This thing is always broken. It won't accept card inserts. There are 3x Next Payments ATMs surrounding it, all charge money to withdraw. I am with Citibank, which is owned by NAB and should be allowed to use NAB ATM for free. It doesn't surprise me that NAB has partnerships with the owners of Next Payments. Complete fraud.
The ATM was marked in the wrong location previously (where a non-NAB fee charging ATM is located). The correct location has been updated and is located next to the Commonwealth Bank ATM and opposite Westpac and ANZ ATMs where Therry Street meets Queen Street.
This now the ONLY non fee charging ATM at Vic market
