Nora shopping center has been the home for many small family businesses. There is currently information going round suggesting that Kite Realty is choosing to not renew all of the small business leases and this will harm those small businesses. I and many local community members are asking Kite for consideration for these businesses. I also talked to managers of Target and Marshall's, I plan to talk to the rest of the big companies managers, I am asking for others to call Kite and ask them to reconsider before we lose companies who have survived for decades in this mall. Moving may not be in the carda, these stores are a bug reason why we shop here. Goodman shoes had put shoes on many generations feet. Bagel Fair is a staple for many people's breakfasts,, holidays and just a snack.. I heard that Global Gifts has plans to move,, I plan to also talk to each store owner and buy from these local shops to help. Please call Kite Realty @ 317-577-560.
The Nora plaza shopping center has an amazing selection of locations to shop and find what we are looking for. With the US PS location sitting directly beside target it makes for a one stop shop when running errands. In addition to that, Whole Foods has a great location here in this shopping center. We’ve gone to the Americas. Best location here as well as utilized. The UPS store is this shopping center. Not to mention, the marshals is a nice place to go to in case you don’t want to hassle with going to HomeGoods in Castleton, which can be quite busy. It’s also nice that there is a Starbucks at the front of the plaza. other great little shops are here as well. The only downside to this location is that there is only one stoplight to get in and out and it can be quite busy at times especially around the Christmas holiday season. But otherwise it’s been a great one stop shop when needed for us.
I go here for the "un-bread " no wheat no gluten, and the 365 almond butter . This is the only place you can get bread that doesn't have all of the junk in it that as you get older you find out you have allergic reactions to like soy wheat gluten. I get the almond butter from there because ingredients are just almonds. I drive over 20 mi to purchase these two items because I cannot get them at the regular stores or fresh thyme near my home. They also have a buffet style hot side in the store that is full of vegetables and soups and fruits it is awesome!!!
The only store in that entire shopping center that is visibly wiping down carts, actually enforcing makes and literally counting how many people are entering. The cashier wipes down anything touched between customers. I've always loved whole foods but I now love and respect that business more. The Kroger across the street is doing none of these things. The people who are supposed to be wiping carts are always sitting and talking on their phone, nothing is wiped down between each customer, not even self check out.
Even though every business is busy, the flow of traffic is quick and socially distanced. Keeping these businesses open helps this area stay healthy. Buy shoes. On a budget, ask for sale dates. Need groceries? Check out the Whole Foods store brand "365." Need glasses? Ask about sale details. Many insurance policies now cover glasses. Anyone on a computer should be checked twice a year. Need tires? Check here for deals. Most of all please keep this post office here. The workers are kind, caring, and efficient.
Visited Whole Foods for a quick lunch. Spent $11 for the driest Corn Beef sandwich this side of the Mississippi river. They do not offer a watering well deep enough to offset that nonesense. Seriously while makes a sandwich with 1.8876 microns of meat and 3 inches if bread and a dab of mustard? Oh and that $0.95 for that so called Lemon Lime soda ought to get your license taken away. Horrible offering.
Only go to Whole Foods for items I can't get elsewhere with comparable price & quality. Once inside this store is good but there are few bargains. Store capacity is very restricted for Covid. Wait time was excessive & gatekeepers did not want to interact with customers. Big contrast with Trader Joes gatekeepers an hour later.
Not impressed. Limited variety. Store is clean, but there seems to be no logic in some of the items locations. Was looking for chia seeds or flax seeds, and never found them (if they even carry them). Like every other store these days, no help when needed.I think I will stick with stores with more variety of product.
Wonderful shopping center! Several fun and interesting stores.most importantly lakeshore is here! If you have children, or you teach young children, or you baby sit, or you work at a daycare, or you have nephews, friends, family, or nieces that are young then this place will have some amazing things for them!
Went to Aldi's to get a few things, and someone smashed my car with a shopping cart. I went in the Aldi's Grocery store, and the manager told me there is wasn't anything she could do and the store has no camera action out side and good luck? Not one bit of safeguards to any customers that shop there!
Pretty good overall, but watch out for crazy drivers. The parking lot has lots of opportunities for fender benders. Sometimes the bus stop area can be a little sketchy. People tend to steal shopping carts from here for some reason. Otherwise it's a nice shopping area with access to the Monon Trail.
I grew up right down the street from Nora Plaza back in the 60's. My friends and I used to walk to the old bowling alley which is where the post office is now. Still love Nora Plaza!!! Especially since I live very close and since ALDI is coming to the shopping center near by!!!! Nora ROCKS!!!!!!!
Parking lot is often crowded and the lanes are narrow. Also, there's two manholes on the exit road on the right side of Target when facing the front of the store (not USPS side) that have sunk into the ground and can really damage cars. They need to be leveled before they cause serious damage.
This plaza is located in the heart of nora and it is a lot of fun. Many different places to choose from. All within walking distance of each other. I felt safe there with my kids and my date. It was around 8 when we stopped and got ice cream. I think the monon trail runs right behind it.
Went to the whole foods and they had nothing and by side the fact that they had nothing. Meaning every other one I've been to was they followed me. I don't mean like a little like right beside me. If I took a step back toes were crushed. Smh never at that one ever again …
Great shopping center. I mainly go to the Target. But I have been to the Whole foods and they are great priced for the fresh produce and friendly and helpful employees. Lots of other little shops to look around at and go shopping even have a starbucks for some coffee.
Parking lot and direction/flow of traffic is crazy. That being said, there are a few gems in this center. D.L. Lowry salon has talented hair stylists. One in particular is a licensed stylist and barber. Also, home to The Bagel Fair, Goodman's and Huddle's!
Good shopping center. There is a a Whole Foods store here, a UPS shipping store, Athletic Annex shoe store, Marshall's Department store, America's Best eye glass store and a Firestone. It's a clean shopping center. There is also an Amazon Hub locker here.
I drove from Muncie to America's Best to buy glasses, the strip mall was very decent. The shops I stopped in we're great. I had no issues and the associate's treated me very well! I would definitely recommend going there if you're in the area!!!
The customer service and Excellent compared to last time, I was in here. Employees will stand right beside and say nothing! Thankfully the amaZing cashier made up for the Bad service at check out and this Queenwas satisfied!!! …
I went in the UPS store to send a package back. The gentleman acknowledged my presence even though he was helping the couple in front of me. I didn't have to wait long. They are always quick at this location and he was polite.
Got rotten organic salad mix in a box. Must have been exposed to freezing temps. Could not see through the box, only discovered it when opened the next day. Persian cucumbers turned out to be rotten as well. Disappointed!
Nora shopping center pretty much has you covered. They've got grocery stores, department stores, pet stores, places to get your haircut, shoe stores, tax places, UPS, vitamin stores, clothing stores, and food and coffee.
Whole foods has some pretty good groceries, I go mainly for the hot bar. I have been disappointed the last few times because they haven't had the beef stew. Luckily, there are plenty of other food options in the area.
Basically a one stop shopping experience-- we visit here often. Big box stores and local shops coexist here. The traffic flow in the various parking lots could be better, but it's not the most terrible I've seen.
I love Marshalls and Target. They are within walking distance of each other. The shopping center is thriving. I saw only one unit for lease. There is a whole foods supermarket, and several fast food restaurants.
No comment. It's a strip mall. A dying concept. Maybe indoor green spaces, greenhouses would be nice so that half the year in Indiana we would still have a place to recharge and reconnect with living things.
Nice mix of shops and restaurants, including Target, Whole Foods Market, Penn Station East Coast Subs, Panda Express, and more. Located on north side of 86th Street, bordering western edge of Monon Trail.
Nice place but the monitoring of customers into the store is a bit extreme. I know why they do it but when I get inside, there are hardly any customers! And they don't do it at the downtown store.
Organic sprouted nuts aren't the easiest thing to find... Glad to find these walnuts as well as organic black eyed peas and organic cornmeal. Looking forward to black eyed peas and cornbread! ;-)
Regular visits to Target and always stopping at the bagel shop for the best bagels. Nora Plaza has been open and active since I was a kid. Changes over the years but glad to see it thriving.
This is a great Shopping Center if you want get everything done this is where you come want to get your groceries done get some shopping for clothes and shoes done.... everything's near
Plenty of companies to choose from, including Target, Post office, PNC bank, fast food services and some restaurants. There are plenty of parking spaces....including Handicap parking.
Well worth the drive! Not only does this strip center have the best Target in the area, it is also home to many other great, and somewhat underrated, stores! Typically a safe area.
The stores, in the shopping center, maintain a clean and pleasant appearance. A wide variety of meal options includes Whole Foods to fast food and several restaurants in between.
Strictly rating the shopping center and no specific stores they've finished the parking lot and are now refacing the stores. Hopefully it finishes soon and gets back to normal
Whole Foods is Excellent! Fresh foods, deli, and bakery. Good organic selections. Expensive but good. Same or similar produce selection at Trader Joes or Fresh Thyme for less.
It's the Whole foods experience become a part of it Come on people lets mix it up the quality and selection and now the price it will be healthier and fun Love it keep it up
Got high all over this spot. Super chill and humbling. 10/10 would go if I was around the area and had unlimited time to kill. Can't be depressed if you're running errands
I love this Whole Foods. It's always lively and busy, but not overly busy. The staff is super friendly and create a terrific atmosphere. It's my favorite grocery store.
Convenient, useful retail stores, grocery post office, and Target. Plenty of free parking in large , open parking lot. Directly off 86th Street in the Nora area.
Nora is the spot. I used the parking lot to park car n ride bike on trail. Nora is high school stomping grounds. North central high school class of 81. Awesome
Great place with literally ALL of your shopping needs - food, merchandise, healthy items & meds - conveniently located near key roads & good School Districts.
Like the fact they have more than one store to choose from to shop n u can get a bite to eat while u shop the workers r friendly n it's n a nice environment
Has a nice target, decent Marshall and a whole foods. Starbucks on the lot and the post office stays open until 7. A one stop shop to run all your errands.
Went to the Bagel Shop. Great service fabulous bagels. I had a blueberry, very tasty, my S/O had an everything with cream cheese. She said it was awesome.
I knew this place was expensive when I went to get groceries from whole foods, I didn't expect it to be twice as much as what I thought expensive was!!!
Very convenient for us. Whole foods has great meat choices. We shop for shoes at Goodmans Shoes and who doesn't go to Target. 4.5 Stars for our family.
This area has come up a lot over the past ten years. I love how sheek they've made it. I almost feel like o need to dress up to go to Starbucks.
I bank and get my lottery tics there. There are a few shops and restaurants. Plenty of easy access parking. If a/THE grocery store was there...
Easy to find and it was nice to hit whole foods and athletic annex in one trip. I come in from out of town and consolidating errands is great!
I literally visit everyday. It's a one stop shop location. Everything is here... food, clothing, tax services and car repairs. Oh my! …
Traffic is crazy so when I visit. I planned out the time and it made it so much better to enjoy Nora. It's really a quaint shopping area.
Store we went to in the plaza was absolutely fabulous. There is construction going on in the plaza so maneuvering is a little tricky.
The Target is a bit rundown for being so new, otherwise no real complaints. This is a pretty clean and safe area just off the Monon.
It was all great until the person that worked there blew his nose over the bagels at that point it was like um Never mind …
Was somewhat surprised that during last few days of Christmas shopping activity, it was very easy to get in and out of the plaza.
Nice store, but can be expensive. Got to know prices. Their 365 brand is pretty good. Good place to buy gallons of bottled water.
Panda Express, I ordered a large plate, the orange chicken and mushroom chicken was very good, no beef or fresh fried rice.
Store had all that I needed. Sales lady went and got a ladder to get a couple boxes of oat meal from the top shelf . …
Deli food is not as tasty or well made as Fresh Market's. Inconsistent seasoning often too spicy. Not well crafted food.
Target had a sale on flatscreen TV's. Great customer assistance from an employee. Friendly and made you felt welcomed!
Great! Lots of good options - target, Whole Foods, coffee and restaurant places. Essential if you live in the area. :)
Has one of the few family owned shoe stores in the city. Give Goodman's your patronage and they will never disappoint.
Clean nice well stocked store. Has a Starbucks and a pizza had inside the building. The CVS pharmacy is really nice.
Good store selection and proximity to Monon trail. Shopping, lunch, dessert, and walking...all in one spot! Love it!
Vispring mattresses are available - the English super luxe sleeping experience-Annie Knapp is the BEST - ask for her
I went to the Lakeshore Learning Center. I got my granddaughter some educational material. This place has so much.
Full of extremely judgemental rich people and hipster, douches visiting whole foods to get kale, quinoa, and kombocha
Ample parking, presently some part are under renovation, however, safety measures are put in place for customers
Really nice place. I went to American's best there the eyeglass place and the whole lot is very nice and clean
I like the amazon locker because they are pricey if you need to shop for groceries. Great customer service!!
Great shopping plaza! Always clean, tidy and plenty of parking. All my favorite stores are in one place.
Just went to Target. Store was clean, steamed to be well-stocked and employees were available & helpful.
Visiting Emmett's salon...Naieem gave me a Great new style as always... fun catching up with the boy's.
Great places to shop. They have a target and a Lakeshore Learning. Two of a teacher's favorite places.
They're under construction. Little hard to see the businesses, but will be better when they are done.
Goodman shoes, wholefoods, target, lake shore learning, bagel fair, and so much more so close to home
What a place. Went to see a volleyball game. Impressive facility with a pub in the center of it all.
Many stores safe shopping area, post office, BMV on one side, lots of places to get something to eat
Love this area. Marshalls, global gifts, target, whole foods!! I can get all my shopping one plaza!
Nice shopping area that is convenient to home. Target, Starbucks, Whole Foods, and the Post Office.
just visited Whole Foods. Nice center but needs paving done(like every other parking lot in Indy).
Nice clean store, plenty of parking, friendly staff and unique items that's not in big box stores
They have a great meat counter which is what this trip was for. We really like their fresh Brats.
Quick open air shopping strip to get in and out of. And they have whole foods there. Enough said!
Multi tasking! Marshall's, Target, UPS, lunch and panda express. One stop shopping …
Its weird my payment didnt work beside that no complaints. Everything was very well organized.
Great buys, alot of clearings up to 80% off. Good buys for back to school. Have fun shopping
Always great items and a wonderful selection, even if the prices could be more competitive.
Going through some remodeling. Good parking and 2 department stores. Love the convenience.
Athletic Annex was Great!! Knowledgeable and very nice people. I got some superb shoes!!!
So many great stores, Goodman shoes, The Bagel Fair, wholefoods, target, verizon, etc
What does one say about a strip center? Nora is an area I enjoy... that's all I got.
Parking is horrible BUT shops are clean. I believe I went to Marshalls and Goodmans
Big whole foods store. Clean and well stocked. Wish we had one this large near us.
Store selections moderate. safety in being there, it's not my 1st choice anymore.
Visited Whole Foods - able to park and quickly run in and pick up specific item.
Whole Foods salad bar is fantastic. And Panda Express is in the shopping center
The store is ok. They have a DELICIOUS pecan cookie made with honey.... /YUMMY/
