Very bad service. They guys have no knowledge. I went to apply for knowledge test and they never give proper information. Sometimes they say this document will work and other day no. If you try to ask why they get rude and ask to go to some other agent. They guys need to train themselves properly on how to work and how to behave.
I was charged late fees from MPI for my preauthorized payments because the person who set it up last time entered my account number incorrectly. Asked if they would reimburse me since I now have to pay for the mistake of someone that works there. I was told it is my responsibility to ensure that they enter it correctly.

She was absolutely horrid. I personally felt racially profiled simply because I am Asian. I will not be coming back.
My experience for the first was good until I get helped by a old lady with glasses at the door. She don’t even stand with the words told by the another agent at this location. She doesn’t let me to go inside to solve my problem. Don’t even listen me properly and don’t understand my issue.
I'm shocked my all the bad reviews. I have been coming here for years. Today I went in and Thea was amazing. She took care of everything even little things, like folding up my temp lic and putting it a plastic sleeve. She was super nice and helpful. I could not ask for more.
Very bad experience the old white lady there doesn’t have basic knowledge. I know a lot more than her. She should not work there by a little knowledge. I would give her -5 (minus five) star rating for her little piece for brain. She doesn’t know how to talk to a customer.
I do not recommend this place. There's so many options for documents required from the mpi website, but the staff here do not know this and would only tell you their lack of knowledge abilities. Waste of time, went to another branch and was approved immediately.
I went to this Agency to submit a claim for the winter tire program. Jennica was the agent that assisted me. She was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I was out of there in 15 minutes. I actually tried to go to another agency
The Filipino woman who helped me was helpful and very polite. But the whole experience was ruined by an older caucasian woman who was being very rude, mean and unprofessional to her Asian coworkers and even aggressive to her own customer.

1- their 0 customer service skills, Loud, mocks customers in tagalog in front of people from other race. 2- their Information and MPI Information DOES NOT match( they need training )

It says they open at 9am and first employee walked in at 9:05am, then next employee came at 9:10am. There was a line up up already and no one was able to help asap
