"Good mall"
A pleasant mall, clean and organised with a lot of natural light. The restrooms were adequate and clean. We had a bite to eat at the food court which was bustling. There is a display of what there new development is going to look like. I didn't have time to view it (takes about 30 mins) but it looked interesting.
Lego store. They sell buckets for mix and match with plenty of unique pieces. Bonus is they advise you to put them together to fit more in. Probably got 500 or more small connectors and other special pieces for only $19.99. Beyond that typical mall stores though above average common areas for sitting.
Not too big of a mall, but plenty of parking plus it's own Skytrain station. Food court has a great variety, and there is a Safeway, and medical offices that provide standard services. Otherwise the majority of the stores cater to upscale clients. The staff at the Lego store are great with kids.
There's a restaurant in the food court called Teriyaki experience. Worst food I have ever tasted. The vegetables were raw, and the only taste came from the teriyaki sauce the cook drizzled on my plate AFTER all the cooking was done. Never, ever eat from this restaurant for your own sake.
Good mall. We were just in town visiting and I thought the selection and varieties of stores and food options was very good. Parked in the parking garage, at times it was difficult to find a spot, other times not as difficult. We went here several times during our stay.
A great mall to shop (a good selection of stores/brands)! There are a small food court and a few different coffee and tea places scattered around! Nice environment to sit and relax if you are tired. Easy public access as it is right at a skytrain station!
This place is about to get a whole new appearance. During the construction, it is hard to navigate around the parking lots. Most shops are gone as they prepare to put up towers. Will miss this mall. It's been part of Vancouver for a very long time.
One of the popular shopping centers in metropolitan Vancouver. The ambience could have created a pleasant, enjoyable, and don't-want-to-leave shopping experience. The center and parking are under renovation. Signs and directions can be confusing.
A pretty decent mall. They have a mix of mid range to pricier shopping. There is a small kids play area located heart customer service and the Lego store, that is not appropriate for 3 and up. The food court has a wide variety and they have
A really fair shopping center. They have a blend of mid reach to pricier shopping. There is a little children play region found heart client support and the Lego store, that isn't suitable for 3 and up. The food court has a wide assortment
Once a great mall with many high end stores, they are currently undergoing a few years of renovations so many of the stores have closed. Still worth a visit for the convenience on the transit line if one of the stores does carry what you
This is the blueprint for future developments to aspire to be. It looks, and sounds amazing, assuming the finished product is what is suggested. ONE major problem. I see one of the developers is the company that built "Vancouver House"
Mall is high end retailers. Lots of construction during ongoing renovations. Poorly build transitions leading to the parking roof damaged my vehicle. Mall will not assist or take responsibility for damage so use parking and road access
I'm nostalgic of the old mall: the overpriced fruit store, the library, the Safeway, the theatre, the fish market, the kids play area, the Zellers (later the Bay), the food court, and everything there. I spent so much of my life here.
Most stores are either closing or have closed now. White walls everywhere. Skip this mall for now, unless you specifically require something here. Good for indoor walking for the elderly. Pics taken at corner of new "food fair."
It's a great place they have a lot of high-end stores usually during Boxing Day or Christmas time they have great deals lots of parking there's a Safeway you can buy your groceries overall a very neat little Mall
Loved it- used to go here a lot before renovation! Stores were great, BEST RESTAURANTS EVER, and RIP my local LEGO store. Sad. Hope all the OG shops will be at the new Oakridge Park! Edit: rip childhood
A very beautiful place with so much to choose from and lots of seating areas and a kids play area. All the maps are clear and easy to navigate and there's a nice food court as well.
Not one of the busiest malls around but you can do some shopping without the traffic that comes in to Metrotown. Good parking. Food court is pretty small but does the job.
I go there because of Lego store and Mac store but they do have lots of famous brand name store there too, is not a big shopping center but worth a while to walk around.
A more high-end/expensive mall, but good selection of stores and a solid food court. The Christmas Santa is really good. Get there 30mins+ before opening and you'll
This is the place where i met my favorite cartoon character of all time - SpongeBob SquarePants! The old Oakridge Mall will always be in my heart.
LOVED COMING HERE BACK IN THE DAY, BEFORE ALL THE DUST, CONCRETE POWDER FLYING CARCINOGENS, FROM THE REDEVELOPMENT OF THE SITE.
Well, usually I don’t expect too much from shopping centers but this one was one of the most “user friendly” I ve visited.
Update May 2021: The only store left due to redevelopment is Crate and Barrel. The medical buildings are open still.
Good mall with lots of services offered. Convenient location and lots of parking. Caters to a lot of luxury goods.
As of Feb 20, 2019 the parking structures and some of the parking are being blocked off for the redevelopment.
Very nice and clean. Plenty of selections. Unlike downtown Pacific center, free parking available.
