Just today (August 28th around 3:50pm), I tried on, and purchased a pair of flip flops at this location. Upon my first fitting, they felt fine, but when I walked not 20-30 feet through the parking lot, they no longer felt comfortable to me as they did in the store. I returned to check out where I was greeted by Amanda. I explained the situation, and apologized for returning them so suddenly. Upon noticing the dirt that had built up on the bottoms, Amanda walked to the other end of the registers to a blonde woman, who I assumed was a supervisor but I never caught her name. Amanda asked the other woman if it was okay for me to get a refund, dispite the dirt. The woman looked up at me and said "Are you serious?! We have to throw those out now!" I apologized sincerely but she didn't seem to care. She repeated "Yeah but are you kidding, look at dirt, have you seen the bottoms? We have to throw them out now!" I apologized again only to receive the response from the blonde in question: "Think of the poor kids in other countries who don't have shoes!" Amanda returned to me and we exchanged confused and surprised glances. The supervisor reluctantly said: "Just give him the refund Amanda." I thanked Amanda and left the store. I initially brushed it off, but upon leaving the store, I was hit with the shock of what was just said to me. A customer should NEVER have to feel bad about returning an item unless they've broken it beyond repair, and all the flipflops had was a little bit of dirt on the soles and barely 5 minutes of wear. I'm giving 2 stars because if Amanda hadn't had a friendly helpful attitude, and I didn't get the refund, it would have been just 1. Most likely will not return to this location, nor recommend it.

To be honest the store has really nice stuff and a good variety. However, things like underwear and pricing labels is super frustrating. I spent a good 25 minutes going through boxers. Some were priced well on clearance. Yet when you get to the front they say it's labeled incorrectly. Almost accusatory. If you guys can't do your job and properly keep labels on items don't put things on clearance at all. You will get to the front, then they will tell you that well people switch stickers. How is that my problem? Find a new type of sticker or a different system. Or have one of your employees go through them every other day to make sure labels are correct. Working in retail in the past I understand that it's not super easy. At the very minimum don't get accusatory in front of other people when you go to pay. When you're spending 300 to $400 I really don't overly care about a $10 difference. I personally would not recommend this store in general. There's much better places to go. And I want to reiterate that they didn't accuse me personally but you could get the gist of what they were saying Maybe I took it the wrong way. Regardless, I personally won't be back.

Disgusting costumer service from this store. Tagged an item incorrectly and then accused me of changing the price. Their manager Albert did not even come up to deal with the situation. The store did not honour the price. NO COSTUMER SERVICE at this store at all. Shame and disgusted. Many reviews for this store, says poor costumer service, where is head office dealing with their BS.

This is a decent store for a quick clothing shop. They have pretty much the same stuff as Winners (which is across the street and in the next plaza) but they make an effort to display things in a more shopper friendly way. They have clothing, shoes and purses, sunglasses, housewares and some personal care items. Check back often, stock changes.

I love the store but we went on a Sunday at 11 am, they had just opened and we used the washroom as soon as we walked in. There was toilet paper all over the floor and an empty tampon wrapper on the floor. It was truly disgusting, there is no way the washroom was cleaned before the store closed the night before or before opening the store. I

Although Marshalls seems like a clothing retailer I find it the ideal place to find unique gifts and snacks. The store has a wide variety of interesting toys as well. This particular store is nice and clean. The staff seems well trained and friendly. Spacious change rooms and handy clean public washrooms.

I always enjoy browsing in Marshalls. It's a tempting source of an impressive variety of competitively priced clothing, accessories, personal care products & equipment, toiletries, household items, gourmet & organic treats, plus gifts for every occassion! Shopping there is always rewarding!

The store is OK but customer service is terrible. Found a hat without price tag and they wouldn't match the price for a similar one. Waited 10 minutes for manager to send message to cashier to tell me that they wouldn't match the price. We're talking a $3 difference! Seriously!?!

Really loved the collection here. And you will find pretty much everything here. You will not find big piece of furniture here but accent furniture for sure. I recommend this store as one stop solution for all you family and home needs.

Bought a pair of gloves there recently and discovered they were torn when I got home. Went to return them a week later, without any receipt, and after some struggle received a refund. Staff were helpful and friendly.

It is a magical place, my wife walks in emptying handed and like magic when she walks out she has stuff in he hands. Always good deals. Stock is always changing so the magic happens quite often.

Pretty good store. Check other spots too known gordis outside prior to purchase as my find poss cheaper. Otherwise clean. Could use mor home decorative products however I think.

It was okay but they don't cater to big sized people. My husband could not get active sweatpants in his size and there were very few options for big shoe sized men and sneakers

Come prepared to browse and take your time! Better organized than some of the other locations nearby. Cashiers were friendly and polite.
