant gets added to my go-to places in San Francisco. If you’re a local or visiting the city, this is a place worth dining. Cheers!

Chose this place because it was the only location open at the time. Well, it turned out to be a GREAT choice! The service was amazing. The salmon was the best I've had in a long time. The hamburger was delicious. The wine, albeit a little pricey, was well worth every penny down to the last drop. We would diffidently visit MKT again on our next trip to the city.

MKT was incredible. We went on a Sunday night, so the restaurant was closed, but they served a full menu in the bar. Our server was so nice and helpful; we had lots of questions about the flavor palette of raisins in one dish. He was very patient and was obviously very intimately knowledgeable about the entire menu. And the food was sooooo amazing. Kudos to the chef; everything was as perfect as possible. Highly recommend!

Amazing location with wonderful views of the city. Service was really good as well. But food was TASTELESS. We got an omelette, potatoes, and avocado toast. All of it was very dull in flavor. No salt, no butter, nothing. Very disappointing especially at the price point. If it are just looking for a good view and great service, then this place is good. Otherwise avoid.

Highly recommended! The best burger we have enjoyed so far. The meat is very tender and grilled to its perfection, coupled with the fine cut fresh onion and pickle that enhance the juicy meat flavor. Coffee is excellent as well with very smooth and rich aroma. Servers are very attentive and friendly, even with some humor. Overall, a great experience! We’ve come here for brunches two days in a row!

Excellent choice in the heart of SF for a relaxed quality breakfast in a non crowded restaurant. Hidden inside the Four Seasons this is a great choice for 2 or a small group of 3 or 4 people. Good food quality and fast service.

We sat at the bar and had a great experience. It was a sunday, the bartender informed us that they were serving brunch only, until dinner. I got the brunch Caesar salad and the eggs benedict, it was delicious. Just the side of potatoes it was not that good, it was dry and not soft. The drinks were made to perfection. Bartenders are very friendly. Octopus starter is good.

Had a late breakfast, early brunch here on Saturday. Was the perfect remedy to a late night with too much booze. I ate the corned beef hash and my friends had the eggs benedict (my usual go-to) and pancakes. Everyone enjoyed the food. I had whole-wheat toast which was excellent! Strong coffee was on the table and we ordered lattes too which were good.

Service was great! Seating was comfortable and they had many different seating options available or you could sit at the bar. My drink was just okay but my husband received a great glass of whiskey. We weren't able to stay long but enjoyed my time here.

Located in Four Seaosn hotel in the Market Street, this very american restaurant in located in the lounge area and went her for breakfast - which did not disappoint ! Great view overlooking Market street and was great vibe when I went there. The omelette and Yoghurt parfait i had, was 5 star!

Service is impeccable. Atmosphere is sophisticated but casual. Breakfast menu was not that interesting and off the charts expensive. But then again, this is the Four Seasons. I found the Migas somewhat interesting in presentation and the flavor was good. The eggs Benedict was over cooked.

Fantastic experience and good food. Must request the window seat - the view is pretty good. Love the brunch steak I got and my wife loved her omelet. Reservation is recommended since the place can get crowded.

Cozy and romantic restaurant. Have nice half Circle booth. I think it should upgraded to tablecloth it has more of a bar filled but overall nice setting with a beautiful wood feel. Menu is primarily Seafood so make sure you like seafood
