This deck was ‘painted’ six months ago. The paint is peeling in multiple places. NCR pro painting also ‘painted’ the exterior of the house. They spilled white paint on the dark roof shingles of the house. They spilled white paint on the black aluminum window cladding of multiple windows. They spilled white paint on the front patio stones. They spilled white paint on the driveway. They cracked two basement windows and only one got fixed. When we asked Alberto, the owner, he laughed in my face. He then admitted that since this is an older home he never had the intention to properly scrape and sand before painting. He said they ran out of time so when we asked for them to paint the remaining parts they did not have time to properly protect the property. This explains all the spills. He did manage to clean one window screen from white paint and replace one cracked window panel they broke while on the job. The exterior of the house still needs work. Some parts are okay and some look like they were never painted. It certainly does not look like they applied two coats of paint as promised. This is the honest review of someone who used to paint houses. We believe the property was simply an opportunity for them to canvas the neighbourhood for additional work since it is located on a high visibility corner. In fact, the owner was audacious enough to tell us he was soon beginning work for someone a few blocks away and didn’t have time to finish this job. The damage they caused to the property exceeds the total bill. It was also upsetting to be laughed at and told we were incredulous for believing they could successfully paint the house. We thought they were professionals and could paint an older house (built in 1944). This is in Westboro and many of the houses are this old. Do not work with them unless you have a very simple job and are willing to supervise them at all times. We are young and we have little kids. We feel taken advantage of. We hope we can settle this in a friendly manner in court. Although, it’s already looking pretty ugly with harassment including blocking the driveway for ten minutes and also blocking the neighbour’s driveway. Documents were shoved through the mail slot without a judge’s approval. This was captured by video recording. We are really disappointed with the outcome. We hope they take a more respectful approach going forward. *seem unable to upload photos at this time.

After some very dirty tenants moved out, we needed our entire house painted. Walls, doors, window sills, ceilings - literally everything in the house. We were contemplating selling the house, that's how bad it was. We did lots of research and called six different painting companies in Ottawa to request quotes. Alberto did a walk-thru of the house with us and pointed out some damage we hadn't noticed, an amazing first impression. The smell from the tenants emanating in the house was overpowering, even with masks on (because of COVID). Alberto said he could take care of it, along with all the drywall repair. He took lots of notes and said he would send us a formal quote. He emailed a quote the next day and it was very comprehensive, the most detailed of any we received. He wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive, but his quote was so well put together we didn't have any questions or concerns. We decided to go with NCR Pro-Painting and we're glad we did. My spouse is ex-military, he has incredibly high standards when it comes to cleaning and the "little details" (as do I). We are very impressed with the work of Alberto and his crew. They turned our house from a dump to a palace. As promised all the damage was repaired and the smell is thankfully gone. We highly recommend Alberto and NCR Pro-Painting!

Alberto and his team recently completed an interior painting job for us and we are very pleased with the experience, beginning to end! We are usually the DIY types, so hiring a company to paint for us meant doing some research. Alberto responded quickly to our inquiry, provided a very competitive quote and was able to fit us in in prompt fashion. He and his team arrived on time, were friendly, respectful and did a tremendous job prepping the area and painting with care and precision. We now know who to call when we need more work done!

This was the second time I used NCR pro-painting and on both occasions, I found them to be exceptionally accommodating. On both occasions we had urgent painting to get done and both times they were able to adjust schedules to accommodate. Time to completion was also a very important factor and they were amazingly fast and did not cut any corners. Their work was excellent. They were able to patch, paint several coats, and clean up all in a day! A truly excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Alberto and his crew are kind, efficient and meticulous. Alberto even took the time to give me some recommendations and pointers on DIY repairs on the exterior of our home to help us avoid larger repair costs down the road (e.g., products to buy, what to look for/avoid and instructional videos to watch). My husband and I highly recommend NCR Pro-Painting - they are lovely people and offer fair pricing on high quality work.

Great experience from start to finish with Alberto and his team. Communication was excellent with questions answered promptly. They expertly repaired a wall that was heavily damaged from layers of decades old wallpaper. They were punctual, courteous and friendly. The work was completed on time at a very competitive price. 4.5 Stars! Alberto and his team are very professional, friendly, work quickly and efficiently, and leave the space clean. The only thing I would like to see improved is the precision of edging; it’s quite good but perhaps a little more time taken at the ceiling could make it truly outstanding.
