Customer service is below average, went to return faulty product. Was told by the manager that photos needed to be taken of the product and sent to the manufacturer to review for a refund or exchange. Waited for response from the store, didn't get any so had to call them back for an update. Got told that an email had been sent to the manufacturer and still have to wait for a further review. Manager was supposed to get back to me when they received a response, but didn't and ended up getting a response through a different staff member on the phone whilst I could hear the manager talking to them in the background on the call. Couldn't understand why the manager didn't take the photos first and then give back the product for the mean time.

I walked into the store with my partner today, proceeded to the knife section browse and had a staff member follow me around pretending to be busy doing something right next to me until i moved to another spot until she magically had some pressing business to attend to there. I have spent thousands of dollars in the town store and this one and i don't appreciate being followed around like I'm about to steal something. I understand the products are expensive and people like things for free but maybe put in some cameras or security tags so your valued customers aren't made to feel like criminals. I wish i could say i was imagining this but it was very obvious.

Nice products and that's where it stops small business really need to have a better attitude and not look down upon there customers we are the ones supporting you I think the staff here think they a little bit special well guess what ladies your no better than any one else ill shop on line if small business do not want to be appreciative of customers won't be returning to this store again

Having being used to the Minimax Store in Melbourne this is a refreshing change (sorry Mel store..) I find the girls here to be always super helpful and friendly and its wonderful to have a store closer that having to go into Hobart. I know most things I need can be picked up there - often at great sale prices. So glad this store is so close :-)

Great manager - and staff - they actually all seem to cook and know their stuff. The manager went out of her way to check my buying record and order me an attachment for my processor - I was contemplating buying a whole other gadget I didnt really need.

Very nice and clean shop. Not sure clearance warehouse does the bill for this place. Some of it isn't that cheap considering other sites around selling similar brands.

No longer know as Habitat, however Minimax offers all the quality that was Habitat.Check out the ongoing sales with bargains galore!

Used to be Habitat but since it has changed its name it has gone from strength to strength.

Good store to look through when looking for that special gift at Christmas.
