On April 26, 2023 at 1pm I went to the gas station to fuel up my truck at the diesel pump in the middle, used my master card and was fueling the lady inside came loudly over the speaker rudely stating I needed to come See her when finished saying that the payment was canceled, when I was using the prepaid at the pump so how is that it was letting me fuel up if it didn’t work. I explained this over the intercom and said I had to come inside anyway and her exact words were “ I DON’T CARE! COME SEE ME WHEN YOUR DONE! So I go inside grabbed a couple of drinks and went to the cash in which again she was rude and stated “WORKED FINE BEFORE YOU WITH THE LAST CUSTOMER SO ITS YOU! I paid for the drinks and fuel again and walked out of the store. I come to this gas station daily sometimes two or three times a day, I will not return again until Ben if it means going out of my way to get fuel, this women should not be working in customer service as her language and reactions along with her tone with customers is not going to do the business well! When you leave the store feeling embarrassed and belittled by the person working your going to loose many customers! Never in my life have I been spoken to or felt that way by a customer service representative in my life!!!! We run a hauling company and use this station daily and now we will no longer be using it!!!!!

Really kind & helpful staff! My phone died on me while I was driving (had a 40 minute drive ahead) & I had no idea where I was. I went inside this gas station to ask for directions & I explained my situation. They generously offered to let me charge my phone with their phone charger, & when I was about to leave, they gave me a FREE charger to use in the car on the rest of my trip. That was more kindness than I deserved They helped me calm down though. Thank you so much!!!

I’ve never felt the need to review a gas station, but I had such a great experience with Peter that I felt I needed to! He was so kind and truly went above and beyond in his service. Hard to come by people like him in customer service positions these days, so it was a really nice change.

I was doing a construction job nearby and was pleasantly surprised with the selection at this gas station. There is a great selection of snacks and drinks, and the coffee is really good! It’s fresh and made to order. Staff are friendly as well, which is always important to me.

You guys are very lucky to have an employe like Nyden. He is the most polite and charasmatic gas station worker I have ever met. You can tell he takes pride in his work. He's the reason I chose this MacEwens. Cheers

My power went out with the ice storm the friendly staff helped me out with some water ..... thanks for letting me use the tap and not being jerks about it like the other places I went ... a good community store

Staff is always great if you go inside, gas prices are very competitive overall but I strongly suggest afternoons. Just like every Ontario gas station, morning and afternoon prices vary significantly.

I recently moved into the area. The convenience store is clean, well stocked and well run. The pumps are quick and the prices are normally better than in town. Keep up the good work!

Friendly staff, always fresh coffee ready early in the morning. Bonus they have a cigar humidor if your looking for a stogie. It's great since there are no cigar stores in the area.

My favourite place to get gas - which is sad to say with these exorbitant prices. But the staff are all friendly, and the prices are the best in ottawa; on par with Costco…

Great place to buy gas at $1.21. tank was 1/4 full after travel to Kingston Pen, Shorelines Casino and the Hard Rock casino. One full tank of gas for the whole trip

Bought some water late at night and this girl Ruby was working who was very helpful, knowledgeable and cared about her job. We need more people like her !

The one employee named Sean/Shawn carries this place on his back. always great to every customer & miles ahead of the rest of the employees there.

Clean with a great variety of product. Plenty of room and parking in the lot. One of the only decent gas stations in the area.

It is a gas station, nothing wrong with it, nothing outstanding about it. Usually a little cheaper then the other ones around

Been going there for close to 20 years due to proximity. Wish they had some sort of reward like air miles or coupon system.

Service is always good. Pumps are well maintained and all are always working. Staff are attentive. Very busy location.

Gas prices aren’t bad, lots of snacks and stuff inside. One of the cheapest places to get Monster I’ve seen

Can never pay at the pump anymore and the pumps are rarely able to provide a receipt.
