One of the largest MUJI store among all of its branches in Klang Valley. Their range of products is also obviously more compared to their counterparts. You can find anything from household goods to furnitures to clothing / fashion to bathroom accessories and lots more. Easy to browse around due to its wide space. Pricing can sometimes be a little higher compared to its competitors but that's the price to pay for quality products.

The male staff in charge of the Fitting Room assisted me by taking the shirts & shorts I wanted to try as well as my shopping bag and putting them in the fitting room. He then smiled & made a signal for me to enter the room. I ended up buying everything because of his great customer service.

Good quality products especially the tshirts, boxers and shoes. The luggage bags are expensive. The Muji store is huge and there are many products to check out. The staff are very polite and helpful. I will definitely return to shop.

The cashier should remind customers to get the stamp when we buy Rm30 above.I really want to get a limited key ring, but I have to remember to go back again every time and the staff only will give you the stamp.

Worst Cashier ever, don't know how to greet customer and did not say a word when I pay the bills. I was wondering is this Japanese Company or what? Please provide more training to the Cashier staff, thank you.

One of my fav stores for clothes, household items and gift ideas. The store at Pavi is spacious and bigger so makes browsing more comfortable. Most Muji staff is courteous and quite proactive in helping u.

Most items are available here, very spacious, layout can be confusing otherwise okay. Improvement on customer service is highly recommended.
