Very upset that i got verbally abused by a very unfriendly teller today. My atm card got stuck outside in their machine. So one customer service man told me that if i speak to their manager at the teller they may be able to help me, since my card was not a nab card but an international overseas bankcard (i intended to withdraw some cash to deposit in my nab account). After waiting 20mins in line. The teller was incredibly rude and said he couldnt do anything without even asking if it was a nab card. When i explained my situation he further brushed me off claiming i had a fraud card (because it wasnt nab) and ignored me and went to the next customer. I was almost in tears because of his verbal harassment and his accusations. Needless to say this traumatic experience has me contemplating to change banks to advoid dealing with this branch again seeing this is the closest branch to home.

I came here teice and had worst customer service experience. These guys don’t care about customer. It seems they are there to log their time from 9 till 5. If customer is not hapoy, they dont care. If customer is annyed with their behavior, they don’t care. Just because if their behavior I already have closed 2 accounts from NAB and will be closing down last one soon.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL...UNLESS YOUR ASIAN. 3 PEOPLE WAITING IN LINE NOT 9NE STAFF MEMBER OUT OF 6 HAS ACNOWLED ANY OF US...AND YOU ASIANS CALL US AUSSIES RACIST!

I got accused too a few years ago. That guy with arabic or indian race guy. So rude. I agree no customer service ethic at all.

This is not a branch. It is an atm with a Nab staff member reading the onscreen prompts. They are not helpful at all.
