I am a person who rarely sold anything. I already know what I want and need and never waiver. However Gabby Alix from State Farm was so tenacious and a go-getter. She was able to not only get my attention, but was able to sell me life insurance which I had put on hold for the last several years. Absolutely helpful with the customer's perspective. I had difficulty applying for car insurance because this was my first insurance in the US. (I just moved in from Korea.)
