The quality of service has deteriorated significantly! We always went to Cavanhas and were well attended to. However, the last time, we arrived at 11 pm, it wasn't very crowded and even so it took a while for us to get a waiter to place our order, they ran past the table and didn't even pay attention to us. It was 11:40 pm when the fries arrived and the cheese arrived after 11:50 pm, a delay that doesn't match the busyness of the house that day. Very slow service, leaving something to be desired. The snack itself was ok, but it was better, the chopped tomato was extremely large, the "machete" as they say and the potato, despite being a large portion, was withered and very greasy. I don't know what happened, if it was an isolated day, but the customer always wants to be well served, so I won't be returning anytime soon.

Fomos ao local, ao chegar demoramos cerca de 5 minutos para sermos atendidos, depois mais uns 4 para um garçom aparecer na mesa para anotar os pedidos. O pedido foi dois xis bacon, R$30,00 cada um. O lanche demorou exatos 40 minutos para chegar na mesa. O bife de carne moída não estava selado, e a carne se desmanchava como em um pastel. O Garçom falou que não estavam dando conta, por causa dos pedidos via Ifood. Eu não recomendo o local. Na hora de pagar não havia ninguém no caixa, e tivemos que aguardar por mais uns 2 minutos. Foi uma péssima experiência.

MAIS DE 1 HORA E MEIA para receber o pedido na mesa , recebemos mediante a reclamações! O estabelecimento da prioridade para os Ifood e deixa de lado os pedidos das mesas! O dono totalmente despreparado visando somente o LUCRO DELE, e fazendo as pessoas de PALHAÇO . PELO VISTO TODOS DIAS A MESMA DESCULPA, QUE A DEMANDA ESTA ALTA E O NUMERO DE Funcionários ESTA REDUZIDO!

Lancheria Cavanhas zona norte, Bem localizado, com estacionamento, atendimento ótimo, cardápio igual aos outros cavanhas, pedi o de sempre 373 de file aos 4 queijos, achei a carne sem sal e um pouco dura, de resto estava bom, a batata frita como sempre mal frita, eu não tenho sorte com as batatas fritas do cavanhas, ainda prefiro o 373 do cavanhas da perimetral.

They served a minced meat with missing inputs that were on the menu, at the bottom of the minced meat it looks like they put the rest of the plate. I complained and they apologized, they didn't care. Disappointment, terrible service and very bad what they serve.

Não aceitam crítica e apagam comentário no Instagram. Se não vão dar conta de atender quem vai no salão, fechem ifood, fechem as portas e atendam quem já pediu. PÉSSIMO. Fora que subiram os preços absurdamente. Chegamos com fome, aguardamos mais de 30 min pra saber que a comida ainda ia demorar. PÉSSIMO.

Sempre muito bem atendido!! Atendimento com agilidade e rapidez. Funcionários atenciosos, desde a entrada no local até a hora de ir embora. Sempre pedimos lanches diferentes e não há demora alguma, perfeito pra quem já sai do trabalho com fome a mil.

Ontem dia 29/12/2023 fomos ao lugar e fomos pessimamente atendidos. Fomos até o balcão pra solicitar atendimento, além de ignorados, qndo falaram que iam nos atender, atenderam outras pessoas antes, foi o estopim. Perderam 7 clientes de uma só vez. Péssima experiência!

Awful fries and the maionese which they are renowned for tastes like butter. The only reason you would go here is if it's the only place left open and you just really want food or more drinks. My friends who had more to drink than me loved it.
