The rooms are fabulous. I didn't expected such a high quality design and fittings at the location. They have used good quality spring mattress of Kurlon. Good bath fittings, hot water, shower and good toilet. The lightening in rooms is amazing and I haven't seen the same in this price range. The area at night seems a bit lonely but it is just behind the Police Station. The road at both ends is directly connected to Main Road. Railway Station and BRT Bus station is a walking distance. Only problem is they do not have catering. I would recommend to go out and have good food near Raipur Darwaja Bus Stop or alternatively opposite Ahmedabad Railway Station. When approached directly costs approx 1000-1500. What's good about hotels in Ahmedabad is they book for 24 Hours from the time of check-in. I had checked in at 7pm and accordingly checked out at 7pm next day.

I stayed in this hotel from October 29 to October 30. I have booked Non-AC room which is costing ₹1200 per night and if you would like to book AC room which will cost ₹1400. Pros: Room and restroom was great. Bed, pillows and mattress are very clean and comfortable. T.V. is in working condition. Hot water is provided for bath in winter time. For drinking water, they are providing water bottles which is chargeable also RO filtered water without any charges. Hot Breakfast (chargeable) is available on 8 a.m. every morning and delivering in room. Just dial 9 from landline available in room to contact reception. Cons: Late room service regarding room cleaning and drinking water delivery. Room cleaning wasn't done in 2 days of stay when asked. We checked in on morning 5 am and asked for drinking water they assured to deliver in room but it took 4 hours to deliver after multiple reminders from ground floor to 3rd floor. RO water is not tasting good. I would prefer just walk few blocks away from hotel there is public water cooler opposite to Raipur Darwaja BRTS Bus station. Charges showing on Google map is not correct. Prefer to book online to get rooms in cheap prices.

I was totally exhausted and had no energy to go on looking for rooms after a bus journey of 5-6 hrs. A rickshaw uncle was kind enough to show me places and this place was the second one of them. From the entrance it didn't seem to be safe as it's not on the main road. Once you get in it feels kinda safe with all the decor. I got the room on the third floor just next to the lift. I just had a look at the room and washroom before taking it to stay. The main door did not lock from inside with the knob and so they have placed a latch. The bathroom door did not lock and the bedsheets were torn. The upper appearance is good but once I stayed there for a night I realised the flaws of the place. The toilet could have been much cleaner. Please try to do that as it's the basic requirement, as the minimum pay for the room was 1200 INR. The helpdesk person was kind enough to help us with water as room service and it was very quick. The door bells and noice from other room could be a problem. It's an ok stay just near the railways on a budget. I have not come across any better option near railways on a budget. Kindly write down a better option if you've stayed nearby.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. I left my watch in the room and realized it after checking out. When I returned to the hotel to inquire about the watch, I was told that it was not in the room. Despite my best efforts to locate it, the hotel staff was not helpful in assisting me in finding my lost item. I am disappointed with the lack of care and attention provided by the hotel staff, especially given the sentimental value of the watch. It's concerning that the cleaning staff may have taken the watch without returning it to lost and found. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, as the staff did not provide adequate customer service or take responsibility for my lost item.

The place was too noisy. I was allotted room no. 205 , unfortunately it was located near storeroom of the hotel. The door of the store room was too noisy. Moreover the hotel staff and other customers made so much noise the whole night , which was very much disturbing and i had to spend almost sleepless nights. All the 3 nights. The bathroom was very small , and the shower was right above the comode , leaving no place to take a bath.

The hotel's neat, clean and comfy on the inside, though the hotel looks old and unmaintained on the outside. The hotel staff too is really hospitable. Might be little difficult to locate though, when coming by taxis and autos, coz it's on one of the inner roads.

Good place for budget stay and that's where it ends. Staff isn't trained with basic courtesies. Room service receptionist talks in a tone which demonstrates that he is doing a favor by hearing you out. Absolutely no sense of keeping a schedule. Pathetic.

Call the police ! Our booking was confirmed throught Agoda. When we arrived the owner wanted 2000 roupies more. We called the police and they solved the problem. Staff is nice. I feel sorry for them.
