I visited this travel agency because it was close to my work. I wanted to get some pricing on a vacation trip to Hawaii. I spoke to Cheryl Newman and gave her details on what I wanted for our trip. She called Pleasant Holidays but was on hold for more that 15 minutes so I provided her my email address so she can email me the details of the different packages she can find. I told her that I had a budget of $3000 for our trip. The following day she sent some pricing on some deals which was over our budget. I emailed her back to see if there are other options to bring the cost under our budget. After a day or so, I never received a reply from her. I guess I was too much trouble for her to look into other options so she didn't respond back. I would assume that she would be more helpful since travel agency business are based on repeat customers. I guess wrong.

We used pat for our honeymoon to st. Lucia and got the best guidance and advice where and how long to stay for. We booked her again for a 8 day trip to Italy - pat was patient and revised itineraries whenever we changed our minds. You cannot go wrong with her recommendations!
