After taking this terminal for 5 years now, I'm still impressed by the service and how on time the buses usually are. The services are very good and have improved over the past few years. Just note that if you are buying a ticket, give yourself at least 10 minutes as the machines are slow and sometimes there's one not working. The only reason I'm not giving a 5-star is because of the the ticket machine problems and the timing of the service is often not synchronized with the end of class times. Also, the closest information booth is located at the student centre which is a 3-4 minute walk away. So I would recommend adding an obvious sign at the student centre telling visitors and tourists that you can get schedules,tickets and information there. Otherwise I would recommend using the service from this terminal as the frequency and reliability is very good

Location-other’s ideas of McMaster University have to walk around whole University to get to McMaster Children’s Hospital when new to area.! Not sure where your wondering. Till you see the hospital & get that aha there it is! Big walk need a stop closer.

Absolutely terrible service, half the buses scheduled on Google maps don't show up. If you need to use this stop, only go for the times at h:30. Im referring to the Aldershot go bus, I am not aware of the situation of the other buses.

Busses are timely and it gets you right knee campus. Right beside the Mary keys residence in West quad.

Right on campus so it's convenient. 47 eastbound buses are usually on time
