I must say almost all the items made by M&S are really good jn quality. Especially the price reduction of items nearing expiry is a good catch if you can consume them within two days max. Minus one star is it’s a little inconvenient locating some items but the staff are quite helpful and knowledgeable with to attend to your queries. Their cookies are not to be missed. Prices in general are fair enough and they don’t compromise on quality. Check out is quick. It does get quite crowded very often. Nice store though.

Lovely traditional old store of very great standing on the high streets of our nation. They do well in these highly competitive days to keep on going and the combination of quality clothing coupled with a fashionable look to the items on offer is deserving of our respect and admiration. The girls there are always extremely helpful and more than eager to assist with the needs and aspirations of their loyal customer base.

Visited this place to buy school uniforms for kids, but I was not disappointed at all. It always has stock for uniform & shoes for school and good quality with less price. Check for 3 for 2 tags and get the cheapest one free of cost. Staff are friendly and supportive. They also help you in selection if you are confused with something. Very neat & tidy stores.

I had a bra fitting here and the staff were really lovely, knowledgeable and helpful. They know a lot about the subject and I learnt some things I didn’t know about the way bras should fit which will were really useful. I really appreciated how lovely and respectful the woman who did my fit was. Staff around the shop were helpful, I’d return here.

Booked a bra fitting and the appointment is 30 mins long. The service is appalling and the customer representative was rude. The appointment took 10 mins asked if I could fit my daughter in and she refused saying she had another appointment yet her next appointment wasn’t for another 20 mins. Awful customer service!!

A good city centre M & S. Range of items, sizes, etc available seems to be improving again. Store isn't large enough to have much in the way of homewares, furniture etc. Food offer is OK. Toilets are out of the way (rear of first floor) and small for the number of users. Cafe is popular.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would . Outside bright beautiful store , inside rude unhelpful staff that is discriminating mentaly sick people . Their Manager very unprofessional and rude person told me to walk out the store with no real reason indeed . .

A -Karen- staff member (at the café) with very short dark hair and glasses was very unpleasant with me, she came to my table without a 'hello' and started arguing that I couldn't bring something bought from outside the café - but I told her

The store has a very good layout and it was easy to find the things that I was looking for and that saved time and energy to walk around, as it is important to me due to my son being disabled and not being able to walk long distances.

Had lunch in Leicester's M&S city centre store. Jacket potato with very tasty coronation chicken & lovely salad. Tap water available. Toilets are upstairs. Used the food store which had the 2 items I specifically wanted.

It's M&S...you know exactly what you're going to get.....although I would like to apologise for interrupting the conversation the teo young ladies were having on the till by needing to be served sorry

Poor cafe, crumbs on seats and floor. Table was sticky. Fries were burnt. Hot chocolate sauce was dripping down the mug and handle. Service was sad, no smiles.

Welcoming staff and had lunch with the Mother was a nice sandwich enjoyed it and the Elderflower with squeezed lemon & apple was so refreshing

Was shocked at uk prices but my daughter assured me that M&S is trying to keep it's prices reasonable. Quality is always top notch.

There seems to be less and less in this store. The mens department is very sparse. Quality seems to be dipping again.

It is a big Store, you can find a lot from Food to the Clothes to buy, some things aren't so cheap
