Yesterday in Office in the Westfield Centre, I asked to try on a pair of trainers in a men’s UK7 and showed the sales assistant (a man with glasses, black hair and dark skin in his 20’s) the pair that I wanted to try. 10 mins later he emerged from the stockroom and have me the pair to try only to discover that he had brought me the pair in women’s size Uk7 which were too small. I then waited for another 10 mins to get his attention again waiting at the stockroom door to get the correct size while also being ignored by other staff members. Eventually he emerged again and I asked him for them in the men’s UK 7 or the women’s UK8. 5 mins later he re-emerged with a pair which when I tried them on turned out to be the men’s UK8. I then brought both pairs over to the stockroom door to get his attention or another staff members attention to no avail for a number of minutes. When the staff member eventually emerged again I handed him the incorrect sizes that he had given me and again explained to him what size I needed. He went back into the stockroom and did not emerge for a further 20 mins by which time I had my coat on and shopping bag in my hand ready to leave as I had been left waiting for so long. Finally, a female staff member asked me if I was being looked after and I explained to her what I was waiting on and how long I had been waiting and shortly after that the original male staff member appeared with two boxes in his hands. He opened the first box and it contained a different model in a different colour and the second box was the same shoe that he had already brought out previously in the wrong size. At this point, I explained to the staff member that I had been waiting for 45-50 mins in total and that this was the third time he had come back to me with either the wrong size or the wrong shoes altogether. I explained to the staff member that this was the worst level of customer service I had ever received and that the amount of time I was left waiting and completely unacceptable especially with no some much as an update to explain the delay. The staff member’s reaction to the issue is probably what upset me most. He started smiling and laughing at me and nodded sarcastically. At this point I told him that I was glad that he found it funny because I didn’t and that I would be leaving and making a complaint not only about the extremely poor standard of customer service received, but also about the staff member’s response to it. Really awful service.

My girlfriend and I visited this store today to buy shoes, the visited last about 20 minutes as the shop was quite busy so we had to wait to try the shoes. My gf found a pair of shoes that she liked, in two different colours; after trying them on, the lady who was serving us said she had put them behind the counter ready for us to pay. When my gf approached the till the guy neglected the sale and said she couldn't buy the shoes anymore!!! Not even in the other colour! Apparently he claimed they couldn't sell the shoes to us, something like "it's illegal these shoes shouldn't have been on the shop floor"...! This was unbelievable, we thought it was a joke at the beginning but we felt so little and almost discriminated in front all the people in the shop. My gf is still sad about the situation and the way she was treated. What happened today in this place was ridiculous, I hope it won't happen to anyone else in the future. Definitely don't recommend this place and will not be going there ever again

If i could give a half star i would. Never written a review about anything however this experience was by far the worst in my life. Despite the fact that the store was filled with people waiting to ask for their size the two woman were laughi g and joking behind the tills not helping in any way shape or form. I then flagged someone down asking for a size where she looked at me and said 'do you want to try them on or just buy them'? Obviously i replied saying try on to which she huffed and said 'fine'. I then waited over 15 minutes for someone out back to come out and say they only had the display pair which were damaged. I declined and he snatched them from my hand and said 'whatever'. It wasnt just me sharing this opinion, plenty of other people complaining. Your customers are vital to any successful business, head office would no doubt be shocked their store is being run like this.

I have been to the Office store in Westfield (White City) a few times. In recent times, the level of service has been nothing short of abysmal. The demeanour of staff is that of someone who is being forced to talk to customers. The time it takes in getting a size you requested can be up to 30 minutes in my experience. And the queue at the till itself can take 15 minutes. In short, you can spend an hour trying on and purchasing one pair of shoes. You can also spend 30 minutes waiting for a shoe which may never come. I rarely post reviews, but my last visit was so infuriating, I would honestly think twice before stepping in again. Management needs a change. Processes need to be reviewed. Staff attitude and efficiency needs to be reviewed.

Horrible experience! I ask a size of one of the shoes i liked.after 15 minutes wait the girl came and say: "ah well i cant find it in the storage. But you can go to any other shop and buy it elsewhere! Okey fair enough! But than i need to try it on from a different colour to know if is even comfi and is the right size !She just looked it what was on display and well there was not the size i ask for. So than she was too lazy to go and bring me a flippin size ! It was only 2 customers in the hole shop! 3 staff and all they do chat with each other and criticise customers and them looks who come in to the store .... pfffd awfull customer service! Will never go to this store again!

I went to the topshop on Oxford circus in London where I bought a pair of high heel shoes. I was disappointed about the quality of the shoes and the service terrible. The shoes are made in China so they are very overpriced. I tried to return them cause it was ver uncomfortable to walk with them after a while since the shoe form is very narrow and the sales person explain that they will get better, but they got worse. I had to see a foot doctor to solve the problem this shoes caused me. The sales clerk didn't want to take them back since I wore them, and so how I was suppost to feel them?. I wasted 70 pounds for a piece of low quality shoes. Don't buy there!

Not a branch l find easy to navigate especially during a sales period. It feels quite cluttered and unlike it's competitors it doesn't put the reductions on racks graded by size. They do it by brands or styles which helps if you're sure of what you want but if you're bargain hunting very frustrating. Children's rack awful and not generously loaded. Other non sale displays quite lack lustre. Same old same old. They'd benefit from model pictures demoing a look with different clothes, smart and casual. If you can't make high street Kensington or Covent garden branches then persevere, you might find a great fit for your feet.

By far the worst place I’ve ever managed, the stockroom is about 4/5 floors up so customers would wait roughly 15 mins for a pair of trainers to come. Store managers are dropping like flies. The other day there was a gas leak and they were forcing colleagues to still work and run for trainers. Doors are falling apart. There’s pests around the whole shop and these haven’t been actioned by any sort of pest control. Considering we are next door to food shops is a little bit disgusting. The way I was handled made me resign with immediate effect. That shows a lot

I shopped in November to Westfield Shopping Centre, It was amazing so many shops. I visited lots but have to say the only delightful staff member I came across was Louis who worked in Office, you are a true credit to your company helping us with an item and a smile, you clearly are the only shop that have great customer service and want to be a work and enjoy it. Thank you to you and your staff for the service with a smile. The rest of the shops no one worked with a smile or unhelpful asking for items. Thank you Louise, keep up the good work :)

Came back for the third time because we where given to different size shoes which they exchanged but my daughter later realized she wanted a smaller size. But this was some weeks later. I spoke with a women called Tony who was so polite and professional, she listened to me and explained the exchange policy. I'm so happy with how i was dealt and my daughter finally has the right shoe size. Will definitely shop at Office for all my Dr Martins in future because of how courteous i was treated. Customer service need more staff like her

Lady working today had ZERO customer service skills. Being polite is not a chore. Only two members of staff present, a guy who had excellent customer service, very helpful and lovely hench why all the customers where waiting for him (3 customers including myself). The girl working however shouldn't be working in a customer facing role. She just told customers can't they see she's busy. (No one was being served by her) Very rude, not needed. Wait was long and store wasn't even busy. Won't be returning to this branch.

Utter chaos at the store in Westfield. I understand if they are missing a size but apparently they're also missing individual shoes from pairs according to the shopkeeper . Either a) they were taking the piss because I was looking to do an exchange (even emphasised I'll pay any difference) and they were trying to make me pay more than the pair I was looking at or b ) management needs to bring more staff members because the store is very badly managed. Not returning again.

Staff are unpleasant and are unapproachable. After waiting 10 minutes to approach someone (only 1 person on shop floor other than at the till) she was slow and took 10 minutes bringing out a size. She helped people who came in after me. I waited a further 15 minutes for her to bring out another size to which I had to leave because I was in the store for 25 minutes waiting for my shoes. Come to this store only if you are patient enough to wait for 30+ minutes

Call the store up and the worst experience ever!! Told the staff member the style number and he did not understand one bit had to repeat several times before asking to speak to someone else. They put me on hold for 20 mins whilst they said they have gone inside the stock room to check. I had to hang up and try again to get through to them and the line kept being busy. WORST STORE AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Went in for a single pair of shoes and had to wait over 20 for the staff to find them, despite multiple other customers, who arrived after me, receiving their shoes before me. Most of the staff were unserious and completely ignored the line of people waiting for their shoes. At one point 2 staff members were helping 1 customer purchase a single pair of shoes whilst myself and multiple other customers continued to wait.

Really good customer service, i didn’t feel pressurised, i was just left to try on and walk about to feel the trainers, leon the guy who served me went to search for about two or three times for particular sizes etc,and was calling other stores to assist me, and helping me to decide on styles and colors in a very nice manner really calm atmosphere great footwear good vibes in the store, left with a smile on my face.

I went there to get a refund for a pair of trainers, They asked me to come back later because the don't have cash in the till!!! When I refused to come back later after waiting for 20 minutes they paid me £60 in change and rest in note. There 5 staff at the till... all of them ignorant and rude. I wont shop there again. Those staff at the till are useless snd to be sacked.

Terrible customer service on my visit to the store. Only one gentleman was actually assisting customers. The lady who served me was slow and unnecessarily rude and obviously didnt want to be there. The other lady was relaxing behind the counter. It is a shame for this brand, as the shoes i ordered online for collection were lovely quality and well discounted.

Just read all the bad reviews because they are absolutely right. Zero effort from staff to help you out, I ended up waiting for nothing, for ah hour, they brought back the wrong boots, as in the model and wrong size. They just let you wait there like an idiot just to tell you no size is available..then why does this store exist? is it just for display?

Rude ignorant unprofessional staff...... never will I spend a penny in this shop again!! All the female staff in this shop need some proper customer services training. I don’t no who employs people that don’t no how to deal with the public spending there money!! I will defiantly be going else where in the future.

It's incredible how slow the staff are. I asked for a shoe size, 30min later, still no shoe. At that point I'd had enough and left. Even when I asked if they had the size the lady at the desk rolled her eyes and was rude. I know you don't want to be here but at least fake that you want to be there …

Worst customer service ever We visited the store as they had a sale. The customer service was appauling. The staff were all busy giggling and chatting with each other, rather than helping the customers. There was no store manager available to speak to. Highly recommend NOT TO VISIT THIS STORE.

I bought a shoes a week ago and wore it only once and last time. Water stains stayed on the sides of the shoe and never gone whatever I've tried. They refused to exchange or change. They said you cant wear this shoes on the rain. Wow, its sunny in london everyday. Isnt it?

Very very bad service. Iv waited 45mins to see if they have my size. And after asking twice for the size , they said they don’t have it. Other customers who arrived after me were looked after immediately. Will never go back again. Very disappointing with their service .

Waited ages to be served, music far to loud staff could not hear what i was saying. When they did bring my shoes out they were the wrong size. Young staff just walking around like they are at a youth club. No customer service at all. AVOID WESTFIELD BRANCH

Every single staff was quite rude, especially the girl who was on the till. She literally chucked the pairs in the box after checking the size. She didn’t even speak to me back when me and my friend asked her to check the products and size are correct.

Ordered Havaianas through the website to be delivered in to the store. The female staff greeted me at the counter and was very helpful and professional. The flip flops from the store were high quality. I was even offered a bag for my online purchase.

Consistently providing the newest and trendiest footwear from chelsea boots to air force luna's. Staff are always friendly and exciting. Highly recommended for all occasions especially if you want to add that little flair to your outfit.

Shoes are 3x the price of most sellers and the staff are super rude. I got ghosted by 1 staffer in the middle of trying on shoes and otherwise they are all just up at the front joking around and it’s really hard to ask them for sizes

Lack of staff!! We went there (hubby and daughter) to buy a Stan Smith shoes but there's two staff (one in the till and the other one two assist 3 groups of customers. While 2 more groups and us still waiting …

Apart of the fact that I have been waiting seriously long (compared to other costumers) I asked about size 40 for Birkenstock and 41 for Uggs 3 times but I have been brought (after over 10 min waiting) wrong sizes.

The staff are super good. They attend to customers whole heartedly. My daughter was having trouble getting her size but they ensured they got what she wanted. Keep the good work guys.

Always have a good selection of men's shoes and the staff were particularly helpful and very professional. Same at their Kings Road branch too.

Got nice affordable leather ankle boots and loafers. never go wrong. Got some pairs years ago and still good. Check it out when in London.

No knowledge about shoes. Except for one lady who kept running for everyone's shoes the other staff seemed uninterested.
