The National Health Insurance office at Adum, adjacent the Aseda House was virtually empty when I visited the office to renew my health insurance scheme. This is due to the fact that one can comfortably sit at home and renew the insurance on the phone. Hence, people hardly come to yje office to transact business. The health insurance office is located inside another business. It is in the first floor of the storey buiding. It has no wheelchair accessible enttance and parking. The workers are few here but very very good. Always smiling and ready to accommodate customers.
