Tried to ring a different firm.got a wrong number. The loverly lady recommend millennium and they were fantastic and a fair price too.a month later they picked us up at gatwick ( always a nightmare). Yet again very professional.thats two brilliant rides.i now won't use anyone else.1000000 times better than uber.

Booked a cab to the airport for the next morning at 5am, through their website. All times and days were available. However even though I received the confirmation email, it was 5.10 am and noone was there. I tried calling twice but it went straight to voicemail because the place was closed. Very unreliable.

Ordered a cab at 7.08pm was told that I had to wait 10 minutes till it had to arrive. Waited 20 minutes called millennium cars and they said I never ordered a cab. Was late for a date because of them promising that I'll get to where I wanted.

Best cab office. I was very happy with the driver and the controller. I have used this cab office a few times now and its always been a great experience. Usually i book in advance. The new management is fantastic. Keep up the good work guys.

Worst taxi form ever. Booked taxi to airport for early morning flight. No one showed so I called up only to be told they had the wrong date. This despite me having conformation text with the correct time and date. They kept saying they

Didn't turn up for my pre booked airport transfer. I rang and was told by somebody who sounded half asleep that their system was down.

A bit like calling an Indian restaurant where the guy who answers the phone has to keep asking someone else for times and quotes!

I found the operator unhelpful and patronising. Didn't listen to my query. Disappointing level of service. Didn't book in the end.

Looks in under new management. No compliant. Driver was on time. Safe and smooth ride. 5 stars. Great job thank you very much.
