People are nice on sales floor . I was there 3 times 2 days ago. Not once did they ask me if I was a member when checking out. Also, they didn't inform me that the double 0's ment final sale and you can't get money back if the items didn't fit and they didn't carry rhe proper size. So, your stuck with a gift card you can't even use cause they don't have the right size!!! When I went in yesterday to take my aunt. They gave her the treatment that they should give everyone of their guest. Never returning and I told all my family and friends never to ho to this location!!!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. This place says it opens at 10 but unfortunately they do not. They definitely need to update their times. I’ve spent a lot of money at this business yet every time I go in I’m being followed around the store. If you’re going to make it obvious that you’re following me then at least greet me. These workers are so rude they lack basic customer service skills

Most of the time I like this store I wish they had a larger selection to choose from recently I've gone in and left emptied handed. They aren't expensive and sometimes you get what you pay for but if I buy a blouse for $17.00 and I only wear it a few times I figure I got my monies worth.

Wonderful selection woman ahead of me was offered a discount card and chatted with as I was only rushed out the door and when I walked up to the cashier after the woman ahead of me left the cashier left! Some other staff just happend to notice me and came over.

Return/refund policy is not accurate on receipt. Receipt claims you can get a full refund if item is returned unworn with tags attached however this is not true. Store Does not honor, information that is printed out on store receipts provided to customers.

They have some cute stuff. The woman on the floor was great! The girls at the register were unfriendly, and they made my experience less enjoyable. I tried to purchase an item and it wouldn't scan, so she put it to the side and never added it.

They told me that I could take the clothes back if they didn't fit so I took the clothes back then they didn't want to give me back my money or a gift card and said that they couldn't I couldn't return my stuff

I visited DD's funny thing I had to wait in line before entering no one else was in line security outside said it was to help the flow of customer's entering but I don't think that's why

DON’T SHOP HERE!!!!!The store manager wrongly accused my friend’s granddaughter of stealing a wallet and made her empty out her purse without calling the police first.

Online hours say they close at 9, drove all the way from across town only to find it was closed before 8:15. Really need to update store hours.

My family shop here I tagged along AND I shopped there, prices and items needed were great and I prefer this place workers were very pleasant.

This is my first time in this place and they had some pretty nice stuff for low prices. Im gonna definitely shop there again.
