If I could I would give negative stars to Nike as of today. I have been buying Nike shoes for years and never once I had a problem until last year. I bought a pair of indoor workout shoes for 180$ and I washed them after 8 months in a bucket and had let them dry in shade. The shoes shrunk by 1.5 sizes at least. I couldn’t even walk in them let alone working out. They gave me horrible blisters because I bought them size 8. So, I thought it’s because I washed them and they will come back to my regular size. Anyway, I took the pair back to the store and I was told I shouldn’t have washed them I should have cleaned them with wet cloth etc . No offence but what the h**l! So, since the store didn’t help me I had to give 200$ worth shoes away to donation! Anyway, I needed another pair of training shoes so I went and bought another pair of different style of nike training shoes last year in May. 3 weeks ago I cleaned them with wet cloth. Let them dry indoors in shade and they definitely shrunk cuz I had hard time putting them on. Anyway, again to my benefit of doubt I thought they will adjust to my size once I walk around for a bit. I have back of feet all blistered, bleeding, skin peeled off. I can’t wear any shoes for a week now. Couldn’t even walk properly. These are new shoes okay, they have only been worn indoors. Any sane person would clean their training shoes because your feet sweat and the germs pass through socks obviously!!! I am incredibly disappointed with this quality of shoes and the fact that about 400$ worth of my money has gone to garbage !!!! If the manager cares to read the reviews for this store, I would urge you to provide me a solution. I will update my review if someone serves me right !

Clothing is very overpriced, I get that they are branded but asking for $90 on long pants is ridiculous! The quality is comparable to H&M Socks are fair, but could be priced a little less. The shoes need to have more variety. All seem to have the same color and aren't as vibrant looking. The staff seem brainless with their arms crossed and seem to know nothing when asked questions. Also I despise their change room, I was once in line and waiting to try on something and then the staff clerk allowed someone else even though I was on the waiting list. Luckily I didn't catch her name because it would be the first thing I would list on this review. Also don't fall for their "$50" gift card if you spend $200+. It expires in a week so it really isn't anything special and aren't saving much because I doubt you'd come back after you bought what you wanted in a week. Fixes: 1) Be reasonable with the gift cards 2) Train staff more 3) Better stock 4) Lower prices

My favourite store in winnipeg other than Apple Store in polo. I didn’t get the name of the sales/fitting room staff but he helped so much today with finding the right shorts for me. They have awesome selection of men’s clothings. But I never look at shoes here as I only wear AF1 Or the other cooler ones so the shoes in this store didn’t suit my needs. For those, I suggest going to JD in polo they have the best selection of cool lifestyle nike shoes. But for all other nike stuff, this is a great store. They don’t really have any additional sales from what I see. But the price is all marked down for the outlet by about 20-25% I think. Not the best deal but still decent. I’m a regular shopper here :) oh btw the cashier girl today was not friendly. She seemed to be done with her job today and just wanted it to end. I was purchasing 10 min before close. There were still ppl inside shopping tho.

Hi muhammad here I want to file complaint againt the nike store in outlet mall ,555 Sterling lyon parkway ,Winnipeg,R3P 1E9 .i went to store for buying 3 shoes which i wanted to gift my cousins . I bought three pair of shoes ,when i went to the counter for billing the girl told we can only give 2bags to one person .There was very big line i felt embarrassed,after that she called the Manager name”MIC” he was very rude he didn’t want to answer my questions and he said” if want to buy you can buy otherwise you can go “ which is completely disrespectful and rude .This was not good customer service. I like nike shoes but the staff was very rude and irresponsible to do their job . Please take some action against the Manger who was not doing their job properly Thanks

This store doesn’t even diserve 1 ⭐️ NOT RECOMMENDING AT ALL.. such a RACIST PLACE What a pathetic behaviour of STORE MANAGER and CASHIER. That arrogant cashier started calling us lier and after arguments his Manager lady came on board and told us to leave the store without saying single word to that RUDE CASHIER. I’m wondering that, how come owner of the store hired this Senseless and patient less Manager who DOESN’t KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Even after getting many reviews, owner is still not taking any serious action against them. That cashier guy needs to work at back yard in Warehouse and Manager needs some teaching session for Customer Service. This is 2023 - STOP BEING RACIST OR SHUT THE STORE.

I have been here now 3 times to make purchases and only been helped once and the girl that helped me was more interested in telling me how long I should wear my shoes before I came back for another pair. How about finish selling me this pair before making a future sale? The staff seems more interested in talking to each other than the customers. Seems like staff was everywhere but were doing a lot of standing around looking forced or talking to each other. Good thing I can be self sufficient unless I really need help. Someone else who isn't might not be so sure. Stop hiring people who don't care about their jobs. The sale prices can be great and the shoes r top notch. The store falls short w the staff.

Have a great variety, good prices and good products. Nike by far has been the most comfortable shoe albeit usually more expensive than other brands but well worth it. I have bought several pairs from here most of the times I have been helped by Gobind coincidentally. He takes your needs into consideration and suggests you the perfect shoe. He almost always goes above the general expectations of a sales person and I have yet to dislike any of his recommended pairs. It doesnt just feel like he's trying to sell you the most expensive pair but the actual best match for you. 10/10 experiences since 2018.

Store Manager Michael (tall, white glasses, African-American) please lower your tones when you communicate with your customer. I was watched closely by all the male staffs, like I am going to shoplift. I purchased 4 pairs of shoes today, and sales staffs did not treat me nicely, especially the manager Michael. I need the boxes to be nice as they are my gifts to my family, then the Store Manager came to shout at me and stopped me from changing boxes. I expect an explainations here for his inappropriate manner towards me as their frequent guest.

Not impressed that the hours both online and posted on many different signs in the mall were all wrong. Advertised to be open until 9pm but everything actually closed at 8pm! I was also shocked to see that almost no one could figure out what the traffic (social distancing) signs meant! Perhaps you have trouble understanding English because it isn't your first language, but what place in the entire world does know what an ARROW means?!?!?

I was in store for over an hour and only one employee asked if I needed help. The rest stood there staring at me talking to eachother in their language. When I went to fitting room the kid working in it seemed stoned he was very spaced out. he opened the door on a child who was changing without knocking or apologizing then preceded to accuse me of going into fitting room with 5 items when I told him and showed him 3 times I only had 4.

The staff in the shoe department were, for the most part, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. (There was one staff member who wasn't helpful at all, but I just went back to the helpful ones and had a great experience.) They found me the right type of shoe after asking me several questions, and continued to check in with me to find me the right size. Plus, the store had good sales going on, so I got a good deal on a pair that I liked.

Excellent service. It was busy unfortunately due to lack of staff and covid restrictions. I was fortunate enough to have the assistance of the manager Blake. He was tentative and never made me feel rushed. He was knowledgeable about the footwear in the Nike store. I've been a Nike shoe fan for many years. Disappointed that they no longer make a cross trainer? I don't think anyone does anymore. Great experience! Thanks Blake!

Went there to exchange running shoes I had purchased two months ago. I had the original receipt and the sales person gave a hard time saying I had to have the original receipt which I had , saying he wouldn't be able to exchange them at all . Only when I mentioned that on the receipt it says you can exchange them even without a receipt did he let me exchange them . Won't be shopping there again.

Very rude customer service. Both the cashier and salesman so rude. I have never seen customer service like this. Employees were racist towards me. Girl salesperson was nt even interested to answer my question .seriously if your business is doing good that means you will show attitude towards other person.Never forget that if business can go up ,it can be down one day.

WORST EVER! The manager and the staffs were judging and watching us closely. They made us feel like shoplifters because we carried a lot of bags from other stores- this was Christmas time last year, but we will never forget the poor experience and the terrible customer service that you have given to us. Very rude, we will never purchase anything from this store.

I've been looking everywhere for a specific sport's bra for a long while. I thought I checkout the Nike storesince I'm at the outlet mall. It's a huge store & very busy. I was about to leave , that this young sales person, "Raha" offered to help me. She helped to find what exactly I wanted & it was on sale! I'll definitely will go back.

Every time I've called to inquire about a price or if a style is available so I don't drive across town, I am put on hold for a very long time or I am treated as though they don't have time. It's doesn't matter the time of day or day of the week. Not impressed by this type of service.

Went in here with my busy kids to find clothing and shoes. Asked for sizes and no one seemed to care on help, the lady who was standing said whatever is there is there. Associates just standing and gossiping to one another. So many other reviews are having a similar experience.

Good selection of products but staff seem more interested in chatting and huddling with each other. Feels like they couldn’t care less about helping customers, like, “let me make my $11 per hour here and leave me alone” attitude.

Always the best experience here budget-wise! We got a Lebron Soldier 13 that was originally $180, went on sale down to $60. Bargain for great stuff! Staff is helpful as well. There's just usually a line-up. Highly recommended!

This is the best place in Winnipeg to shop for shoes for a growing boy. They have a wide variety of Jordan's to choose from. I had been able to find sizes for the awkward in between stage as well.

Very rarely do they have the right type of Nike Air Max runners. Selection is extremely limited & prices are excessive. Save your time & go to St. Vital or Polo Park instead!

Visited here during a large sale. Lots of items, however they seem to only carry select sizes for women considering they go alot higher in men's. I like the shoes though.

Overall great experience, staff go above and beyond. Especially the cashier by the name of Joseph, did way more then he had to do to make it so I could buy my clothes

Very little selection of any decent shoes. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not sure of what was going on. We left after not finding anything suitable.
