DO NOT SHOP HERE! I'm not one to talk poorly about other people's Hustle. But when your Hustle is tied up with poor customer service, piss poor attitude, and just blatant disrespect, I'm going to say something. Guess what guys you sell sneakers, you should be engaging fellow sneaker heads alike. Not be rude and when asking for shoe sizes you roll your eyes. I was about to buy two pairs (after they finally had my size) then when they went to grab the pair of shoes they left me out there waiting 15 mins! They never returned back to me so I left.

Pretty bad customer service, employees had an attitude while just asking for availability. Ended up buying a pair of shoes and they weren’t even the same size, had to come back to the store to get the correct one. They replace the shoe and I go home. The lighting in the store isn’t great, once I get home under hood lighting I see the replacement shoe is faded. Cannot explain how frustrating it is to pay a lot of money for sneakers, getting the wrong size, then a damaged shoe and the store to not care because they got their money.

Employees should verbally tell customers that there is a no return or exchange policy. When I tried to exchange shoes after an hour of purchasing them, I was informed of the policy and told that I should have read the sign. Consumers encounter hundreds of signs a day and, like me, could miss it. It would only take a few seconds for an employee to say the policy before running a customer's card.

This was my first time coming to the store. I was shopping for shoes for my husband for Christmas and AJ helped me pick out a pair. She was very helpful and patient with me. Thank you AJ for all your help! I appreciate you!! My husband loved the shoes! We will definitely return to purchase more shoes for his shoe collection. Thanks again

This place has a great selection of shoes and clothing. The workers were attentive and overall very chill. They answered all my questions and even made some suggestions about my purchase. It’s in a nice location, plenty of spots to visit after shopping here. I’ll be coming back again

Stopped into the store so my 8 year old son could purchase a hat. Sales associate David was very sweet to both of us, talked directly to my son and made him feel super special. Large assortment of shoes, clothing, and hats all super unique.

This store is laid out beautifully along with having a wide, stylish shoe collection to view from. The workers at the time, David & Kim were especially helpful & kind in assisting me to find a shoe I loved. You’ll be in good hands.

Great customer service. Nice selection of shoes old and new. Location is in the middle of The Gaslamp area which is always a bother for parking. Overall a great addition to San Diego!

Great selection of shoes. Sizes fit true. Staff is very helpful and was willing to take the time to answer any questions. We bought a pair for each boy and they are both thrilled.

Overall inventory is pretty legit. Staff is not very helpful though and the prices super high relative to similar stores in LA or Orange. Seems like a tourist store.
