Restaurant is quite small around the counter, can be hard to walk through people with your food. Kids zone is somewhat not well cleaned up. Besides that, it's McDonald's as you would expect. Staff behind the counter is very efficient and helpful.

As every McDonald's, it lack of smiling employees. Although, conpared to other McDonald's, this one is freshly modern and usually kept clean. The bathrooms are sometimes a bit messed up but hey, it is near a school, what can they do about it. Gets me to the point : lots of prepuberly kids who don't give a shite about others, scream and make the employees' life a mess. Let's just hope they grow up and let this McDonald's in peace.

I went to this Mac Donald’s this morning and they wanted to charge me $2 for a cup of hot water and I had my own cup! The manager was so rude and the ironic thing was they gave me an ice water for free, never again!!!

Order was not prepared right. Didn't received what I ordered. My grandson ordered a Mcflurry and he realized the container was broken ( we had already left restaurant by then) he then found the pieces in his ice cream . Come on McDonald's what has happened.

Honestly, this is a great fast-food joint. Well maintained, employees are always courteous, ready to help you, great to talk to Yes I am, let's say a semi regular so I've seen a lot, comin' since 2001! From my many experiences with McDonald's, going there (the one on King Ouest)will not leave you dissatisfied.

It's good, but a bit expensive for the quality. The service is nice, but also a bit slow to get your order ready. Sometimes, they also get your order wrong- so make sure to specify CLEARLY any customizations you would like to make to your order. The atmoosphere is nice, but a bit crowded. Not too bad, though.

2 things, they serve a weird ketchup, had to go twice to change it And there's a big problem when getting out of their driveway, there is a real issue with getting back on King street as there are plants that block your view of the oncoming traffic. Other than that good place, fast service.

Regular McDonald's can't complain about anything!

The service in Sherbrooke king ouest is the worst I ever seen. They simply don't care about clients and provide bad service. No kindness there. And they close so early and shut down people before the time they close. Unacceptable

Do yourself a favor and don't go after 4 pm. Usually the staff is mostly teenagers that are there to hang out together rather than to work. Food is cold (not warm, cold), many mistakes in the orders etc... Oh and don't ask for extra sauce because it'll be a complete mess.

Very impressed with the speed and client service at this location. Was in and out in 5 minutes at lunch time. The burger was very well put together and hot. Highly recommend this location. English speaking available as well which was surprising as it was in Sherbrooke.

I was stoked about the poutine fries. Ordered a mcchicken sandwich which is something i always order at the McDonald's back home. This sandwich was absolutely disgusting i couldn't even eat it. The meat was browish. Really disgusting. Poutine fries were ok.

Not up to normal McDonald's standards of speed and it took a few minutes for someone to come see me at the counter. Were out of many items at 21h30... Though it may be anormal circumstances since a nearby McDonald's is closed for renovations.

Nothing to say: it's a McDonald's :) Maybe just it goes more and more impersonal. At the same time, big Mac didn't change. Ah yeah, they know what to do to stay on the crest of the way - it's about their healthy stuff and pastry.

This is a picture perfect McDonald's! Old man McDonald would be proud. Everything is done properly, clean and quickly. It's still McDonalds quality foods so if that's what you're craving for, go ahead! Knock yourself out!

Went through the drive through, had a big list of things for 6 people and no mix-ups, very quickly served. Food was hot, burgers were well made (not just tossed around quickly) and the employees had a great smile.

Most disgusting food Ive ever had. Fries are raw, my burger is cold and dripping all over the place. Ill probably get sick from eating a couple bites off this. On christmas eve's. Thanks guys. Never again.

No longer offers 24hr service. Closes weekdays at 8pm and 9pm on Friday and Saturday. Ridiculous hours for a McDonald's located so close to a highway.

Probably the best McDonald's experience you can have. Always a lot of staff and the food is quick. The floor was sticky but it seems like the standard in McDonald's restaurant.

Very good at rush hour and awsome service , great poutine with fresh fries but there tortilla they used on my wrap felt like it was sitting in the open getting a little hard

It's a traditionnal McDonald place. There is nothing impressive or wrong. The place is quite clean and the service good. It's just an ultra impersonnal fast food.

1 star because I had to put one! Unbelievably slow for a simple order not to mention order was wrong to top it off no wonder mc Donald's are closing everywhere!

This place kept their kiosk device operating during pandemic, which makes the ordering easy. Did not have to wait in the long que for drive through.
