I am usually lazy to post reviews but here it is another case because I am freaking adoring MIISTA. Why? First of all,I love their unique style, conception and the quality of shoes. Well I read reviews where people complain about the quality but I have four models of Miista and all of them in perfect condition after wearing almost every day. Also I do love the vision of the brand, the way they try to be sustainable. And the third part is people. The nicest professionals in Barcelona. I tried to cheat on Miista with other local brands here in Cataluña but the lack of professional communication and any empathy or interest in me as a client stopped me from purchasing or buying. After shopping in Miista I have an amazing mood and sexy shoes. What else do I need? Nothing!

Awful experience. I was so excited to own miista sandals as I'm very passionate about handmade shoes that are groovy and comfortable. I own many pairs from brands all over the world. I bought the lacey black sandals and wore them for 20 minutes (20!!) andy my feet were bleeding and with incredibly painful wounds. Absolutely shocking. I couldn't walk in them, at all. I went into the shop in Barcelona to ask for store credit ( as they dont do refunds) and the guy there was so rude and unhelpful. Such bad customer service. They ask customers to leave a review for a discount in the next purchase, hence the beautiful reviews here. I would check trustpilot instead, and NEVER SHOP MIISTA. TERRIBLE SCAM.

Shoes with fashionable but somehow timeless styles that are incredibly comfortable and fun to wear. Not inexpensive but the material and workmanship are of great quality and the sales in-store and online are relatively frequent. The brand is fun to follow on social media - they have really creative posts and also take you behind the scenes to get a sense of the people behind the brand and behind the craftsmanship. The store is lovely - the personnel have always been very professional and pleasant in my experience.

i discovered this hidden jewel of a shoe store while on holiday exploring the streets of Barcelona. I find it very difficult finding the right shoes for me, so i couldn't believe my luck when I entered the store. I liked nearly the whole collection and wanted to have them all. Eventually, I ended up buying 2 pairs of boots, which I totally love. i have finally discovered the right brand and shoes for me. Thank you Juan Carlos for taking the time to show me and let me fit so many different pairs.

I used to be obsessed with Miista shoes but it doesn’t worth it. The quality is horrible. As you can see on the photos, the shoes are broken after a month of wearing them and their customer service is useless. They ask the clients to write a review in order to get a discount for the next purchase which explains the fact they have so many good reviews before people even have the chance to try them out. I’d recommend to check Trustpilot for more honest reviews.

I went into the shop today to try on some shoes to see which size worked for me best, excited to buy a pair of boots I’d been eyeing up on the site, but the guy working today on Saturday afternoon was so rude in response to me just asking to try on 2 pairs that I ended up just walking out. A massive shame as I’d been really looking forward to coming to the store, but my experience with the store assistant has given me a really bitter feeling about the brand.

I have been following this brand the last year and loved the pop up in NY, but I figured I'd go check out the store in Barcelona and boy was I glad I did! They had everything and in such a good location. Great selection of shoes and they're just so fun and comfortable! Juan Carlos was amazing helping me find the right shoe because they didn't have the Adina's :( BUT I WILL BE BACK! Thank you for the beautiful shoes!

Miista es una de mis marcas favoritas desde que empezaron pero solo había comprado online. Encontrarme con su boutique en Barcelona de la forma más random fue una hermosa sorpresa. Obviamente me tuve que comprar unos botines de charol ❤️ excelente la atención del dueño de la tienda, me hizo sentir súper cómoda y platicamos un poco sobre la historia de la marca, primeros fotógrafos, zapatos que he comprado, etc. Amé

Tienda increíble. El personal te ayuda muchísimo sin darte ninguna presión. El diseño del local es perfecto para ver toda la colección con calma, no hay demasiadas cosas pero tampoco es tan minimalista que te aburres. Acabé comprando un par de loafers y unas botas y estoy encantada. El piel es muy suave, no te duelen los pies - mismo con tacones. No veo la hora de volver, solo quiero comprar mis zapatos allí!

La tienda, al igual que la marca en si, tiene una estética muy cuidada y con toques vanguardistas. Atención al cliente muy personalizada; se nota que el dependiente tiene amplios conocimientos respecto a tallas/ventas y buen gusto. En cuanto a mi compra; no puedo estar más contenta. En resumen; si te gusta la moda y quieres apoyar a marcas emergentes, esta tienda es de obligada visita para ti.

Las botas son una cosa espectacular, la calidad, lo cómodas que son, todo es perfecto, y la experiencia de compra que les puedo decir, disfrute tantísimo estar ahí, el impresionante servicio al cliente y el gran trato y todo! Definitivamente regresaré ya que todos los zapatos me vuelven loca, a seguir ahorrando para poco a poco hacerme de mi colección de zapatos Miista! Gracias por todo!

Bad service! I liked the shoes on the display and wanted to see them more close. The shop assistant got angry and showed to me that I must not touch the shoes. Unbelievable behavior when the customer is interested in your product and wants to buy it. If the manager of the shop is reading this, please, train your staff to be more polite and smarter instead of scaring away the customers!

I visited Barcelona two weeks ago and Miista definitely added a brilliant touch to my trip! The shoes look even more fabulous in store than online. I ended up buying a pair of flats which were so comfy to walk with. The staff were so kind and helpful to provide different pairs for me to try on and give me some suggestions. I recommend a visit if you’re in Barcelona.

Situada en un barrio encantador, tienda amplia y tranquila. Los dependientes son muy amables y te aconsejan bien sobre la talla y los modelos sin prisas para venderte nada que no sea lo que buscas. No recibí el ticket por mail como me dijeron pero solo con una llamada me lo solucionaron sin problema. Una magnífica experiencia. Los zapatos cómodos y tendencia total.

I love Miista shoes. I had 2 pairs that I bought online in the US before my visit to their Barcelona store. I walked out with 2 more! They’re interesting, beautiful, and comfortable to wear. I wore a pair of Miista boots throughout my Spain trip and walked miles in them each day. The shop is lovely, and the sales associates were friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience at the Miista store in Barcelona. I am super excited with my new Hanae Black boots. Its just so perfect. I wanted to buy from the clothes unfortunately for my Asian petit body none of the clothes fit me right. Other than that shoe wise all of them are so great. Can't wait to own more pair of Miista shoes.

Buenisima experiencia! Juan Carlos es un amor, estuvimos riendonos durante toda mi estancia en la tienda, y el pobre me saco muchisimos modelos hasta que finalmente di con el ideal :) Me compre unas botas preciosas que es cierto que no uso frecuentemente porque me hacen un poco de roce si las llevo muchas horas pero super contenta!

The service at the Barcelona store was impeccable. I was treated warmly and helped immediately. The employee was able to direct me to the appropriate size, which was smaller than I thought, because of his knowledge about properly fitting leather shoes and how they would stretch over time. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Amazing design brand. Not only are the shoes are incredible, the in-store shopping experience is absolutely lovely. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, they understand style and make fantastic recommendations – I ended up falling for shoes I never thought to try. You'll get TONS of compliments on your new Missta's :)

Miista es una de mis marcas preferidas, me topé con la tienda en el 2021 y me enamoré de unas botas, las cuales son el básico de mi armario desde entonces. Este verano aprovechando otro paseo, entré en la tienda, un ambiente super agradable y esta vez compré 2 accesorios los cuales son un statement pieces en mi armario.

I visited the Barcelona store back in July and it made me realise how much I miss in-store shopping experiences. Juan Carlos and the team were incredibly helpful, attentive and kind talking me through each of the collections and helping me to choose a beautiful pair of shoes. I did nit know this brand but now I just love it! The design is what I need for my daily life and the quality is excellent as the shoes are made in Spain not in China! I love the shop located in the Gothic area and the shop assistant was really friendly and professional. I strongly recommend to visit the shop.

La tienda es una preciosidad... una exposición. Los zapatos alegres y diferentes... Con color.... El trato muy cordial y afable y asesorando muy acertadamente. La colección de P/V me encanta .... sobre todo los zuecos lilas, verdes....y los modelos de esparto y cintas. Son muy cómodos y quedan geniales...

Me encanta la tienda y la gente que trabaja ahí,son unos amores,tratan genial y super contenta ,la calidad es excelente y especialmente me encanta el asistente Ruso ,es un amor. Recomendadisimo . No entiendo los comentarios malos que hacen aquí la gente ,porque mi experiencia ha sido maravilloso

I had the most amazing time at Miista Barcelona - the sales associate was so delightful and helpful - if I wasn't sure whether I was going to purchase anything upon arrival, his energy certainly put me in the mood to shop! The boots I purchased are incredible quality and SUPER comfortable

I visited Miista store the second time in Oct after moving away from Barcelona. I love the chic design of the brand and the store staff is always welcoming and helpful. Wonderful place to pay a visit to in Barcelona! Will definitely swing by again in my next trip :)

I recently visited and brought a pair of sandals from the Barcelona store, I wasn't quite sure if they fit me correctly, as i'm often in-between sizes so I exchanged them for my dream pair of boots! The staff were helpful and knowledgable. I'll be back very soon!

My wife was looking at a dress and tried to find the tag to see the price, and the man working there without even saying hello just shouted the price in a very rude way in the sense that we could not afford it. We walked straight out and will never go back

I shopped in Miista stores in Barcelona and Paris. Both times visiting the store was very pleasant, the staff is really helpful. I wear shoe size 41/42 and Miista’s 41 fits me perfectly. I am happy that I can get such amazingly designed shoes in my size.
