If I could give this place, one star I would. I went in for a car that was advertised. Mind you it still is advertised as of today for 2010 Honda crv. It was priced at 5995. No issues on the website was reported. I went in and they let me look at the car. I was happy and ready to buy it cash. Ohh they must have thought I had money. The guy says oh that car is trash and has a transmission problem. Since when I thought! He says let me run some Numbers and show you something else. I went and looked at all the cars and it of course was new models.I did not want a car note but I decided to him out. After he gave me the numbers and told me I could think about it. The other guy who looked like a brute starting raising his voice at me. Yes or no! He is screaming. Aren't you a woman who can make up her mind ! Why do you need to think ! This is a great deal ! Then he ask for my phone to show me supposedly how my insurance would only go up a few dollars. He starts a quote or so I thought. When I get my phone back he was trying to add the car from his lot to my insurance as a vehicle I was buying!!!!!! I was so uncomfortable and insulted. I left. Do not let these men do the bait and switch on you ! Horrible

Stay away from this place!!! Yes they will get you approved but they are the biggest CROOKS!!! My son brought his 1st vehicle from Exotic on March 3rd. He took it back within 2 days because the car wouldn't start, they replaced the battery. Today, March 16th, I took it to Infiniti after my son complained about hearing rattling noise under the car, they found that it needs a Power Steering Rack and 4 new tires due to bald tires with patches of rubber missing and threads showing. The question is how did the car pass inspection with tires in this condition?? Contacted Exotic and theyre refusing to do the repairs.

I originally received an Audi A3 2016 that was pushed on me , just to get a deal out to find out it’s a complete lemon. This vehicle had to be in the shop more than being used . Multiple issues , when I go back to the dealer which I was. Informed by “MOE” their financial advisor “not to worry because “WILL” their GM will take care of me . I was “technically “ slapped across the face with “do what I have to do , I can’t help you”. I’m sure this isn’t the first or last complaint that will be received . Be careful what you’re walking out with.

My husband and I came here over the weekend to look at a car that we were interested in buying in cash. When we get there, the car looked great and we really wanted to test drive the car. These guys kept giving us the run around. They kept pulling us in to talk to us about financing different cars when we weren't interested in financing and made that very clear. Then, they tell us the guy with the test drive plates was in Long Island. Bullsh*t. They wasted our time.

I drove 4 hours looking for a car as soon as I walked in I was helped. I looked at all different vehicles and when I say Mo was amazing, he helped me in every way possible. I doubted it was going to happen but Mo made it all possible and I am about to pull out of the lot with my new car!!! If it wasn’t for Mo I don’t know if this would have happened!!! Worst car buying experience ever!! Came inside no one said a word to me!! Spoke to the manager about it and he was rude himself!! Said he has bigger problems to solve. All the cars were not working and he sell them to local garages. All this is a scam to bring people down there to buy leftover cars!! I owned 8 cars in my life!! I had 10,000 to put down. The service and inventory was horrible!! Do Not Buy a Car There!!!!!!!!

I've been to several dealerships and I always got the runaround or I was told I wasn't approved. The people at NYC Exotic took the time and went the extra mile to get me approved and thanks to them I have my first vehicle. I contacted them for approximately 1 week because I was interested in a car and they offered me all the information available, when I asked if I could be accompanied by an inspector, to feel more secure about my purchase, they simply stopped responding, I think It may not be safe to buy a car here so if you insist on a car I recommend you check it out.

This place is amazing. I worked with Mo and he was so patient he, took the time to show me 7 cars from letting me look at the and test drive them to showing me how much my monthly payment would be on each down to the cents. He was very flexible and worked with me addressing my wants as well as my needs. I got my car and I am so happy!

This is such an unprofessional business because I made an appointment to see a car and when I called the guy to ask him what I need to bring to the appointment he already told me the car had a deposit on it and there was nothing that could be done so I would’ve wasted a trip going through this dealership without being told anything

Everyone is very professional and they work with you to make you feel comfortable with your payments.The cars are all well taken care of and they provide you with all the info you need. I had a ton of questions and they answered them with the info we needed.

Bate and switch. Had me drive out from NJ after contacting them about a specific car only to get there and the car wouldn’t even start! Then they had the nerve to ask me if there was another car I might be interested in. Walked out.
